Abstract
一种油泥清洗剂及其制备方法,按质量百分比,组分包括航空煤油5‑15%、氯化石蜡60‑70%、ZDDP润滑油添加剂5‑15%、基础油10‑20%、润滑油渗透剂1‑5%、清净剂1‑5%。使用的航空煤油D80为无毒环保溶剂油,对油泥、积碳有极强的溶解性,同时又可满足GB38508‑2020对清洗剂类产品的强制要求。ZDDP润滑油添加剂具有良好的抗氧抗腐性能及优越的抗磨性和抗极压等性能,避免了在清洗发动机油泥的过程中,对发动机的磨损,为发动机提供最大的保护,帮助延长润滑油寿命。一定的基础油保证了产品和机油的优良兼容性。其清洗时间短效果好,节油降噪效果明显,具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种油泥清洗剂,具体涉及一种油泥清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油在车辆行驶过程中,经高速运转,受到高温和各种介质、金属的催化作用,逐渐变质老化、产生积碳、漆膜和油泥等,具体体现在:发动机运转过程中,金属摩擦产生的金属削;从空气中侵入的水渍、灰尘;汽油燃烧生成的水分和碳渣,沿缸壁进入机油盘;机油高温时聚合生成的胶质;机油中的硫氮等元素,燃烧后生成的氧化物遇水变成酸性物质等。
油泥、积碳的存在,导致机油流动性大大减弱,使发动机冷启动时的磨损更严重,而冷启动磨损是汽车重大磨损源头之一。此外,散热差使发动机持续高温,将加速机油的氧化变质,附在油道上的油泥和积碳污染新机油。
因此,定期清洗发动机内部油泥是汽车常规养护不可或缺的项目之一。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种油泥清洗剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种油泥清洗剂,按质量百分比,组分包括航空煤油5-15%、氯化石蜡60-70%、ZDDP润滑油添加剂5-15%、基础油10-20%、润滑油渗透剂1-5%、清净剂1-5%。
上述航空煤油包括航空煤油D80、脱臭煤油。
上述ZDDP润滑油添加剂包括丁辛基ZDDP、双辛基ZDDP、仲烷基ZDDP、芳基ZDDP。
上述基础油包括60N、100N、150N、250N、500N。
上述渗透剂为非离子渗透剂,包括渗透剂JFC、渗透剂JFC-1、渗透剂JFC-2。
上述润滑油清净剂包括烷基酚盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基水杨酸盐。
上述的一种油泥清洗剂的制备方法,按质量份,向料桶中依次添加航空煤油、氯化石蜡、ZDDP润滑油添加剂、基础油、渗透剂、润滑油清净剂,混合均匀。
上述混合方法包括搅拌和/或超声震荡;
添加每组分之间的间隔的混合时间≥10min,添加结束后的混合时间≥20min,混合温度为5-40℃。
混合均匀后还包括过滤,过滤精度是0.5微米,过滤对象包括颗粒、浮油物。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明的一种油泥清洗剂及其制备方法,具有以下优点:
1、清洗剂使用的航空煤油D80,D80为无毒环保溶剂油是以加裂馏分油或低硫直馏航煤为原料,经深度加氢精制后分馏而成。本产品馏分窄,溶解能力强,挥发性好,饱和烃含量大于99%,产品安全性好,低硫,低芳,无味。对油泥、积碳有极强的溶解性,同时又可满足GB38508-2020对清洗剂类产品的强制要求。
2、清洗剂中的ZDDP润滑油添加剂,具有良好的抗氧抗腐性能,及优越的抗磨性和抗极压等性能,避免了在清洗发动机油泥的过程中,对发动机的磨损,为发动机提供最大的保护,帮助延长润滑油寿命。
3、清洗剂添加了一定比例的基础油,保证了产品和机油的优良兼容性。
4、本发明的清洗剂,清洗时间短,清洗效率高,效果好,清洗后发动机的节油降噪效果明显,具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
本发明的化合物均为市购,其中化合物简称如下:
ZDDP:二烷基二硫代磷酸锌;
渗透剂JFC,主要成分为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
一种油泥清洗剂,按质量百分比,由包括航空煤油5-15%、氯化石蜡60-70%、ZDDP润滑油添加剂5-15%、基础油10-20%、润滑油渗透剂1-5%、清净剂1-5%组成。
其中,航空煤油为航空煤油D80。
ZDDP润滑油添加剂优选为丁辛基ZDDP、双辛基ZDDP、仲烷基ZDDP、芳基ZDDP。
基础油优选为60N、100N、150N、250N、500N。
渗透剂为非离子渗透剂,优选为渗透剂JFC、渗透剂JFC-1、渗透剂JFC-2。
润滑油清净剂优选为烷基酚盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基水杨酸盐。按碱值分有低碱值、中碱值和高碱值以及超高碱值产品。按金属盐分为钙盐、钡盐、锌盐和镁盐等。
制备方法:
按质量百分数,向料桶中依次添加航空煤油、氯化石蜡、ZDDP润滑油添加剂、基础油、渗透剂、润滑油清净剂。
添加过程中,每次添加新的组分后搅拌时间≥10min,添加结束后搅拌的时间≥20min,配料及搅拌的温度为5-40℃。
配料完成后,再过滤掉颗粒、浮油物,过滤精度为0.5微米。
实施例1
一种油泥清洗剂,组分有航空煤油D80 10%、氯化石蜡60%、丁辛基ZDDP 10%、基础油150N 12%、润滑油渗透剂JFC 4%、烷基酚盐4%,按上述方法制得。
实施例2
一种油泥清洗剂,组分有航空煤油D80 5%、氯化石蜡65%、双辛基ZDDP和丁辛基ZDDP 13%、基础油500N 10%、润滑油渗透剂JFC-2 4%、烷基磺酸盐3%,按上述方法制得。
实施例3
一种油泥清洗剂,组分有航空煤油D80 7%、氯化石蜡70%、仲烷基ZDDP、芳基ZDDP7%、基础油250N 10%、润滑油渗透剂JFC-1 3%、烷基水杨酸盐3%,按上述方法制得。
检测试验:
以实施例2制备的清洗剂为试剂,以行驶里程为78700公里的路虎牌汽车(发动机内未清洗过)为试机。
启动发动机,预热5分钟后关闭发动机。
熄火,将试剂倒入机油箱内,静置10分钟,发动机怠速运转15分钟后,将旧机油排出,更换过滤器,加入新机油。
油耗:使用前,平均百公里油耗为10.3L(高速);使用后,平均百公里油耗为8.2L(高速);使用两周后,即行驶1200公里后,平均百公里油耗为8.3L(高速)。
降噪:使用前,发动机启动声贝为65.7;使用后,发动机启动声贝为47.2。

1.一种油泥清洗剂,其特征在于,按质量百分比,组分包括航空煤油5-15%、氯化石蜡60-70%、ZDDP润滑油添加剂5-15%、基础油10-20%、润滑油渗透剂1-5%、清净剂1-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油泥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述航空煤油为航空煤油D80。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油泥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述ZDDP润滑油添加剂包括丁辛基ZDDP、双辛基ZDDP、仲烷基ZDDP、芳基ZDDP。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油泥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述基础油包括60N、100N、150N、250N、500N。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种油泥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为非离子渗透剂,包括渗透剂JFC、渗透剂JFC-1、渗透剂JFC-2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种油泥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述润滑油清净剂包括烷基酚盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基水杨酸盐。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种油泥清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按质量份,向料桶中依次添加航空煤油、氯化石蜡、ZDDP润滑油添加剂、基础油、渗透剂、润滑油清净剂,混合均匀。
8.根据权利要求7所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述混合方法包括搅拌和/或超声震荡;
且添加每组分之间的间隔的混合时间≥10min,添加结束后的混合时间≥20min,混合温度为5-40℃。
9.根据权利要求7所述的加工工艺,其特征在于,混合均匀后还包括过滤,过滤精度是0.5微米,过滤对象包括颗粒、浮油物。
