本发明公开了一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,由以下重量份数的组分组成:清净分散剂1〜5份,积炭溶解剂6〜15份,渗透剂1〜3份,抗氧防腐剂5〜10份,粘度指数改进剂10〜18份,抗磨保护剂0.5〜3份,聚α‑烯烃30〜45份,乙酸乙酯8〜12份。本发明将清净分散剂和积炭溶解剂复配使用,能够迅速高效地渗入到发动机的内部而与油泥积碳作用,清洗速度快,而且对清洗下来的块状积炭有较强的分散作用,避免堵塞油路。使润滑系统顺畅,改善润滑效果,减少摩损,延长发动机的寿命。

本发明涉及一种清洗剂,具体涉及一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂。
背景技术
众所周知,车辆经一段时间运行后,其发动机润滑系统会积存大量的油泥、胶质、沥青、漆膜、积碳等沉积物,如果不及时清除,会给发动机造成严重地摩损以至报废,大大地影响了发动机的寿命。城市汽车保有量越来越高,导致城市道路交通拥挤,汽车经常处于低速运转的状态。此时曲轴箱温度低,加上发动机低速运转时喷油量较高,部分未完全燃烧的汽油燃料进入曲轴箱,这样就产生了低温油泥。当代的发动机都配有曲轴箱通风阀,负责在发动机高速运转时平衡曲轴箱的压力。当曲轴箱通风阀被机油杂质,油泥等部分或者完全堵塞后,曲轴箱内部的废弃以及水蒸气不能及时排出,经过化学反应,便导致了油泥的产生,而且产生恶性循环,油泥越来越严重。
积碳是一种较硬的黑色物质,强力附着在燃烧室四周的各个部件上面。导致机构运动不畅,严重的导致机构卡死,损坏发动机。最典型的情况就是进气门背面积碳导致燃烧室密封不严,导致发动机动力不足。
因此,很有必要经常地对汽车的发动机内部进行清洗,使润滑系统顺畅,改善润滑效果,减少摩损,延长发动机的寿命。
2011年6月29日公布的中国专利CN102108311A公开了一种“引擎内部清洗剂”,它是由清净分散剂、表面活性、抗氧化稳定剂、防腐剂、减磨保护剂、基础溶剂等成份组成,其特点是采用全纳米合成和微胶囊化工艺处理技术,实现了超强清洗和超强润滑相结合的效果。但其表面活性剂用量太多,且其中的醚类溶剂和脂肪族溶剂总量大,在免拆清洗后的残留清洗剂会降低新加入润滑油的润滑性能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,是由以下重量份数的组分组成:清净分散剂 1〜5份,积炭溶解剂6〜15份,渗透剂1〜3份,抗氧防腐剂5〜10份,粘度指数改进剂10〜18份,抗磨保护剂0.5〜3份,聚α-烯烃30〜45份,乙酸乙酯8〜12份。
所述清净分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺的混合物,且聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺的重量比为3:8。聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺热稳定性好,具有良好的高温分散发动机油泥和积炭等沉积物的能力,混合硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺,提升低温分散能力,能有效抵制低温油泥的形成。
所述的积炭溶解剂为二乙二醇丁醚、混合二元酸二甲酯的混合物,且二乙二醇丁醚、混合二元酸二甲酯的重量比为1:5。
所述的渗透剂为硫酸化昆麻油、a_烯基磺酸钠、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠、胰加漂T、氨基磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种。
所述的抗氧防腐剂采用二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、硫磷化脂肪醇锌盐中的一种。抗氧防腐剂具有良好的抑制油品氧化、防止腐蚀的能力。钝化金属对氧化的催化作用,延长油品的使用寿命,保护发动机。
所述粘度指数改进剂为SSI小于20的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物。其耐机械剪切效果好,高低温性能优异,使油品在发动机中生成积炭等沉积物少。
抗磨保护剂为甲基硅油。其能够修复发动机磨损部位。
聚α-烯烃能够降低润滑油的凝固温度,提高油品低温下的流动性。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明将清净分散剂和积炭溶解剂复配使用,能够迅速高效地渗入到发动机的内部而与油泥积碳作用,清洗速度快,而且对清洗下来的块状积炭有较强的分散作用,避免堵塞油路。使润滑系统顺畅,改善润滑效果,减少摩损,延长发动机的寿命。具有较好的清洁效果,清洗后光泽度较高,同时能够提高汽车引擎抗磨性能,修复引擎磨损。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,是由以下重量份数的组分组成:聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.9份,硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺2.4份,二乙二醇丁醚1份,混合二元酸二甲酯5份,硫酸化昆麻油2份,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐8份,SSI小于20的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物15份,甲基硅油2份,聚α-烯烃40份,乙酸乙酯10份。
实施例2
一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,是由以下重量份数的组分组成:聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺0.3份,硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺0.8份,二乙二醇丁醚2份,混合二元酸二甲酯10份,a_烯基磺酸钠3份,硫磷化脂肪醇锌盐5份,SSI小于20的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物18份,甲基硅油3份,聚α-烯烃30份,乙酸乙酯12份。
实施例3
一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,是由以下重量份数的组分组成:聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺1.2份,硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺3.2份,二乙二醇丁醚2.4份,混合二元酸二甲酯12份,琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠1份,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐10份,SSI小于20的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物10份,甲基硅油0.5份,聚α-烯烃45份,乙酸乙酯8份。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,未添加积炭溶解剂。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,清净分散剂仅为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于,清净分散剂中聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺的重量比为2:8。
对比例4
与实施例1的区别在于,积炭溶解剂中二乙二醇丁醚2.4份,混合二元酸二甲酯的重量比为0.9:5。
将实施例和对比例清洗剂放入不同品牌的汽车发动机中,具体使用检验数据如表1所示:

上述试验结果表明,采用本发明清洗剂清洗发动机时,可明显减少使用次数,具有显著的清洗效果,使用方便且安全环保,拥有广阔的应用前景。

Claims (9)
1.一种汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的组分组成:清净分散剂 1〜5份,积炭溶解剂6〜15份,渗透剂1〜3份,抗氧防腐剂5〜10份,粘度指数改进剂10〜18份,抗磨保护剂0.5〜3份,聚α-烯烃30〜45份,乙酸乙酯8〜12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,所述聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、硼化无灰丁二酰亚胺的重量比为3:8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的积炭溶解剂为二乙二醇丁醚、混合二元酸二甲酯的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,所述二乙二醇丁醚、混合二元酸二甲酯的重量比为1:5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于, 所述的渗透剂为硫酸化昆麻油、a_烯基磺酸钠、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸钠、胰加漂T、氨基磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的抗氧防腐剂采用二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、硫磷化脂肪醇锌盐中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,所述粘度指数改进剂为SSI小于20的氢化苯乙烯双烯共聚物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的汽车引擎油泥积碳清洗剂,其特征在于,抗磨保护剂为甲基硅油。
