the conveying mechanism 10 is mainly responsible for transferring the polar plate A and basically does not bear the storage function of the polar plate A; under the working condition of long-distance conveying, the polar plates A on the conveying mechanism 10 are arranged in a straight line shape, and the distance between the polar plates A can be set to be larger by adjusting the distance between the lifting appliances 12, so that compared with a conventional chain conveyor, the width of the conveying mechanism 10 can be small due to the fact that the size of the polar plates A in the thickness direction is small; moreover, because the distance between the polar plates A is large, the number of the polar plates A conveyed is small, the weight and the installed power of the equipment can be reduced, the manufacturing cost is obviously reduced, and the matched cable and electric components can be reduced, so that the equipment cost is further reduced; the larger the transmission distance, the more obvious the advantage.
Preferably, the conveying mechanism 10 adopts a suspension chain mode, can freely turn, climb and descend, can conveniently avoid equipment or obstacles such as a fire fighting access C5, a pipe network C4 and the like during design and construction, and has strong field adaptability to complex environments. Compared with a conventional conveyor or a transfer trolley and the like which can only do linear motion, the suspension chain mode greatly reduces the transfer link, improves the overall stability of the system and also reduces the equipment cost and the foundation cost.
The conveying mechanism 10 moves forward continuously at a constant speed without stopping in a normal working state, and the feeding and discharging device can complete the material taking and placing actions in the state that the conveying mechanism 10 does not stop; compare every station of walking, stop once and get the working method of blowing, the mode that moves ahead at the uniform velocity can guarantee that polar plate A is stable not wobbling in the transportation at the uniform velocity in succession to improve the stability of going up unloading, also reduced the tensile fatigue degree of equipment such as chain repeatedly simultaneously, avoided the drive arrangement to open repeatedly and stop, improved equipment life.
Preferably, the loading and unloading device comprises a monitoring device, a follow-up device and a material taking device; the monitoring device can monitor the motion states of materials in the conveying mechanism 10 or the real-time position, speed and the like of the lifting appliance 12 at the front close range of the loading and unloading station, and drives the follow-up device to move, so that the material taking and placing actions of the material taking device and the conveying mechanism 10 are completed in the motion state which is consistent in short time. Multiple sets of storage mechanisms 30 can be simultaneously deployed for one set of delivery mechanism 10, increasing the storage capacity of the storage mechanisms 30. When a plurality of sets of storage mechanisms 30 are configured in parallel, the polar plates A are turned or transited by arranging the track turntable 41 and the track trolley 42. The track turntable 41 is provided with a bottom bracket, a swing mechanism and an upper platform, the mutual rotation of the bottom bracket and the upper platform is realized through the swing mechanism, and a track arranged on the upper platform can be used for the small rail car 42 to walk. The rail trolley 42 mainly comprises a walking trolley body and a lifting frame, wherein linear brackets are respectively arranged on two sides of the lifting frame and are used for bearing lugs on two sides of the pole plate A.
One set of conveying mechanism 10 can dispose many sets of unloader simultaneously, realizes conveying mechanism 10 multistation material loading or unloading simultaneously. Based on this, as long as the material size is basically consistent, the butt joint of multiple devices or the storage and continuous conveying of multiple materials can be realized in a set of storage and conveying system for the polar plate A, so that the utilization rate of the devices is improved to the maximum extent, and the investment of the equipment cost is reduced.
The invention has the outstanding advantages that: the system has high adaptability, fewer transfer links, lower cost and lower failure rate, and the more the conveying distance is long, the height difference is large, or the barriers between conveying lines are more, the more obvious the advantages of the equipment are; the conveying mechanism 10 is continuously operated without stopping, the feeding and discharging device can take materials in a follow-up manner, the stability and the service life of the equipment are improved, and the problem of station disorder caused by chain extension is avoided; the pole plate A storage yard B3 is flexibly arranged, can be arranged at any position of the middle section of the conveying mechanism 10, even is divided into a plurality of storage yards B3, and can fully utilize space fields; one set of system can dock many equipment and multiple material, and equipment utilization is high, and the cost input is few.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a specific embodiment of the present invention is shown, with the general layout as follows: a residual anode machine set B2 of a copper electrolysis workshop C2 needs to output a residual anode plate, two residual anode adding machines B1 of a smelting workshop need to input the residual anode plate, a transverse conveying distance of about 80m, a longitudinal conveying distance of about 100m and a height difference of about 10m are arranged between an output end of a residual anode machine set B2 and an input end of a residual anode adding machine B1, and meanwhile, a fire fighting channel C5, a pipe network C4 and various obstacles such as other buildings C3 are arranged between a starting point and a finishing point.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the electrode plate conveying system 100 includes a rail trolley 42, a rail turntable 41, a storage mechanism 30, a feeding mechanism 21, a conveying mechanism 10, and a discharging mechanism 22. In order to ensure the storage capacity of the residual polar plates, two sets of storage mechanisms 30 are arranged, the two sets of storage mechanisms are conventional chain conveyors, two sides of each storage mechanism are respectively provided with a chain for bearing a hanging lug of the residual polar plate, the chain carries the residual polar plates to be conveyed along the normal direction of the plate surface, and the storage mechanisms 30 are formed by connecting a plurality of sections of chain conveyors in series due to the long distance of the conveyors; in order to connect two sets of storage mechanisms 30, a track turntable 41 is arranged for connecting a track trolley 42, and two sets of feeding mechanisms 21 are arranged for connecting the conveying mechanisms 10; in order to connect two sets of anode scrap adding machines B1 and the conveying mechanism 10, two sets of blanking devices are arranged; the feeding mechanism 21 and the discharging mechanism 22 mainly comprise a monitoring device, a follow-up device and a fork plate device, the monitoring device monitors the running state of the material or the lifting appliance 12 near the front of the feeding and discharging position in real time, the follow-up device is driven to move forward in a short time in unison with the conveying mechanism 10, and the fork plate device moves under the condition that the conveying mechanism 10 does not stop, so that the feeding and discharging of the residual polar plate are completed; the conveying mechanism 10 adopts a suspension chain mode and mainly comprises a driving device, a conveying mechanism 10 frame, a suspension chain and a secondary lifting appliance 12, wherein the secondary lifting appliance 12 is L-shaped and is used for bearing hanging lugs on two sides of the residual polar plate and carrying the polar plate A to convey along the side surface direction of the polar plate A.
The work continuous flow of the preferred embodiment of the invention is as follows:
the residual anode unit B2 outputs the residual anode plate (i.e. the anode plate A in the figure) outwards intensively in a natural suspension manner through a chain; the rail trolley 42 retreats to the head of the anode scrap machine set B2, jacks up a stack of anode scrap plates and then advances to the rail turntable 41; the track turntable 41 carries the track trolley 42 to rotate 90 degrees, so that the track on the track turntable 41 is butted with the track fixed in the storage mechanism 30; the rail trolley 42 continues to advance to the tail of the storage mechanism 30 along the butted rail, descends and puts a pile of residual plates onto the storage mechanism 30; after each residual anode plate stack is received by the storage mechanism 30, the storage mechanism walks one station forward until a residual anode stack is delivered to the head of the storage mechanism 30; when the head of the storage mechanism 30 is provided with the material, the slicing device arranged at the head of the storage mechanism 30 independently takes out the foremost anode scrap plate so as to be used for the feeding mechanism 21 to take out the plate; after the plate fork device of the feeding mechanism 21 forks the pole plate a at the tail end, waiting for the arrival of the hollow secondary lifting appliance 12 of the conveying mechanism 10; when the feeding mechanism 21 monitors that the secondary lifting appliance 12 reaches the set position, the follow-up device starts to act to drive the fork plate device and the secondary lifting appliance 12 to move forwards at the same speed, and in the consistent advancing process, the anode scrap plate is placed in the empty secondary lifting appliance 12, and then the follow-up device returns to take the plate for the next time; the conveying mechanism 10 carries the polar plate A to move forward at a constant speed without stopping; when the blanking mechanism 22 detects that the polar plate A is arranged at the position in front of the blanking station, the residual polar plate A is taken down from the secondary lifting appliance 12 in a follow-up mode in a similar operation mode to the loading mechanism 21, and the polar plate A is placed at the tail of a residual polar adding machine B1; to this end, the anode scrap plates have been transported from the anode scrap box B2 of the potroom to an anode scrap joining machine B1 of the potroom. The working process of transferring the residual anode plate from the storage mechanism 30 or from the blanking mechanism 22 to another residual anode adding machine B1 is similar and will not be described in detail.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the intensive storage and continuous conveying system of the polar plates adopts electromechanical integrated control, replaces the traditional forklift operation, realizes the mechanization and automation of the output, automatic storage and conveying of the polar plates A from the electrolysis workshop to the smelting workshop, reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the working efficiency.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, about 3000 residual pole plates can be stored in the two storage mechanisms 30, the requirement of the residual pole machine set B2 on the output quantity of the pole plates A in one day is met, the requirements of different operation shifts of an electrolysis workshop and a smelting workshop are met, and meanwhile, the unmatched input and output speeds of the system are buffered; meanwhile, the length, the number and the like of the storage mechanism 30 can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the field space during design, and the storage requirement can be met.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, as the transportation line is provided with the barriers such as a fire fighting channel C5, a pipe network C4 and other buildings C3, the mode of a suspension chain is adopted, only one set of chain driving device is needed, and the long-distance and high-fall transportation can be completed by taking measures such as climbing, descending and turning of the suspension chain, and various barriers are ingeniously avoided, the equipment transportation links are few, and the equipment cost and the failure rate are very low.
Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the present invention is shown, the overall layout being as follows: a disc casting machine B4 of a copper smelting plant C1 needs to convey a cast anode plate (a pole plate A in the figure) to an anode unit B5 of an electrolysis plant, the anode plate enters an electrolysis bath after shaping, and becomes a residual pole plate after electrolysis is completed, and the residual pole plate needs to be conveyed to a residual pole adding machine B1 of the smelting plant for returning after being washed by a residual pole unit B2; the distance between the smelting workshop and the electrolysis workshop is far, and the elevation of the smelting workshop is much higher than that of the electrolysis workshop; the system needs to complete the transportation and storage of the anode plates and the residual plates at the same time, and an anode plate yard B3 and a residual plate yard B3 are arranged in a yard B3.
The preferred embodiment comprises a storage mechanism 30, a feeding mechanism 21, a blanking mechanism 22 and a conveying mechanism 10. The storage mechanism 30 is a conventional chain conveyor, two sides of the storage mechanism are respectively provided with a chain for bearing a hanging lug of the residual polar plate, the chain carries the residual polar plate to be conveyed along the normal direction of the plate surface, and the storage mechanism 30 is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of chain conveyors in series respectively due to the long distance of the conveyors; in order to connect the storage mechanism 30 and the conveying mechanism 10, a feeding mechanism 21 is arranged; in order to connect the conveying mechanism 10 with the anode scrap adding machine B1, a blanking mechanism 22 is arranged; the storage mechanism 30 is a conventional chain conveyor, two sides of the storage mechanism are respectively provided with a chain for bearing the hanging lug of the anode plate, the chains carry the anode plate to be conveyed along the normal direction of the plate surface, and the storage mechanism 30 is formed by connecting a plurality of sections of chain conveyors in series because the distance of the conveyor is longer; in order to connect the storage mechanism 30 and the conveying mechanism 10, a blanking mechanism 22 is arranged; in order to connect the conveying mechanism 10 and the disc casting machine B4, a feeding mechanism 21 is arranged; the conveying mechanism 10 adopts a suspension chain mode and mainly comprises a driving device, a conveying mechanism 10 frame, a suspension chain and a secondary lifting appliance 12, wherein the secondary lifting appliance 12 is L-shaped and is used for bearing lugs at two sides of the anode plate or the anode scrap plate and carrying the anode plate A to convey along the side surface direction of the anode plate A. The two sets of feeding mechanisms 21 and the two sets of blanking mechanisms 22 are all follow-up structures, and can finish plate taking and plate placing actions under the condition that the conveying mechanism 10 continuously moves forwards without stopping.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, only one set of conveying mechanism 10 is arranged and is used for conveying the anode plates and the residual plates, so that the number of equipment is reduced, and the equipment cost is reduced;
in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, because the height difference between the melting shop and the electrolysis shop is large, if two sets of conveying mechanisms 10 are respectively provided, one set is used for lowering the anode plate and the other set is used for lifting the anode scrap plate, the following problems are easily caused: when the polar plate A is carried to lift, the conveying mechanism 10 is large in work and high in energy consumption; when the pole plate A is carried to descend, the conveying mechanism 10 is easy to slide down by the chain, and the brake of the driving device is greatly damaged due to large sliding force; in the embodiment, the anode plate and the cathode plate are combined into one conveying mechanism 10, and the residual anode plate can be lifted by fully utilizing the pull-down force of the anode plate, so that the power consumption is greatly reduced, and the operation cost is reduced.

a spreader (12);
a first conveyor (11), said first conveyor (11) being connected to said spreader (12) for driving said spreader (12) in continuous movement for transporting material,
wherein at least one of the feeding mechanism (21) and the blanking mechanism (22) is adapted to move synchronously with the spreader (12) for blanking.
3. The pole plate conveying system (100) according to claim 2, wherein the hanger (12) comprises a first hanger and a second hanger which are oppositely arranged, the first hanger and the second hanger are oppositely arranged to be suitable for hanging lugs on two sides of a pole plate in the width direction, and the first hanger and the second hanger are oppositely arranged in the feeding direction of the conveying mechanism (10).
4. The plate handling system (100) according to claim 1, wherein the plate handling system (100) is configured to be suitable for feeding and discharging in a plate normal direction and feeding in a plate width direction.
5. The plate handling system (100) of claim 1, wherein the plate handling system (100) further comprises:
the storage mechanism (30), the storage mechanism (30) with feed mechanism (21) or unloading mechanism (22) meet, at least one in feed mechanism (21) and unloading mechanism (22) disposes storage mechanism (30).

7. The pole plate transport system (100) of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the pole plate transport system (100) further comprises a rail trolley (42) and a rail turntable (41), the rail trolley (42) and the rail turntable (41) cooperating for pole plate turning or transition.

The pole plate conveying system (100) according to claim 7, wherein the rail carousel (41) comprises a bottom support, a swing mechanism, and an upper platform, the bottom support and the upper platform being rotatably connected by the swing mechanism, the upper platform being provided with a rail for the trolley (42) to travel.
9. The plate transport system (100) of claim 7, wherein the rail car (42) comprises:
a traveling vehicle body;
the lifting frame and the walking vehicle body are suitable for lifting the polar plate, and a plurality of linear brackets are arranged on the lifting frame and used for bearing lugs on two sides of the polar plate.
10. The pole plate conveying system (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the conveying mechanism (10) is provided with a plurality of feeding mechanisms (21) and discharging mechanisms (22) in a matched manner so as to be suitable for multi-station simultaneous feeding and discharging.
