Abstract
本发明为一种纺粘亲水母粒,包括如下组分及组分含量以质量分数计:30‑50份的亲水剂;2‑8份的弹性体;0.1‑0.5份的抗氧剂1010;0.2‑1.0份的抗氧剂168;40‑60份的聚丙烯。本发明的生成的母粒为高浓度的亲水母粒,一般亲水母粒在无纺布制品生产时添加量在2‑4%的情况下需要3‑7天甚至更长的时间才会具有亲水效果,该配方工艺生产的母粒同等的添加量能把亲水效果提前至1‑3天左右。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺粘亲水母粒以及制备方法。
背景技术
丙纶亲水母粒是一种高吸水树脂与聚丙烯树脂及其它亲水材料进行相容改性而成的母粒,母粒生产的亲水无纺布是一种替代后整理亲水无纺布理想产品。传统的亲水母粒浓度普遍较低,见效较慢。因此有待提出一种浓度高、亲水效果好、见效快的母粒及工艺。
发明内容
有鉴于此,针对上述的不足之处,本发明提供一种纺粘亲水母粒以解决上述问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用这样一种纺粘亲水母粒,其特征在于:包括如下组分及组分含量以质量分数计:30-50份的亲水剂;2-8份的弹性体;0.1-0.5份的抗氧剂1010;0.2-1.0份的抗氧剂168;40-60份的聚丙烯。
本发明进一步设置:所述亲水剂为非离子表面活性剂。
本发明进一步设置:所述弹性体为辛烯与乙烯共聚物。
本发明进一步设置:所述抗氧剂1010为四(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯丙酸季戊四醇酯。
本发明进一步设置:所述抗氧剂168为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
本发明还提供了一种纺粘亲水母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:1-将原料亲水剂、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168、弹性体聚丙烯按照份数比例加入混料锅内,然后开启混料锅,混料的时间3分钟;2-将混合物倒入喂料机,所述喂料机为双螺杆喂料机,喂料机设有冷却水道,冷却水的温度控制低于亲水剂熔点温度,保证混合物是以粉料状态进入螺杆。3-物料进入到双螺杆喂料机的螺杆内,进料口部分温度设置为0℃。4-熔融挤出,将步骤3中的物料通过螺杆挤出机进行挤出;其中所述螺杆挤出机有十二个区,一区温度为0℃,二区温度为50℃,三区温度为80℃,四区温度为120℃,五区温度为160℃,六区温度为175℃,七区温度为175℃八区温度为170℃,九区温度为160℃,十区温度为155℃,十一区温度为155℃,十二区温度为150℃。。
本发明的有益效果:本发明生成的母粒为高浓度的亲水母粒,一般亲水母粒在无纺布制品生产时亲水剂添加量在2-4%的情况下需要3-7天甚至更长的时间才会具有亲水效果,该配方工艺生产的母粒同等的添加量能把亲水效果提前至1-3天左右。

本发明为一种纺粘亲水母粒,包括如下组分及组分含量以质量分数计:30-50份的亲水剂;2-8份的弹性体;0.1-0.5份的抗氧剂1010;0.2-1.0份的抗氧剂168;40-60份的聚丙烯。所述亲水剂为非离子表面活性剂。所述弹性体为辛烯与乙烯共聚物。所述抗氧剂1010为四(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯丙酸季戊四醇酯。所述抗氧剂168为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
本发明还提供了一种纺粘亲水母粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1-将原料亲水剂、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168、弹性体聚丙烯按照份数比例加入混料锅内,然后开启混料锅,混料的时间3分钟;2-将混合物倒入喂料机,所述喂料机为双螺杆喂料机,喂料机设冷却水道,冷却水的温度控制在低于亲水剂熔点温度,保证混合物是以粉料状态进入螺杆。3-物料进入到双螺杆喂料机的螺杆内,进料口部分温度设置为0℃。4-熔融挤出,将步骤3中的物料通过螺杆挤出机进行挤出;其中所述螺杆挤出机有十二个区,一区温度为0℃,二区温度为50℃,三区温度为80℃,四区温度为120℃,五区温度为160℃,六区温度为175℃,七区温度为175℃八区温度为170℃,九区温度为160℃,十区温度为155℃,十一区温度为155℃,十二区温度为150℃,此外机头的挤出温度为150℃,其中喂料机的主机速度为480r/min,喂料速度为20r/min,因配方组成结构原料种类较少,没有不易分散的原料,可适当提高主机转速与喂料速度;亲水剂熔点较低,流动性太高,所以必须延长进料段区域。降低进料段温度,防止熔融段温度导热过来将进料端温度提高,熔化亲水剂,造成不下料的情况。延长挤出段区域。降低挤出段温度,保证物料在机头挤出时具有压力。
上述制备方法中因亲水剂的具有一定的粘性,同时很容易软化,稍微遇热就会熔融与聚丙烯粘合成块,堵塞下料口别住螺杆,对产品的均匀性也有着很大的影响。所以喂料机应采用双螺杆喂料机,喂料机设冷却水道,冷却水的温度控制在低于亲水剂熔点温度,保证混合物是以粉料状态进入螺杆。
此外亲水剂在55℃左右就会熔融,此时聚丙烯还未达到熔点,下料口如果有温度,连续性生产的话熔融的亲水剂会粘附于进料口导致不下料,所以进料口部分温度设置为0℃。
为了母粒成型,机头部分温度必须要低于混合物的熔点温度。
本发明的有益效果:工艺的创新点是该母粒为高浓度的亲水母粒一般亲水母粒在无纺布制品生产时添加量在2-4%的情况下需要3-7天甚至更长的时间才会具有亲水效果,该配方工艺生产的母粒同等的添加量能把亲水效果提前至1-3天左右。

1.一种纺粘亲水母粒,其特征在于:包括如下组分及组分含量以质量分数计:30-50份的亲水剂;2-8份的弹性体;0.1-0.5份的抗氧剂1010;0.2-1.0份的抗氧剂168;40-60份的聚丙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺粘亲水母粒,其特征在于:所述亲水剂为非离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺粘亲水母粒,其特征在于:所述弹性体为辛烯与乙烯共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺粘亲水母粒,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂1010为四(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基)苯丙酸季戊四醇酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺粘亲水母粒,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂168为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯。
6.一种纺粘亲水母粒的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:1-将原料亲水剂、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168、弹性体聚丙烯按照份数比例加入混料锅内,然后开启混料锅,混料的时间3分钟;2-将混合物倒入喂料机,所述喂料机为双螺杆喂料机,喂料机设有冷却水道,冷却水的温度控制低于亲水剂熔点温度,保证混合物是以粉料状态进入螺杆。3-物料进入到双螺杆喂料机的螺杆内,进料口部分温度设置为0℃。4-熔融挤出,将步骤3中的物料通过螺杆挤出机进行挤出;其中所述螺杆挤出机有十二个区,一区温度为0℃,二区温度为50℃,三区温度为80℃,四区温度为120℃,五区温度为160℃,六区温度为175℃,七区温度为175℃八区温度为170℃,九区温度为160℃,十区温度为155℃,十一区温度为155℃,十二区温度为150℃。
