at the article loading station of the endless conveyor line 8, the first chuck 22 is moved laterally to place the stethoscope on the second inverting suction nozzle 28 and the second traverse suction holder 26 to suck the opened bag;
the label printing device 4 comprises a marking machine 33 for marking the outer side of the packaging bag;
a manual feeding manipulator 34 for placing the prepackaged manual into a packaging bag;
a fitting feeding device 5 for placing the pre-installed stethoscope fittings into the packaging bag;
the parts feeder 5 includes a parts dropping passage 35 and a parts temporary storage chamber 37 provided below the parts dropping passage 35 and having a parts dropping robot 36 built therein;
the upper end of the accessory falling channel 35 receives the accessory feeding part;
a component transfer robot 38 is provided on the side of the component buffer chamber 37 for receiving the components output from the component drop robot 36 and placing them in the packaging bag.

the side wall of the heat-sealing station 43 is respectively provided with a heat-sealing side chuck 44, a heat-sealing adjusting arm 45 and a heat-sealing side pushing hand 46 which are used for supporting the outer side wall of the packaging bag to be packaged;
a packaging box feeding station 47 is arranged on one side of the heat-sealing station 43, and a packaging box feeding storage channel 48 prefabricated with a packaging box is arranged on the packaging box feeding station 47; folding box openings 50 are arranged on at least three sides of an output port of the packaging box feeding and storing channel 48, and folding box side rods 49 are movably arranged on the side parts of the folding box openings 50 and used for extruding the packaging box into a rectangular shape with an upper opening so as to bear the packaged packaging bag.
An adhesive tape sealing station is arranged on one side of the loading station 47 of the packaging box, and an adhesive tape sealing device is arranged on the adhesive tape sealing station; the tape sealing device comprises a tape winding roller 51 for supporting a rotating pre-wound tape through a rubber roller adjusting spring seat 52,
an adhesive tape tearing knife holder 54 is arranged at the output end of the adhesive tape winding roller 51 and used for cutting off the adhesive tape; a plurality of adhesive tape top tips 53 in point contact with the adhesive side of the adhesive tape are arranged between the adhesive tape winding roller 51 and the adhesive tape tearing knife holder 54, an adhesive tape feeding gripper 55 is arranged at the output end side of the adhesive tape top tips 53 and used for feeding adhesive tape heads from the inlet of the adhesive tape tearing knife holder 54, an adhesive tape feeding gripper 56 is arranged at the outlet of the adhesive tape tearing knife holder 54 and used for connecting the adhesive tape output by the adhesive tape tearing knife holder 54 to a packing box at an adhesive tape sealing station;
a plurality of adhesive tape side righting rollers 57 and adhesive tape top pressing rollers 58 are respectively arranged at the adhesive tape sealing station;
the whole package discharging device 7 includes a discharging waiting conveyor 59 and a discharging labeling head 60 disposed above the discharging waiting conveyor 59 for labeling the outside of the packing box.
The intelligent digital stethoscope packaging system comprises the components.
The automatic procedure of packaging the digital stethoscope of the embodiment comprises a transfer procedure, wherein firstly, carrier platforms 13 with corresponding number are arranged on a circulating conveying line 8 according to the number of required stations, and the operation of carrying articles is carried forward; then, when the station is opposite to the station, the station swing arm 10 swings upwards, so that the station chuck 11 enters the lower part of the carrier table 13 and swings upwards to lift and lift the carrier table horizontally; then, after the corresponding process is completed, the station swing arm 10 is swung down to place the carrier table 13 on the endless conveying line 8, and is drivingly connected by the carrier chuck head 12.

s2.5, firstly, the packing box is sent to an output waiting conveyor belt 59 by the manipulator; then, the output label head 60 is output after being labeled on the outer side of the packing box.
The packaged digital stethoscope automation process of the present embodiment performs all of the above steps S1 to S2.

The stethoscope feeding device 2 realizes automatic feeding of a prefabricated stethoscope, the packaging body feeding device 3 realizes automatic feeding of packaging bags, compared with the traditional opening mode, the stethoscope feeding device is simple in structure, quick to open and capable of avoiding electrostatic adhesion, the labeling device 4 realizes code printing on the packaging bags, and can be hot-stamped or pasted, the accessory feeding device 5 realizes stethoscope accessories such as rubber sleeves, batteries and the like, the packaging device 6 realizes exhaust sealing, packaging and glue sealing, the integral packaging output device 7 realizes output, the circulating transmission line 8 realizes circulation of the circulating toothed belt 9, the station swing arm 10, the station chuck 11 and the carrier chuck head 12 realize horizontal lifting and swinging of the carrier table 13, the carrier chucks 14 can realize connection through unevenness, the first circulating channel 15 realizes circulation, the first carrier table 16 with C-shaped openings realizes lifting, the first center rod 17, the first side clamping seat 18 realize positioning, the first push arm 19 realizes circulation, the first C-shaped upper ejection head 20 realizes ejection, meanwhile, the connection and the separation are realized by using the C, the first feeding mechanical arm 21 realizes the feeding (the auxiliary mechanical arm is conventional in the figure and is not shown), the first chuck 22 realizes the movement, the first lower supporting hand 23 prevents the adhesion, the second moving mechanical arm 24, the second transverse moving arm 25, the second transverse moving suction seat 26, the second swinging moving arm 27, the second overturning suction nozzle 28, the second upper supporting seat 29 and the second feeding guide rod 30 realize the feeding and the opening of the packaging bag, through the second rolling stop lever 31, the second lower moving suction nozzle 32 prevents adhesion, the marking machine 33, the specification feeding manipulator 34, the accessory falling channel 35, the accessory falling manipulator 36, the accessory temporary storage chamber 37 and the accessory conveying manipulator 38 complete corresponding work. The air exhausting carrier 39, the air exhausting pressure head 40, the heat-sealing pressure roller 41, the heat-sealing machine head 42, the heat-sealing station 43, the heat-sealing side clamping head 44, the heat-sealing adjusting arm 45 and the heat-sealing side pushing hand 46 realize air exhausting and sealing. The automatic packaging box folding device comprises a packaging box feeding station 47, a packaging box feeding storage channel 48, box folding side rods 49, box folding openings 50, a tape winding roller 51, a rubber roll adjusting spring seat 52, a tape ejecting head 53, a tape tearing knife seat 54, a tape feeding gripper 55, a tape feeding gripper 56, a tape side righting roller 57, a tape ejecting roller 58, an output waiting conveyor belt 59 and an output labeling head 60, wherein the opening, the loading and the tape bonding of the packaging box are realized, and the port folded plate folding of the packaging box can be realized through operation of a mechanical arm or a manual or universal mechanical arm. The invention realizes automatic packaging, and has the advantages of ingenious design and high automation degree.

Claims (6)

1. first push arms (19) are respectively arranged in rectangular guide rail grooves of the first circulating channel (15) and used for advancing the first carrier table (16) with the C-shaped opening, and a first C-shaped upper ejector head (20) is arranged at an output station of the first circulating channel (15) and used for entering the C-shaped opening of the first carrier table (16) with the C-shaped opening and ejecting the stethoscope upwards to leave the first central rod (17); a first walking feeding manipulator (21) is arranged above the first C-shaped upper ejector (20);
the first feeding manipulator (21) is provided with a first chuck (22) for grabbing and taking away the stethoscope on the uppermost layer of the first C-shaped upper ejector head (20); a first lower supporting hand (23) is arranged on one side of the uppermost layer of the first C-shaped upper plug (20),
the first lower supporting hand (23) is used for entering between the uppermost layer and the second upper layer of the stethoscope.
2. The intelligent component of digital stethoscope packaging of claim 1, wherein: the station swing arm (10) is a parallelogram mechanism so as to horizontally move the carrier table (13) back and forth with the corresponding station from the circulating conveying line (8);

the label printing device (4) comprises a marking machine (33) for marking the outer side of the packaging bag;
a manual feeding manipulator (34) for placing the prepackaged manual into the packaging bag;
the accessory feeding device (5) is used for placing the pre-installed stethoscope accessories into the packaging bag;
the accessory feeding device (5) comprises an accessory falling channel (35) and an accessory temporary storage chamber (37) which is arranged below the accessory falling channel (35) and is internally provided with an accessory falling manipulator (36);
