outputting a clamping rotation signal to drive the clamping device 4 to clamp the bulk component product, wherein the connecting member 35 rotates towards one side of the carrier tape 8 to drive the second bevel gear 33 to rotate, so that the second bevel gear 33 is meshed with the first bevel gear 32 to drive the clamping device 4 to turn over;
outputting a camera shooting display signal, controlling the camera assembly 5 to shoot the bulk component product clamped by the clamping device 4, and displaying and checking the bulk component product on the display 6;
outputting a packaging signal, driving the clamping device 4 to place the bulk component product into the pocket of the carrier tape 8, and packaging the carrier tape 8 and the cover tape 9.

the turnover device comprises a stand column, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a turnover part and a connecting part, wherein the stand column is located on one side of the placing table, the first bevel gear is fixedly connected with the stand column, the second bevel gear is meshed with the first bevel gear, the turnover part is fixedly connected with the second bevel gear, the connecting part is rotatably connected with the stand column and rotatably connected with the turnover part and located between the stand column and the turnover part, the clamping device is located on the turnover part, the camera component faces the clamping device, the display is electrically connected with the camera component, the conveying track is located on one side, away from the stand column, of the placing table, the carrying belt is slidably connected with the conveying track, and the cover belt is vertically and oppositely arranged with the carrying belt.

the clamping device comprises a mounting plate, a first sliding plate, a second sliding plate, two sliding columns, two first springs, a propping block, a rotating column and a rotating block, the mounting plate is rotatably connected with the turnover part, the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate are slidably connected with the mounting plate, the two sliding columns are oppositely arranged, fixedly connected with the first sliding plate and slidably connected with the second sliding plate, the two first springs are respectively sleeved on the two sliding columns, the abutting block is fixedly connected with the two sliding columns, and is positioned at one side of the second sliding plate far away from the first sliding plate, the rotating column is rotatably connected with the mounting plate, and the rotating block is fixedly connected with the rotating column and rotates to contact and abut against the second sliding plate and the abutting block.
