Test examples
The ginger sugar tea provided by the embodiments 1-7 of the invention is subjected to sensory test, the moisture content is measured according to the method specified in GB5009.3, the product is brewed to prepare 50ml of sample, the sample is poured into a colorless transparent container and placed in a bright place for sensory test, and the test items and the scoring standard are as follows:
moisture content of a dry product: the water content is less than 7.0%
The state is as follows: clear and transparent, and has no impurities (prepared in ten times).
Color: uniform color and no mottle (very finished).
Odor: fragrant, no peculiar smell (prepared in ten portions).
