Abstract
The invention provides a modular culture platform, which comprises a culture cylinder, a fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell, a coarse filtration cabin and a sewage filtration cabin, wherein the fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell is arranged on the culture cylinder; the inner wall of the cultivation cylinder is smooth, and the lower part of the cultivation cylinder is funnel-shaped; the fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell is connected to the bottom of the culture cylinder; the coarse filtering cabin is arranged in the fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell and is communicated and connected with the bottom of the cultivation cylinder, and the coarse filtering cabin is connected with an organic fertilizer production unit through a first pipeline; the coarse filtering cabin is connected with a sewage filtering cabin through a second pipeline, a circulating pump is arranged on the second pipeline, and the sewage filtering cabin is fixed on the periphery of the cultivation cylinder; the sewage filtering cabin is communicated with the cultivation cylinder through a plurality of guide water inlet pipes; the bottom of the culture cylinder forms a fish lifting channel around the coarse filter cabin, and the fish lifting channel is connected with a fish lifting unit. Most aquatic product cultivation in China is from fresh water cultivation, and the traditional cultivation mode causes serious cultivation water body pollution due to residual bait, excrement, excessive fish drug use and the like generated in the cultivation process, and the quality of the cultivation product cannot be guaranteed. Preferably, the device also comprises an equipment operating cabin, wherein the equipment operating cabin is fixed on the periphery of the cultivation cylinder and is arranged below the sewage filtering cabin in a stacked mode; the circulating pump is arranged in the equipment operation cabin.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a modular cultivation platform according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cultivation cylinder 1, a fish and sewage discharging lower housing 2, a coarse filtration tank 7 and a sewage filtration tank 3; the inner wall of the cultivation cylinder 1 is smooth, and the lower part of the cultivation cylinder is funnel-shaped; the fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell 2 is connected to the bottom of the cultivation cylinder 1; the coarse filtering cabin 7 is arranged in the fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell 2 and is communicated and connected with the bottom of the cultivation cylinder 1, and the coarse filtering cabin 7 is connected with an organic fertilizer production unit 10 through a first pipeline; the coarse filtering cabin 7 is connected with the sewage filtering cabin 3 through a second pipeline, a circulating pump is arranged on the second pipeline, and the sewage filtering cabin 3 is fixed on the periphery of the cultivation cylinder 1; the sewage filtering cabin 3 is communicated with the cultivation cylinder 1 through a plurality of guide water inlet pipes 8; the bottom of the breeding cylinder 1 forms a fish lifting channel around the coarse filter chamber 7, which fish lifting channel is connected with a fish lifting unit 11.

The guide water inlet pipes 8 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the breeding cylinder 1 at intervals, and the axial direction of the guide water inlet pipes 8 and the radial direction of the breeding cylinder 1 form a preset included angle.
In order to prevent the damage of the platform structure caused by the collision between the breeding modules, the outer wall of the sewage filtering cabin 3 is provided with an anti-collision protection strip 5.
The outer wall upper portion of sewage filter cabin 3 is provided with a plurality of module connecting chains 9, and the link between the cultivation module is linked through module connecting chain 9.
In order to fix the culture platform module, the bottom of the equipment operating cabin 4 is connected with a plurality of anchoring units 6. The anchoring unit 6 is arranged below the platform to vacate the space above the platform, which is more beneficial to the utilization of the space above the platform and the culture operation.
The sewage filtering cabin 3 and the equipment operation cabin 4 are rectangular in shape.

1. A modular culture platform is characterized by comprising a culture cylinder, a fish and sewage discharge lower shell, a coarse filtering cabin and a sewage filtering cabin; the inner wall of the culture cylinder is smooth, and the lower part of the culture cylinder is funnel-shaped; the fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell is connected to the bottom of the culture cylinder; the coarse filtering cabin is arranged in the fish lifting and sewage discharging lower shell and is communicated and connected with the bottom of the cultivation cylinder, and the coarse filtering cabin is connected with an organic fertilizer production unit through a first pipeline; the coarse filtering cabin is connected with the sewage filtering cabin through a second pipeline, a circulating pump is arranged on the second pipeline, and the sewage filtering cabin is fixed on the periphery of the breeding cylinder; the sewage filtering cabin is communicated with the culture cylinder through a plurality of guide water inlet pipes; and a fish lifting channel is formed at the bottom of the culture cylinder around the coarse filtering cabin and is connected with a fish lifting unit.
2. The modular farming platform of claim 1, further comprising an equipment handling compartment secured to the outer periphery of the farming cylinder and disposed in a stacked relationship beneath the sewage filter compartment; the circulating pump is arranged in the equipment operation cabin.
3. The modular farming platform of claim 2, wherein the guide water inlet pipes are evenly spaced along the circumferential direction of the farming cylinder, and the axial direction of the guide water inlet pipes and the radial direction of the farming cylinder form a preset included angle.
4. The modular farming platform of claim 3, wherein the outer wall of the sewage filtration compartment is provided with an anti-collision protective strip.
5. The modular farming platform of claim 4, wherein the sewage filter tank is provided at an upper portion of an outer wall thereof with a plurality of module connecting chains.
6. The modular farming platform of claim 5, wherein a plurality of mooring units are connected to the bottom of the equipment handling compartment.
7. The modular farming platform of claim 6, wherein the sewage filtration compartment and the equipment handling compartment are rectangular in shape.
