Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of laundry detergents, in particular to an infant herbal laundry detergent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In spring and winter every year, sunlight is reduced, clothes are not dried thoroughly and are easy to breed various germs, most of germs cannot be eliminated after general clothes detergents are washed, so that the germs are left on the clothes, the clothes which are not dried thoroughly are easy to contact with germs, skin inflammation is caused, newborns are easy to be infected by staphylococcus aureus and grow impetigo, and mildew prevention and sterilization are the effects which are most expected by consumers.
At present, chemical bactericides such as 2,4, 4-trichloro-2-hydroxyphenyl ether, chloroxylenol, triclosan and triclocarban are mainly added into the degerming detergent in the market, most of the chemical bactericides have high irritation and are harmful to health after being used for a long time, the chemical additives can affect human skin to a certain degree, and the skin can be affected after being soaked in the laundry detergent, so that the skin is rough, carries bacteria or is allergic.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical defects in the prior art, the invention provides the herbal laundry detergent for the infants and the preparation method thereof, which combines a flexible active agent and natural antibacterial and antiviral plant components, does not contain essence and pigment, does not stimulate the skin, does not hurt the fabrics, and is safe and environment-friendly.
The technical solution adopted by the invention is as follows:
the herbal laundry detergent for infants comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 21 to 27.5 percent of plant material, 15 to 30 percent of surfactant, 0.1 percent of ethylparaben, auxiliary agent and the balance of water,
the plant material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
2 to 3 parts of gentian, 2 to 3 parts of clematis root, 4 to 5 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 2 to 2.5 parts of ampelopsis japonica, 1 to 1.5 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 0.5 part of liquorice, 1.5 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 3 to 4 parts of angelica dahurica, 1.5 to 2 parts of mint and 3.5 to 4.5 parts of amur corktree bark;
the surfactant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
18-20 parts of imidazoline, 9-10 parts of alkyl glycoside, 2007-8 parts of ET, and 1-1.5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Preferably, the plant material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
2 parts of gentian, 2 parts of clematis root, 4 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 2 parts of ampelopsis japonica, 1 part of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 0.5 part of liquorice, 1.5 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 3 parts of angelica dahurica, 1.5 parts of mint and 3.5 parts of golden cypress.
Preferably, the plant material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
3 parts of gentian, 3 parts of clematis root, 5 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 2.5 parts of ampelopsis japonica, 1.5 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 0.5 part of liquorice, 1.5 parts of lightyellow sophora root, 4 parts of angelica dahurica, 2 parts of mint and 4.5 parts of amur corktree bark.
Preferably, the surfactant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
imidazoline 18 parts, alkyl glycoside 9 parts, ET2007 part and sodium dodecyl sulfate 1 part.
Preferably, the surfactant is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of imidazoline, 10 parts of alkyl glycoside, 2008 parts of ET and 1.5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Preferably, the mass fraction of the surfactant is 15%.
The preparation method of the herbal laundry detergent for infants comprises the following steps:
s1: weighing the plant materials after the carefully selected impurities are removed according to the parts by weight, putting the plant materials into a sealing pot, putting 4-6 times of water into the sealing pot, and tightly covering the pot cover of the sealing pot;
s2: placing the stored sealed pot into a hot water kettle, stewing for ten hours in a waterproof way, and controlling the temperature in the sealed pot to be between 98 and 100 ℃;
s3: naturally cooling to room temperature, and separating juice and residues to obtain filtrate A;
s4: filtering and precipitating the filtrate A obtained in the step S3 to obtain a precipitated filtrate B;
