一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置,属于变速器技术领域。它提供一种结构结构简单,便于维修的基于行星轮系的混合动力车辆传动装置。该传动装置由两个电机、两个离合器、一个简单行星轮系、一个复杂行星轮系组成,其中一个电机主要用于发电,另一个电机用于驱动车辆前进和制动回收能量,通过离合器和行星轮系的不同组合,发动机、两个电机的不同工作状态,可以实现不同速比的选择,不同的工作模式。本发明控制方便,结构紧凑,采用零件少,离合器和行星轮系组装简单,零件成本和加工难度低,具有结构合理,装配简单,可以实现的运行模式多,性价比高的特点。

背景技术
随着汽车行业的快速发展与技术革新,新能源混合动力装置在变速器领域的应用越来越广泛,既可以满足发动机、发电机、电动机的各种动力组合形式,又可以充分发挥发动机、电机的各自的优点,既可以像传动燃油车一样满足续航里程需求,并且对基础设施要求低,又可以像纯电动车一样满足经济性要求,未来几年内,是新能源汽车的重要发展方向;行星轮系可以转化较大的速比变化,加上离合器的配合可以较少的零件实现不同的动力组合模式,空间结构体积小,相对重量轻,是混合动力车辆传动装置的重要实现形式。
但现有的混合动力装置存在结构复杂、采用零件多,零件成本和加工难度高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构结构简单,便于维修的基于行星轮系的混合动力车辆传动装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置,包括输入轴、输出轴、前端电机、后端电机、第一离合器及第二离合器;所述输入轴一端与发动机动力系统连接,输入轴另一端通过前端行星轮系与前端电机连接以及与输出轴之间安装有第二离合器,所述前端行星轮系与输出轴之间安装有第一离合器,所述后端电机通过后端行星轮系与输出轴连接,通过第一离合器、第二离合器的不同组合,发动机、后端电机、前端电机的不同工作状态,可以实现不同速比的选择,不同的工作模式。
进一步地,所述前端行星轮系包括第一太阳轮、第一行星轮、第二太阳轮、第二行星轮、第二外齿圈、第二行星架;所述后端行星轮系包括第三太阳轮、第三行星轮、第三外齿圈、第三行星架;在前端行星轮系中,第二外齿圈固定约束,第一行星轮与第二行星轮刚性连接,第二太阳轮与第二行星架形成速比关系,第一太阳轮与第二行星架形成速比关系,第一太阳轮与第二太阳轮形成速比关系;
所述输入轴另一端与第二太阳轮和第二离合器内毂的一端连接,所述第二离合器内毂的另一端与第二离合器连接,第二行星架的一端与第一离合器一端连接,第一离合器、第二离合器共同与离合器架的一端连接,离合器架的另一端、第三行星架的一端共同与输出轴连接;
所述后端电机与第三太阳轮连接,第三外齿圈固定安装在壳体上;
前端电机与第一太阳轮连接,第二行星轮、第一行星轮安装在第二行星架上,第二外齿圈固定安装在壳体上。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式一-EV纯电时:所述第一离合器、第二离合器均不结合,发动机、前端电机均不工作,后端电机单独输出动力做为传动装置的动力源。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式二-串联时:所述第一离合器、第二离合器均不结合,发动机发出动力,前端电机接收来自发动机输出的动力,并将接收到的动力传递给后端电机或将动力能量储存到电池中,后端电机发出动力,后端电机的动力来源是前端电机或电池。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式三-直驱一时:所述第一离合器结合,第二离合器不结合,后端电机不工作,当电池电量足够时,前端电机不吸收动力,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机发出动力,是传动装置的动力输出。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式四-直驱二时:所述第一离合器不结合,第二离合器结合,后端电机不工作,当电池电量足够时,前端电机不吸收动力,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机发出动力,是传动装置的动力输出。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式五-并联一时:所述第一离合器结合,第二离合器不结合,当电池电量足够时,前端电机不工作,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机、后端电机发出动力,共同做为传动装置的动力输出。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式六-并联二时:第一离合器不结合,第二离合器结合,当电池电量足够时,前端电机不工作,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机、后端电机发出动力,共同做为传动装置的动力输出。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式七-制动回收时:所述第一离合器、第二离合器均不结合,后端电机接收来自车轮系统减速制动产生的动力。
进一步地,当所述传动装置处于模式八-怠速发电时:所述第一离合器、第二离合器均不结合,后端电机不工作,前端电机接收来自发动机输出的动力,并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、既可以满足发动机、发电机、电动机的各种动力组合形式,又可以充分发挥发动机、电机的各自的优点,既可以像传动燃油车一样满足续航里程需求,并且对基础设施要求低,又可以像纯电动车一样满足经济性要求;
2、两个离合器和复合行星轮系,可以使本发明涉及一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置具备两个发动机直结挡位,两个发动机直结挡位的优点好处:减少车主对车载电池无法及时充电、电机系统故障等焦虑,具备发动机直驱模式,无论车速高低,发动机都可以在最佳的效率区间工作,整车低速时,传动速比大,低速挡位满足动力性要求,整车高速时,传动速比小,高速挡位满足经济型要求;
3、行星轮系可以转化较大的速比变化,加上离合器的配合可以较少的零件实现不同的动力组合模式,空间结构体积小,相对重量轻,其中前端行星轮系为复合行星轮系,实现结构极为简单,零件仅有,只有两个太阳轮,一个行星轮总成,一个外齿圈,一个行星架,整体上容易实现,成本低。
4、本发明控制方便,结构紧凑,采用零件少,离合器和行星轮系组装简单,零件成本和加工难度低,具有结构合理,装配简单,可以实现的运行模式多,性价比高的特点。

模式五-并联一:第一离合器15结合,第二离合器16不结合,当电池电量足够时,前端电机18不工作,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机18接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机、后端电机17发出动力,共同做为传动装置的动力输出;动力传递路径如下,发动机将动力传递给第二太阳轮31,第二太阳轮31通过前端行星轮系将动力传递给第二行星架33,第二行星架33将动力依次传递给第一离合器15、离合器架13、输出轴14,当电池电量需要补充时,第二太阳轮31通过前端行星轮系将部分动力传递给第一太阳轮21,第一太阳轮21将动力传递给前端电机18,并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中或传递后端电机17,后端电机17将动力传递给第三太阳轮41,第三太阳轮41通过后端行星轮系将动力传递给第三行星架43,第三行星架43将动力传递给输出轴14,输出轴14同时收到来自离合器架13和第三行星架43的动力输出;
模式六-并联二:第一离合器15不结合,第二离合器16结合,当电池电量足够时,前端电机18不工作,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机18接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机、后端电机17发出动力,共同做为传动装置的动力输出;动力传递路径如下,发动机将动力传递给第二太阳轮31,第二太阳轮31通过前端行星轮系将动力传递给第二行星架33,第二行星架33将动力依次传递给第二离合器16、离合器架13、输出轴14,当电池电量需要补充时,第二太阳轮31通过前端行星轮系将部分动力传递给第一太阳轮21,第一太阳轮21将动力传递给前端电机18,并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中或传递后端电机17,后端电机17将动力传递给第三太阳轮41,第三太阳轮41通过后端行星轮系将动力传递给第三行星架43,第三行星架43将动力传递给输出轴14,输出轴14同时收到来自离合器架13和第三行星架43的动力输出;
模式七-制动回收:第一离合器15、第二离合器16均不结合,后端电机17接收来自车轮系统减速制动产生的动力;动力传递路径如下,输出轴14将动力传递给第三行星架43,第三行星架43通过后端行星轮系将动力传递给第三太阳轮41,第三太阳轮41将动力传递给后端电机17;并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中。
模式八-怠速发电:第一离合器15、第二离合器16均不结合,后端电机17不工作,前端电机18接收来自发动机输出的动力,并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中;动力传递路径如下,发动机将动力传递给第二太阳轮31,第二太阳轮31通过前端行星轮系将动力传递给第一太阳轮21,第一太阳轮21将动力传递给前端电机18;

Claims (5)

1.一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置,其特征在于:包括输入轴(11)、输出轴(14)、前端电机(18)、后端电机(17)、第一离合器(15)及第二离合器(16);所述输入轴(11)一端与发动机动力系统连接,输入轴(11)另一端通过前端行星轮系与前端电机(18)连接以及与输出轴(14)之间安装有第二离合器(16),所述前端行星轮系与输出轴(14)之间安装有第一离合器(15),所述后端电机(17)通过后端行星轮系与输出轴(14)连接,通过第一离合器(15)、第二离合器(16)的不同组合,发动机、后端电机(17)、前端电机(18)的不同工作状态,可以实现不同速比的选择,不同的工作模式,
所述前端行星轮系包括第一太阳轮(21)、第一行星轮(22)、第二太阳轮(31)、第二行星轮(32)、第二外齿圈(34)、第二行星架(33);所述后端行星轮系包括第三太阳轮(41)、第三行星轮(42)、第三外齿圈(44)、第三行星架(43);在前端行星轮系中,第二外齿圈(34)固定约束,第一行星轮(22)与第二行星轮(32)刚性连接,第二太阳轮(31)与第二行星架(33)形成速比关系,第一太阳轮(21)与第二行星架(33)形成速比关系,第一太阳轮(21)与第二太阳轮(31)形成速比关系;
所述输入轴(11)另一端与第二太阳轮(31)和第二离合器内毂(12)的一端连接,所述第二离合器内毂(12)的另一端与第二离合器(16)连接,第二行星架(33)的一端与第一离合器(15)一端连接,第一离合器(15)、第二离合器(16)共同与离合器架(13)的一端连接,离合器架(13)的另一端、第三行星架(43)的一端共同与输出轴(14)连接;
所述后端电机(17)与第三太阳轮(41)连接,第三外齿圈(44)固定安装在壳体(19)上;
前端电机(18)与第一太阳轮(21)连接,第二行星轮(32)、第一行星轮(22)安装在第二行星架(33)上,第二外齿圈(34)固定安装在壳体(19)上,当所述传动装置处于模式七-制动回收时:所述第一离合器(15)、第二离合器(16)均不结合,后端电机(17)接收来自车轮系统减速制动产生的动力,
当所述传动装置处于模式五-并联一时:所述第一离合器(15)结合,第二离合器(16)不结合,当电池电量足够时,前端电机(18)不工作,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机(18)接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机、后端电机(17)发出动力,共同做为传动装置的动力输出,动力传递路径如下,发动机将动力传递给第二太阳轮(31),第二太阳轮(31)通过前端行星轮系将动力传递给第二行星架(33),第二行星架(33)将动力依次传递给第一离合器(15)、离合器架(13)、输出轴(14),当电池电量需要补充时,第二太阳轮(31)通过前端行星轮系将部分动力传递给第一太阳轮(21),第一太阳轮(21)将动力传递给前端电机(18),并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中或传递后端电机(17),后端电机(17)将动力传递给第三太阳轮(41),第三太阳轮(41)通过后端行星轮系将动力传递给第三行星架(43),第三行星架(43)将动力传递给输出轴(14),输出轴(14)同时收到来自离合器架(13)和第三行星架(43)的动力输出;
当所述传动装置处于模式六-并联二时:第一离合器(15)不结合,第二离合器(16)结合,当电池电量足够时,前端电机(18)不工作,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机(18)接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机、后端电机(17)发出动力,共同做为传动装置的动力输出,动力传递路径如下,发动机将动力传递给第二太阳轮(31),第二太阳轮(31)通过前端行星轮系将动力传递给第二行星架(33),第二行星架(33)将动力依次传递给第二离合器(16)、离合器架(13)、输出轴(14),当电池电量需要补充时,第二太阳轮(31)通过前端行星轮系将部分动力传递给第一太阳轮(21),第一太阳轮(21)将动力传递给前端电机(18),并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中或传递后端电机(17),后端电机(17)将动力传递给第三太阳轮(41),第三太阳轮(41)通过后端行星轮系将动力传递给第三行星架(43),第三行星架(43)将动力传递给输出轴(14),输出轴(14)同时收到来自离合器架(13)和第三行星架(43)的动力输出;
当所述传动装置处于模式八-怠速发电时:所述第一离合器(15)、第二离合器(16)均不结合,后端电机(17)不工作,前端电机(18)接收来自发动机输出的动力,并将接收到的动力能量储存到电池中,动力传递路径如下,发动机将动力传递给第二太阳轮(31),第二太阳轮(31)通过前端行星轮系将动力传递给第一太阳轮(21),第一太阳轮(21)将动力传递给前端电机(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置,其特征在于:当所述传动装置处于模式一-EV纯电时:所述第一离合器(15)、第二离合器(16)均不结合,发动机、前端电机(18)均不工作,后端电机(17)单独输出动力做为传动装置的动力源。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置,其特征在于:当所述传动装置处于模式二-串联时:所述第一离合器(15)、第二离合器(16)均不结合,发动机发出动力,前端电机(18)接收来自发动机输出的动力,并将接收到的动力传递给后端电机(17)或将动力能量储存到电池中,后端电机(17)发出动力,后端电机(17)的动力来源是前端电机(18)或电池。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置,其特征在于:当所述传动装置处于模式三-直驱一时:所述第一离合器(15)结合,第二离合器(16)不结合,后端电机(17)不工作,当电池电量足够时,前端电机(18)不吸收动力,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机(18)接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机发出动力,是传动装置的动力输出。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种行星轮系混合动力车辆传动装置,其特征在于:当所述传动装置处于模式四-直驱二时:所述第一离合器(15)不结合,第二离合器(16)结合,后端电机(17)不工作,当电池电量足够时,前端电机(18)不吸收动力,当电池电量需要补充时,前端电机(18)接收来自发动机输出的部分动力,发动机发出动力,是传动装置的动力输出。
