The invention provides a production method for plates with two notches, which is characterized in that two plates 7 are respectively placed on a lower template 1 and are respectively positioned at two sides of a blanking hole 11, one end parts of the two plates 7 close to each other respectively enter the blanking hole 11, first positioning pins 3 are respectively arranged on two connecting holes, a first positioning block 2 is arranged between the two plates 7, the two plates 7 are positioned for the first time by two sides of the two first positioning pins 3 and the first positioning block 2, then an upper template 6 and a punch 61 are started to move towards the blanking hole 11, one end parts of the two plates 7 are punched into special-shaped notches 71, then the two plates 7 are turned over, the other end parts of the two plates 7 are both positioned right above the blanking hole 11, the first positioning pins 3 and the first positioning block 2 are replaced by a second positioning pin 5 and a second positioning block 4, and the sizes of the second positioning pin 5 and the second positioning block 4 are increased or reduced, enabling the two plates 7 to respectively generate certain displacement in the transverse direction and the vertical direction, further meeting the size of the chamfer gap 72, realizing the second positioning of the two plates 7, then starting the upper template 6 and the punch 61 again to move downwards towards the blanking hole 11, and punching the other ends of the two plates 7 into special-shaped gaps 71; the size of the second positioning pin 5 and the second positioning block 4 replaces the first positioning pin 3 and the first positioning block 2 which are different in size, a production die does not need to be changed, the two plates 7 can be simultaneously blanked to form the processing of two different gaps, namely the special-shaped gap 71 and the chamfer gap 72, the production efficiency is improved, and the quality of the plate 7 for processing the special-shaped gap 71 and the chamfer gap 72 is improved by adopting a stamping production mode.
The punched hole 11 is a T-shaped hole, and two opposite side edges of the T-shaped hole have the same profile as the two special-shaped notches 71, so that the punch 61 can process the special-shaped notches 71 on the two plates 7 by one-time punching. The edge angle of the irregular cutout 71 has a chamfer C12, so that a corresponding protrusion shaped as an isosceles right triangle is provided on the T-shaped punch 61 for machining the chamfer C12 of the irregular cutout 71. The chamfer notch 72 to be processed on the plate 7 is a chamfer C8, and when the second positioning shaft and the second positioning block 4 are installed, the radius of the second positioning pin 5 is larger than the radius of the first positioning pin 3 by 4cm, and the width of the second positioning block 4 is larger than the width of the first positioning block 2 by 8cm, so after the second positioning block 4 and the second positioning pin 5 are installed, the plate 7 is moved by 4cm downward and leftward respectively, and the protrusion part is punched and processed into the chamfer notch 72 of the chamfer C8 at the other end part of the plate 7.
As a specific embodiment of the method for producing a plate material with two notches provided by the present invention, after the first positioning pin 3 and the first positioning block 2 are installed, the irregular notches 71 of the plurality of plate materials 7 are continuously processed; then, replacing the second positioning pin 5 and the second positioning block 4, and processing chamfer notches 72 on the plurality of plates 7 with the processed special-shaped notches 71; when the irregular-shaped notches 71 and the chamfer notches 72 on the plates 7 are machined, after the first positioning pin 3 and the first positioning block 2 are installed, the irregular-shaped notches 71 of the plates 7 are continuously machined; then, replacing the second positioning pin 5 and the second positioning block 4, and then processing the chamfer notch 72 again on the plate 7 which is processed with the special-shaped notch 71; through this kind of mode has reduced the change between first locating pin 3 and first locating piece 2, second locating pin 5 and the second locating piece 4, save time for processing production efficiency.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. A production facility for sheet material with two types of notches, comprising:
the lower die plate is provided with a blanking hole, a connecting hole opposite to the blanking hole and two positioning holes positioned at two sides of the blanking hole; the lower template is used for mounting two plates which are respectively positioned at two sides of the blanking hole; the blanking hole is of an axisymmetric structure and is used for simultaneously blanking two plates;
the first positioning block is arranged on the lower template and detachably connected with the connecting hole; two sides of the first positioning block transversely position the two plates for processing the special-shaped gap;
the first positioning pins are arranged in the two positioning holes respectively; the two first positioning pins are used for vertically positioning the two plates and are used for machining the special-shaped notches;
the second positioning block is arranged on the lower template and detachably connected with the connecting hole; two sides of the first positioning block transversely position the two plates for processing a chamfer gap; the width dimension of the second positioning block is different from that of the first positioning block;
the two second positioning pins are respectively used for being arranged in the two positioning holes; the two second positioning pins are used for vertically positioning the two plates and are used for machining the chamfer notches; the second dowel pin has a radial dimension that is different from a radial dimension of the first dowel pin.

The manufacturing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the lower plate has a first mounting groove corresponding to the punching hole, a second mounting groove is formed on a bottom surface of the first mounting groove, the connecting hole is formed in the second mounting groove, and the first positioning block and the second positioning block are respectively mounted in the second mounting groove and the first mounting groove.
3. The production equipment for the plate with two gaps as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first positioning block and the second positioning block are provided with through holes corresponding to the connecting holes; the first positioning block and the second positioning block are detachably connected with the lower template through pin shafts penetrating through the through holes and the connecting holes respectively.
4. The production facility for sheet material with two kinds of notches as set forth in claim 3, wherein there are two of said connecting holes, and two of said connecting holes are alternately arranged.
5. The production apparatus for a plate material with two kinds of notches as set forth in claim 1, wherein said first positioning pin comprises:
the positioning rod is arranged in the positioning hole;
the cylindrical boss is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the positioning rod; the outer circular surface of the cylindrical boss is used for being in contact connection with the side surface of the plate.
6. The manufacturing apparatus for a plate material with two kinds of notches as set forth in claim 1, wherein said second positioning block is provided at its lower end with a receiving groove for receiving said first positioning block.
7. The production facility for sheet material with two types of nicks as recited in claim 1, wherein said production facility for sheet material with two types of nicks further comprises:
the upper template is positioned above the lower template; the lower end of the upper template is provided with a punch matched with the blanking hole; the lower end of the upper template is also provided with a guide post, and the lower template is provided with a guide hole in sliding fit with the guide post;
and the driving mechanism is connected with the upper template and is used for driving the upper template and the punch to move up and down.
8. A production method for a sheet material with two types of notches, comprising the production apparatus for a sheet material with two types of notches as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by further comprising:
placing two plates on the lower template, wherein the two plates are respectively positioned at two sides of the blanking hole; one end parts of the two plates are positioned above the blanking hole;
a first positioning block is arranged on the lower template and is detachably connected with the connecting hole; installing two first positioning pins in the positioning holes on the lower template, and positioning the two plates for the first time;
starting an upper template and a punch to move downwards, wherein the punch punches the two plates to form special-shaped gaps;
removing the first positioning block and the two first positioning pins, and turning over the two plates to enable the other ends of the plates to be located above the blanking holes;
a second positioning block is arranged on the lower template and is detachably connected with the connecting hole; installing two second positioning pins in the positioning holes on the lower template, and positioning the two plates for the second time;
and starting the upper die plate and the punch to move downwards, wherein the punch punches the two plates to form chamfer gaps.
9. The method for producing a plate material with two kinds of notches as set forth in claim 8, wherein after the first positioning pin and the first positioning block are installed, the irregular notches of the plurality of plate materials are continuously processed; and then replacing the second positioning pin and the second positioning block, and processing the chamfer gaps of the plurality of plates with the processed special-shaped gaps.
