a spraying device for hub production is shown in figures 7 and 8, and aims to solve the spraying problem; the present embodiment is modified from embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 as follows: the spraying mechanism 3 comprises an L-shaped support 28 and a spraying nozzle 32, the L-shaped support 28 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base 1 through bolts, the outer wall of the L-shaped support 28 is connected with a lifting plate 34 in a sliding mode through a linear sliding rail 35, the outer wall of the lifting plate 34 is provided with an adjusting plate 31, the spraying nozzle 32 is fixed on the outer wall of the adjusting plate 31 through bolts, and the spraying nozzle 32 is connected with an outer wall spraying pump; when the spraying pump is started, the spraying medium can be conveyed to the spraying nozzle 32, so that the medium is sprayed to the surface of the hub through the spraying nozzle 32; flow guide shells 33 are arranged on two symmetrical sides of the spraying nozzle 32, the flow guide shells 33 are fixed on the outer wall of the adjusting plate 31 through bolts, and air inlets of the two flow guide shells 33 are connected with a heat pump; when the heat pump is started, hot air can be conveyed to the diversion shell 33, the hot air is blown to the surface of the hub through diversion of the diversion shell 33, floating dust on the surface of the hub can be blown off by blowing air of the diversion shell 33 located at the upstream, defects in spraying are prevented, spraying media can be quickly dried by blowing air of the diversion shell 33 located at the downstream, and therefore spraying effect and efficiency are improved.
In order to solve the adjustment problem, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a lifting motor 29 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the L-shaped bracket 28 through a bolt, the outer wall of an output shaft of the lifting motor 29 is connected with a lifting screw 30 through a coupler, and the lifting screw 30 is connected to the inner wall of a lifting plate 34 through a thread; when the lifting motor 29 is started, the lifting motor drives the lifting screw rod 30 to rotate, so that the lifting plate 34 is driven to be lifted and adjusted through the threaded connection; the adjusting plate 31 is movably connected with the lifting plate 34 through a telescopic guide column 38, a second spring 39 is sleeved on the outer wall of the telescopic guide column 38, an adjusting screw 37 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the adjusting plate 31, the outer wall of the adjusting screw 37 is in threaded connection with the lifting plate 34, and a knob 36 is fixed on the outer wall of the adjusting screw 37 through a bolt; when the knob 36 is rotated, the adjusting screw 37 is rotated, so that the adjusting plate 31 and the spraying nozzle 32 on the adjusting plate 31 are driven to move transversely with the guide shell 33 through the connection with the lifting plate 34, the distance between the spraying nozzle and the hub is adjusted, and the spraying effect is further improved.
This embodiment is used: the lifting motor 29 is started to drive the lifting screw rod 30 to rotate, so that the lifting plate 34 is driven to be lifted and adjusted through the threaded connection effect, when the knob 36 is rotated, the adjusting screw rod 37 rotates, so that the adjusting plate 31 and the spraying nozzle 32 on the adjusting plate 31 are driven to transversely move with the guide shell 33 through the connection with the lifting plate 34, the distance between the spraying nozzle and the hub is adjusted, and the spraying effect is further improved.

Claims (10)

1. A spraying device for hub production comprises a base (1), a clamping driving mechanism (2) and a spraying mechanism (3), wherein the clamping driving mechanism (2) and the spraying mechanism (3) are arranged on the top of the base (1) and matched with each other, the clamping driving mechanism (2) comprises a supporting seat (4) fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (1) through supporting legs (5), and a driving assembly (6) and a clamping assembly (7) which are arranged on two sides of the supporting seat (4) and matched with each other, the clamping assembly (7) comprises a supporting disk (15) and a clamping cambered surface roller assembly (17), the outer wall of the bottom of the supporting disk (15) is rotatably connected with a second connecting rod (16), the outer wall of the second connecting rod (16) is fixedly provided with a second piston (13), the outer wall of the second piston (13) is matched with a main cylinder body (12) in a sliding manner, and the outer wall of the main cylinder body (12) is fixedly provided with a supporting cylinder body (9) communicated with the inner cavity of the main cylinder body, the inner wall of the supporting cylinder body (9) is matched with a piston I (11) in a sliding mode, a connecting rod I (10) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the piston I (11), an L-shaped sliding block (19) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the connecting rod I (10), the base (1) is in sliding connection with a sliding groove I (20) through a sliding groove formed in the inner wall of the supporting seat (4), and the clamping cambered surface roller assembly (17) is rotatably connected to the top of the L-shaped sliding block (19) through a main shaft (18).

6. A spraying device for hub production according to claim 1, wherein the clamping roller assembly (17) comprises a roller body (40) and a cushion rubber sheet (41) provided on the circumferential outer wall of the roller body (40).

A spraying device for producing a hub according to claim 6, characterized in that the cushion rubber sheet (41) comprises two symmetrical and inclined side ribs (43) fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the circumference of the roller body (40) and a supporting rib (42) fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the roller body (40).

The spraying device for hub production according to claim 1, wherein the spraying mechanism (3) comprises an L-shaped support (28) and a spraying nozzle (32), the L-shaped support (28) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the top of the base (1), the outer wall of the L-shaped support (28) is slidably connected with a lifting plate (34) through a linear sliding rail (35), an adjusting plate (31) is arranged on the outer wall of the lifting plate (34), the spraying nozzle (32) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the adjusting plate (31), and the spraying nozzle (32) is connected with an outer wall spraying pump.

The spraying device for producing the hub according to claim 8, wherein flow guide shells (33) are arranged on two symmetrical sides of the spraying nozzle (32), the flow guide shells (33) are fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the adjusting plate (31), and air inlets of the two flow guide shells (33) are connected with a heat pump.
