The following tests were carried out on three groups of examples 1-3 above:
selecting: kunming mouse, male, 18-22 g; a breeding environment: the temperature is kept at 25 ℃, the relative humidity is 60 percent, and the illumination time is 12 hours.
The test method comprises the following steps: mice were divided into four groups, A/B/C/D groups, respectively.
Group A: administration of example 1; group B: administration example 2; group C: administration example 3; group D: equal amount of clear water is given.
Four groups of mice were dosed for 30 days, and after each day dosing, the mice were acclimatized in a running wheel with a diameter of 17cm and a speed of 150 cycles/min for 45min.
On day 31, three groups of mice were dosed normally, run for 120min in the running wheel, and sacrificed after resting for 30min, livers of the mice were harvested, washed and stored at low temperature for determination of glycogen, SOD, GSH-Px, CAT, and MDA contents in the livers.
The results are shown in figures 1-5, and it is concluded that group A/B/C has significant liver-protecting and anti-fatigue effects compared with group D. Among the three groups A/B/C, the group A has the best liver protection effect, but the effect is not obvious compared with the group B.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
