Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained by the following embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the examples are only for the understanding of the present invention and should not be construed as the specific limitations of the present invention.
Example 1
The pharmaceutical composition for treating bipolar disorder patients comprises three dosing windows. The dosing window comprises a mood stabilizer and/or an antidepressant or antipsychotic agent. Mood stabilizer is used for regulating mood stabilization and neurotransmitter of patients in manic or hypomanic stage. Lithium carbonate can be used for patients with high mood and low mental skills but without aggression. Valproate (sodium valproate, magnesium valproate) is often used for patients with dysphoria, irritation, or even aggressive behavior. Patients in the depressed cycle comprise two types, one is a depressed mood, developing depressive illness; a patient with mental problems accompanied by depressed mood, such as hallucinations and cognitive impairment. For the former, lamotrigine (libitone, Lamictal), quetiapine (Seroquel), compound olanzapine/fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule (Symbyax) or olanzapine (Zyprexa) are generally used. For the latter, clozapine or risperidone is taken in combination with one of lamotrigine, quetiapine, a compound olanzapine/fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule, olanzapine, or the like.
The dosing window also includes a rest period for the rest period. Since patients exhibit normotia during the intermission period, it is common to administer a sustained release agent to prevent the beginning of the next cycle of anorgasmia in advance. The sustained release agent can be set based on mania or depression at the beginning of the next cycle.
Further, since the patient spends most of their time in the manic and depressive cycles, the medication taken during the different cycles is differentiated. The outer surface of the coat of the mood stabilizer is partially or completely provided with a cyan sea pattern with a color of 5 PB. The outer surface of the outer cover of the antidepressant or antipsychotic agent is provided with a red sun pattern with the color of 7.5R. The slow release preparation is a transparent capsule with transparent liquid wrapped inside.
Example 2
Treatment of bipolar affective patients is mostly lengthy and therefore physicians will recommend intensive care and regular follow-up in familiar environments such as home. The problem arises that when the guardian cannot supervise the patient at the 24-hour time, the patient takes the medicine regularly and quantitatively, especially when the patient is in a manic or depressive period to have an idea of resisting the taking of the medicine. Based on the existence of the problems, a plurality of medicine boxes for giving medicine taking prompts are generated in the prior art, but the medicine boxes are not suitable for being independently used by people with certain abnormal mental states due to the universal design.
The invention designs an intelligent medicine box which can be suitable for storing medicines with different color systems.
According to a preferred embodiment, fig. 2 is a flow chart of an embodiment of the intelligent medicine box of the present invention. After a patient in a disease state enters a hospital for a doctor, the hospital wears a patient monitoring bracelet on the wrist of the patient for monitoring the real-time state of the patient, and the patient monitoring bracelet can contain abnormal languages such as 'one mushroom' and abnormal behaviors such as 'appearing on the ground in a squatting or lying posture' based on physiological indexes and behavior states of the patient. When a patient in a disease state of manic cycle or depression cycle enters a consulting room for a diagnosis, a doctor holding the data reading and writing equipment uses the data reading of the monitoring bracelet as a diagnosis basis to perform inquiry or test table test, so as to confirm whether the patient has bipolar affective disorder.
After the patient is confirmed to have the bipolar affective disorder disease, the doctor selects the medicine through the hospital inquiry system, processes the bracelet and the intelligent medicine box which are used for serving the patient through the data read-write equipment carried by the doctor, and establishes the information transmission channel between the intelligent medicine box and the bracelet and between the intelligent medicine box and the guardian terminal.
According to a preferred embodiment, when the intelligent medicine box begins to serve the patient, the system for activating the intelligent medicine box allows the doctor to enter the allocation of the relevant parameters through the data read-write equipment carried by the doctor. It is worth noting that parameter adjustment can only be performed by a data read-write device of a doctor. The parameter contents of the deployment comprise: the type of the medicine, the storage position of the medicine, the medicine taking time, the medicine taking weight of each time and the abnormal behavior alarm of the patient. Based on the classification of doctors in different periods of the patient to the medicine taking information in different periods, the guardian can switch between the manic period medicine taking and the depressive period medicine taking based on the monitoring of different states of the patient.
The medical staff configures the intelligent medicine box of the patient according to the diagnosis result analyzed and determined by the data reading and writing device (which may include the above-mentioned medicine distribution and medicine taking information); when a patient takes medicine by using the intelligent medicine box, the intelligent medicine box generates verification information related to medicine taking information by collecting operation behaviors of the patient on the intelligent medicine box and temporarily storing the operation behaviors in the intelligent medicine box according to a time-related mode. For example, the verification information generated by the smart pill box may be generated based on patient medication behavior data obtained by monitoring patient medication behavior, which may be read by a data reading device at the doctor's site so that the doctor may obtain the patient medication behavior data and the verification information related to the medication administration information. After obtaining the medicine taking behavior data of the patient and the verification information related to the medicine taking information, the doctor can know the current mental state of the patient by combining the current clinical manifestation of the patient for the double-time clinical consultation and the secondary mental evaluation result, thereby judging the progress degree of the patient's condition.
According to a preferred embodiment, when the patient is in manic phase, when the patient utilizes intelligent medicine box to take medicine, the intelligence medicine box can play the music of releiving at the settlement time and remind the patient to carry out the medicine and intake, especially, the location information of bracelet is received and patient's position is judged to intelligent medicine box after the music broadcast, when the intelligence medicine box detects that the patient of wearing the bracelet does not produce the displacement that is close to intelligent medicine box, the voice prompt of taking medicine can be reported to the intelligence medicine box. Further, the intelligent medicine box sends the alarm of not taking medicine to the guardian terminal when the bracelet that detects the patient and wear finds that the patient still does not produce the tendency of taking medicine. Receive the suggestion at the patient, carry the bracelet that can monitor the patient and be close to intelligent medicine box and when taking the medicine box, the instruction that the pressure receiving sound that the medicine box produced based on the touching stopped. The medicine boxes with different color systems contain medicines which are taken by patients in different periods. When the intelligent medicine box judges that the intersection quantity of the abnormal behaviors in the data set exceeds the abnormal behavior quantity threshold set by a doctor, the intelligent medicine box generates an abnormal behavior report and sends the abnormal behavior report to the guardian terminal in a short message mode. The abnormal behavior report content comprises the recorded abnormal behavior form, the recorded abnormal behavior frequency, the threshold value of the abnormal behavior preset by a doctor, the result exceeding the threshold value and the suggestion of the patient carrying the patient for the further diagnosis.
According to a preferred embodiment, the collection logic for overlapping sets of data for determining abnormal patient behavior can also be stored in the memory area of the intelligent pill boxes in the order of abnormal patient behavior to the intelligent pill boxes.

An intelligent medication intake cue system comprising a pharmaceutical composition for bipolar disorder and a pharmaceutical composition administration cue system for coordinating the onset cycle of bipolar disorder, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises one or more of three dosage windows comprising a mood stabilizer for manic or manic, an antidepressant or antipsychotic agent for the depressive phase or a sustained release agent for the intermittent phase,

3. The intelligent medication prompting system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the overcoat of mood stabilising agents comprises a pattern for a plateau mood consisting of one or more of the colour families P, PB, B, BG or G based on its disposition against a manic or manic mood of the patient.
4. The intelligent medication prompting system of one of the preceding claims, wherein the antidepressant or antipsychotic agent is used for fighting negative mood of taking medicine, and the external surface of the agent is provided with a coat formed by one or more colors of GY, Y, TR, R or RP.

7. The intelligent medication prompting system of one of the preceding claims, wherein the mood stabilizer and the antidepressant or antipsychotic agent are in the form of pills.
8. The intelligent drug prompting system of one of the preceding claims, wherein the slow release medicament can be provided as a transparent capsule.
9. The intelligent drug cue system of one of the preceding claims wherein the pharmaceutical composition can comprise a mood stabilizer and an antidepressant or antipsychotic agent based on the presence of the rapid-cycling bipolar disorder disease.
10. An intelligent medicine taking prompting method is characterized in that different kinds of medicines are stored and taken by using the intelligent medicine taking prompting system as any one of claims 1 to 9.
