Abstract

本发明涉及液冷充电枪领域,尤其是液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件。该组件包括端子主体、端子柱、端子绝缘帽、液冷线缆导体、冷却液管、温度传感器,所述端子主体与端子柱可拆卸的连接在一起,端子柱前端连接有端子绝缘帽,端子主体上安装有液冷线缆导体、冷却液管、温度传感器。该发明采用液冷技术可对充电枪端子进行液体循环冷却散热,提高了充电枪端子载流能力,可大大提升充电电流,缩短充电时间,满足用户快速充电的需求。当充电枪端子被污染或者磨损后也不会导致严重的充电发热,极大的降低了用户的使用风险。当充电枪端子损坏时,可以快速更换充电枪端子,极大的降低了充电桩的运营维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及液冷充电枪领域,尤其是液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件。
背景技术
现有的电动汽车充电枪可以承受的充电电流较小,导致电动汽车充电速度慢,无法满足用户快速充电的需求。充电枪多没有冷却装置,当充电枪端子被污染或者磨损后,充电发热故障频发,增加了用户的使用风险。公共充电站内充电枪的使用频率较高,且要频繁接受用户的各种暴力操作,极大的增加了端子损坏和磨损的风险。当充电枪端子意外损坏,或者充电枪寿命后期端子严重磨损时,无法单独更换充电枪端子,只能更换充电桩的整个充电枪产品,从而导致充电桩的运营维护成本较高。
发明内容
为了克服现有的充电桩的运营维护成本较高的不足,本发明提供了液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,包括端子主体、端子柱、端子绝缘帽、液冷线缆导体、冷却液管、温度传感器,所述端子主体与端子柱可拆卸的连接在一起,端子柱前端连接有端子绝缘帽,端子主体上安装有液冷线缆导体、冷却液管、温度传感器。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端子主体与端子柱螺纹连接在一起。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端子主体前端设有螺纹孔,端子柱尾端设有螺纹杆。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端子主体前端设有螺纹杆,端子柱尾端设有螺纹孔。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端子主体上设有护套接头,液冷线缆导体一端穿过护套接头,液冷线缆导体置于液冷线缆绝缘护套内,液冷线缆绝缘护套和护套接头通过液冷线缆扎带连接在一起。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端子主体上设有冷却液管接头,冷却液管接头端头置于冷却液管内,冷却液管接头和冷却液管通过冷却液管扎带连接在一起。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述端子主体上套设有端子密封圈。
本发明的有益效果是,该发明采用液冷技术可对充电枪端子进行液体循环冷却散热,提高了充电枪端子载流能力,可大大提升充电电流,缩短充电时间,满足用户快速充电的需求。当充电枪端子被污染或者磨损后也不会导致严重的充电发热,极大的降低了用户的使用风险。当充电枪端子损坏时,可以快速更换充电枪端子,极大的降低了充电桩的运营维护成本。

具体实施方式

一种液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,包括端子主体1、端子柱2、端子绝缘帽3、液冷线缆导体4、冷却液管5、温度传感器6,所述端子主体1与端子柱2可拆卸的连接在一起,端子柱2前端连接有端子绝缘帽3,端子主体1上安装有液冷线缆导体4、冷却液管5、温度传感器6。
端子主体1与端子柱2螺纹连接在一起。
端子主体1前端设有螺纹孔,端子柱2尾端设有螺纹杆。
端子主体1前端设有螺纹杆,端子柱2尾端设有螺纹孔。
端子主体1上设有护套接头7,液冷线缆导体4一端穿过护套接头7,液冷线缆导体4置于液冷线缆绝缘护套8内,液冷线缆绝缘护套8和护套接头7通过液冷线缆扎带9连接在一起。
端子主体1上设有冷却液管接头10,冷却液管接头10端头置于冷却液管5内,冷却液管接头10和冷却液管5通过冷却液管扎带11连接在一起。
端子主体1上套设有端子密封圈12。
结合附图1和附图2所示,端子主体1为铜或铜合金材料,冷却液管接头10为铜或铜合金材料,端子密封圈12装配于端子主体1上的密封圈装配槽中,冷却液管接头10采用钎焊永久连接于端子主体1上,冷却液管5套装在冷却液管接头10上并通过冷却液管扎带11固定,液冷线缆导体4插入端子主体1内并在导体压接区压接在一起,液冷线缆绝缘护套8套装于护套接头7上并通过液冷线缆扎带9固定,温度传感器6装配于端子主体1上的温度传感器装配孔中。端子柱2为铜或铜合金材料,端子绝缘帽3装配于端子柱2上的绝缘帽装配孔中。
冷却液管接头10采用钎焊永久连接于端子主体1上,冷却液管接头10尾部设计有冷却液管安装导向结构。冷却液管接头10与端子主体1内部腔体连通,形成冷却液循环流动回路。
端子柱2设计有方便拆卸的安装法兰。当端子柱2在使用过程中意外损坏时,或者充电枪寿命后期可更换端子磨损严重时,可以使用套筒扳手拆装更换新的端子柱2。
采用液冷技术可对充电枪端子进行液体循环冷却散热,提高了充电枪端子载流能力,可大大提升充电电流,缩短充电时间,满足用户快速充电的需求。当充电枪端子被污染或者磨损后也不会导致严重的充电发热,极大的降低了用户的使用风险。当充电枪端子损坏时,可以快速更换充电枪端子,极大的降低了充电桩的运营维护成本。

1.一种液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,其特征是,包括端子主体(1)、端子柱(2)、端子绝缘帽(3)、液冷线缆导体(4)、冷却液管(5)、温度传感器(6),所述端子主体(1)与端子柱(2)可拆卸的连接在一起,端子柱(2)前端连接有端子绝缘帽(3),端子主体(1)上安装有液冷线缆导体(4)、冷却液管(5)、温度传感器(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,其特征是,所述端子主体(1)与端子柱(2)螺纹连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,其特征是,所述端子主体(1)前端设有螺纹孔,端子柱(2)尾端设有螺纹杆。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,其特征是,所述端子主体(1)前端设有螺纹杆,端子柱(2)尾端设有螺纹孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,其特征是,所述端子主体(1)上设有护套接头(7),液冷线缆导体(4)一端穿过护套接头(7),液冷线缆导体(4)置于液冷线缆绝缘护套(8)内,液冷线缆绝缘护套(8)和护套接头(7)通过液冷线缆扎带(9)连接在一起。
6.根据权利要求1所述的液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,其特征是,所述端子主体(1)上设有冷却液管接头(10),冷却液管接头(10)端头置于冷却液管(5)内,冷却液管接头(10)和冷却液管(5)通过冷却液管扎带(11)连接在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的液冷充电枪用可更换端子组件,其特征是,所述端子主体(1)上套设有端子密封圈(12)。
