Description
Claims (6)
- 一つの接地ユニット、少なくとも一つの通信ユニット、導体及び前記導体を包む絶縁層を備えた一対の電力ユニット、前記電力ユニットを構成する導体の内部にそれぞれ備えられ、冷却チューブ及び前記冷却チューブの内側に冷却流体が流動する冷却流路を含んで前記導体を冷却させるための冷却ユニット、及び前記冷却ユニットを通して供給された冷却流体を収集して回収するための回収流路を内側に備えた回収チューブを含む回収ユニット、を含む電気車充電用ケーブルと、
電気車に備えられたコネクタ接続ユニットに接続されるコネクティング部及び前記充電用ケーブルの導体が挿入されて接続される導体接続部を備える一対の電力端子、及び前記電力端子の導体接続部を収容し、前記冷却ユニットを経由した冷却流体を用いて前記導体接続部で発生した熱を冷却させた後、前記冷却流体を前記回収ユニットに回収する冷却チャンバー、を含む電気車充電用コネクタとを含み、
前記電力端子の導体接続部及び前記電気車充電用ケーブルの脱皮された導体は前記冷却チャンバーの内部で、前記冷却ユニットから供給されて前記回収ユニットに回収される冷却流体に直接露出される、電気車充電用アセンブリー。 - 前記電力端子の導体接続部に挿入される導体の端部内の冷却チューブは導体の端部より短くカットされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用アセンブリー。
- 前記冷却チャンバー内で前記冷却ユニットを構成する冷却チューブの端部は‘L’字形に折り曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用アセンブリー。
- 前記コネクタのハウジングの後方内側に装着プレートを備え、前記接地ユニット及び前記通信ユニットと連結される端子が装着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用ケーブルアセンブリー。
- 前記電気車充電用ケーブルにおいて電力端子と電気的に連結される前記導体は、複数の素線が一定の集合ピッチで集合された複数の集合導体がさらに一定の複合ピッチで複合された集複合構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気車充電用アセンブリー。
- 電気車充電用ケーブルに装着され、電気車のコネクタ接続ユニットに着脱可能に装着され、電気車充電のための電力を供給する電気車充電用コネクタであって、
コネクタ接続ユニットに接続されるコネクティング部及び電気車充電用ケーブルの導体が挿入されて接続される導体接続部を備える一対の電力端子と、
前記電力端子の導体接続部を収容し、前記電気車充電用ケーブルの前記冷却ユニットを経由した冷却流体を用いて前記導体接続部で発生した熱を直接冷却させた後、前記冷却流体を前記電気車充電用ケーブルの前記回収ユニットに回収する冷却チャンバーと、を含み、
前記電力端子の導体接続部及び前記電気車充電用ケーブルの脱皮された導体は前記冷却チャンバーの内部で、前記冷却ユニットから供給されて前記回収ユニットに回収される冷却流体に直接露出される、電気車充電用コネクタ。
