本发明涉及电工套管技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗低温脆性电工套管,包括内层、径向地位于所述内层外部的中间层和径向地位于所述中间层外部的外层,所述内层具体为聚三氟氯乙烯结构层,所述中间层具体为聚氯乙烯结构层,所述外层具体为线性低密度聚乙烯结构层,该抗低温脆性电工套管设计合理,不但具有PVC‑U电工套管的阻燃性和绝缘性,还具有很好的低温韧性、抗冲击性和抗压性,在低温环境中也不易脆裂,极大地降低了PVC‑U阻燃电工套管在低温环境下脆裂现象的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及电工套管技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗低温脆性电工套管。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,人们对吃、穿、住、行等也有了更高的要求,住作为人们生活必不可少的部分,使得人们对建筑装修的要求也越来越严格。而在家庭装修中,需要在墙内穿电线,PVC-U电工套管以其高阻燃性被用作穿线管,起到保护电线的绝缘层和阻止火苗蔓延的作用。
但由于PVC材料本身的固有缺陷,即其韧性较差,尤其是其低温韧性和低温抗冲击性能较差,PVC-U电工套管在低温环境下(0 ℃及以下)使用时,产品极易变脆,受到轻微的冲击就会使产品出现脆裂现象,造成施工困难,影响工程进度。
因此,为改善产品低温脆性、拓宽产品使用范围,急需提供一种抗低温脆性电工套管。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种抗低温脆性电工套管。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案。
设计一种抗低温脆性电工套管,包括内层、径向的位于所述内层外部的中间层和径向地位于所述中间层外部的外层。
优选的,所述内层具体为聚三氟氯乙烯结构层。
优选的,所述中间层具体为聚氯乙烯结构层。
优选的,所述外层具体为线性低密度聚乙烯结构层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下。
1、该抗低温脆性电工套管外层为线性低密度聚乙烯结构层。线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂被称为第三代聚乙烯,除具有一般聚烯烃树脂的性能外,其抗张强度、抗撕裂强度、耐环境应力开裂性、耐低温性、耐热性和耐穿刺性尤为优越。在低温环境下(0 ℃及以下)使用时,保证产品韧性,避免低温脆性断裂问题的出现。
2、该抗低温脆性电工套管内层为聚三氟氯乙烯结构层。聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)在液氮中不会发生脆裂,具有优异的耐低温性;其介电常数与介电损耗因子在很宽的频率范围内都比较小,绝缘电阻与介电击穿电压等电气性能优良,并且几乎不受温度或湿度的影响,是一种优秀的高频绝缘材料。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参照图1,一种抗低温脆性电工套管,包括内层3,内层3具体为聚三氟氯乙烯结构层,聚三氟氯乙烯具有优异的耐低温性能,在液氮、液氧和液化天然气中不发生脆裂、不蠕变,在一定条件下能在接近绝对零度(-273°C)下使用,作为内层结构,保证产品在低温环境下冷弯时不会出现断裂、褶皱现象,提高产品性能。径向地位于所述内层3外部的中间层2,中间层2具体为聚氯乙烯结构层,聚氯乙烯韧性较差,但是由于其高阻燃性,作为中间层,可在发生火灾时有效阻止火势蔓延。径向地位于所述中间层2外部的外层1,外,1具体为线性低密度聚乙烯结构层,线性低密度聚乙烯无毒、无味,具有较高的软化温度和熔融温度,具有高强度、高韧性、高刚性、耐热好、耐寒性好、耐腐蚀性好等优点,还具有良好的耐环境应力开裂性、耐冲击强度,是外层结构材料的不二选择。
该抗低温脆性电工套管设计合理,不但具有PVC-U电工套管的阻燃性和绝缘性,还具有很好的低温韧性、抗冲击性和抗压性,在低温环境中也不易脆裂,极大地降低PVC-U阻燃电工套管在低温环境下脆裂现象的发生。

2.根据权利要求 1 所述抗低温脆性电工套管,其特征在于,所述内层具体为聚三氟氯乙烯结构层。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述抗低温脆性电工套管,其特征在于,所述中间层具体为聚氯乙烯结构层。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述抗低温脆性电工套管,其特征在于,所述外层具体为线性低密度聚乙烯结构层。
