and outputting abnormal prompt information set by the sensor position.
According to the scheme, the air conditioner controls the air guide plate to adjust the air guide angle for multiple times in the preset direction at preset time intervals; acquiring the variation trend of the temperature detected by each temperature sensor within the preset time interval after the air guide angle is adjusted each time; after the air guide angle is adjusted each time, the temperature change trends detected by the temperature sensors are the same, the position setting abnormality of each temperature sensor is judged, and corresponding sensor position abnormality prompt information is output to visually prompt a user to reset the positions of the temperature sensors. Thereby improving the rationality of the temperature sensor position setting.
Based on the hardware architecture of the air conditioner, the embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the control method of the air conditioner including the steps of:
step S10, adjusting the wind guide angle of a wind deflector of the air conditioner for multiple times according to a preset direction at intervals of preset time;
the preset time interval may be set to 10 minutes. The preset direction comprises at least one direction from left to right, from right to left, from top to bottom and from bottom to top. The air conditioner is provided with an upper air deflector and a lower air deflector, namely a horizontal swing blade, and/or a left air deflector and a right air deflector, namely a vertical swing blade. For example, the left and right air deflectors of the air conditioner are controlled to be turned to the leftmost side, and the air guiding angle is adjusted for multiple times in the left-to-right direction every 10 minutes until the air guiding angle is adjusted from the leftmost side to the rightmost side.
It should be noted that, because the air conditioner is operated in a cooling or heating mode to achieve rapid cooling or heating of the room temperature, the air outlet temperature during cooling is lower, and the air outlet temperature during heating is higher, if the air deflector is operated at the maximum air deflection angle, the difference between the room zone temperature corresponding to the air deflection angle and the zone temperature at which the air deflection angle is not aligned is larger, which causes that the zone temperature of some rooms is higher and the zone temperature is lower, which affects comfort. Therefore, at least two temperature sensors can be arranged in different areas in the room for detecting the temperatures of the different areas in the room and adjusting the air guide angle of the air conditioner, so that the room temperature is more uniform. However, since the positions of the at least two temperature sensors can be arbitrarily placed, the temperature changes of the temperature sensors are consistent in the process of adjusting the air guide angle of the air conditioner due to the fact that the positions of the at least two temperature sensors are placed too close to each other, and therefore the air guide angle cannot be accurately adjusted.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the air guiding angle of the air deflector of the air conditioner is adjusted multiple times in the preset direction at preset time intervals, so as to determine whether the temperature changes of the temperature sensors corresponding to the air guiding angles are consistent.
Optionally, acquiring a preset adjusting angle;
and adjusting the air guide angle of an air guide plate of the air conditioner for multiple times at preset time intervals according to the preset direction and the preset adjustment angle.
The preset adjustment angle may include an adjustment angle of the left and right air deflectors and an adjustment angle of the upper and lower air deflectors. The preset adjustment angles adjusted multiple times according to the preset direction may be the same or different. For example, the air conditioner controls the vertical swinging blade to swing for n degrees in the left-to-right direction every 10 minutes so as to adjust the air guide angle of the air conditioner.
Step S20, after the air guide angle is adjusted each time, acquiring the variation trend of the temperature detected by each temperature sensor in the preset time interval after the air guide angle is adjusted, wherein at least two temperature sensors are arranged in the environment where the air conditioner is located at intervals;
referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating the position arrangement of an air conditioner and two temperature sensors according to an embodiment of the present invention. The temperature of one of the temperature sensors 201 is denoted by Ta, the temperature of the other temperature sensor 202 is denoted by Tb, and in an ideal state, the two temperature sensors are arranged at positions where the air conditioner 201 cannot blow simultaneously under the same air guiding angle, where α 1, α 2, and α 3 are different air guiding angles of the air conditioner 201, respectively.
Optionally, before adjusting the wind guide angle each time, acquiring a first temperature detected by each temperature sensor;
after the preset time interval of the air guide angle is adjusted, second temperatures detected by the temperature sensors are obtained;
determining the variation trend of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor according to the first temperature and the second temperature detected by each temperature sensor.
Optionally, in the process of adjusting the air guide angle, before adjusting the air guide angle each time, obtaining and recording first temperature values of the temperature sensors corresponding to the current air guide angle, where the first temperature values may also be temperatures detected after the previous air guide angle is operated for a preset time interval; after the preset time interval of the air guide angle is adjusted, second temperature values of the temperature sensors corresponding to the current air guide angle are obtained again and recorded, the temperature obtained before adjustment is subtracted from the temperature obtained after the preset time interval of the air guide angle is adjusted by the temperature obtained by the temperature sensors, a temperature difference value is obtained, when the difference value is a positive number, the temperature change trend of the temperature sensors is judged to be rising, and when the difference value is a negative number, the temperature change trend of the temperature sensors is judged to be falling. The present disclosure is only illustrative of how to determine the temperature variation trend of each temperature sensor, and is not limited to the manner of determining the temperature variation trend of each temperature sensor.
And step S30, determining that the position settings of the temperature sensors are abnormal when the trend of the temperature detected by each temperature sensor is the same after the wind guide angle is adjusted each time.
Optionally, after the air guide angle is adjusted each time, if the variation trends of the temperatures detected by the at least two temperature sensors are the same each time, it is determined that the position settings of the at least two temperature sensors are abnormal.
Optionally, when there is at least one time that the trend of change of the temperature detected by the at least two temperature sensors is opposite after the air guide angle is adjusted each time, it is determined that the position settings of the at least two temperature sensors are normal.
If the temperature change trend detected by all the temperature sensors after the air guide angle is adjusted every time is reduced, the fact that the air guide angle is adjusted no matter how the air guide angle is adjusted, or the air guide angle is over against all the temperature sensors at the same time, or the air guide angle is not over against all the temperature sensors at the same time is shown, the position of each temperature sensor is too close to be set, the temperature difference of different areas in the environment where the air conditioner is located cannot be accurately reflected, and the air guide angle cannot be accurately adjusted. It is thus determined that all of the temperature sensor position settings are abnormal.
If adjust every time the temperature trend that has two at least temperature sensor to detect behind the wind-guiding angle is the decline, then shows no matter how the wind-guiding angle is adjusted, two at least temperature sensor's temperature variation all is unanimous, judges two at least temperature sensor position sets up too closely.
Referring to table 1, table 1 is a schematic diagram of temperature changes of temperature sensors at different positions in the air deflector adjustment process. A temperature of 15 ℃ at the position 1 corresponding to the air guide angle α 1 indicates that the temperature of the temperature sensor at the position 1 is 15 ℃ after a predetermined time interval after the air guide angle is adjusted to α 1. The temperature change trends of the temperature sensor at the position 1 and the temperature sensor at the position 2 are the same from beginning to end in the process of adjusting the air guide angle each time, and both decrease, which means that the temperature sensor at the position 1 and the temperature sensor at the position 2 are abnormally arranged. The temperature of the temperature sensors at the position 1 and the position 3 has an opposite trend after the air guide angle is adjusted, so the temperature sensors at the position 1 and the position 3 are normally arranged. The temperature of the temperature sensors at the position 1 and the position 5 has opposite temperature change trends each time the air guide angle is adjusted, so that the position settings of the temperature sensors at the position 1 and the position 5 are normal. The temperature of the temperature sensors at the positions 3 and 4 has the same trend of temperature change after the air guide angle is adjusted each time, and the temperature of the temperature sensors at the positions 3 and 4 rises or falls at the same time, so that the temperature sensors at the positions 3 and 4 are abnormal. The temperatures of the temperature sensors at the positions 3 and 5 are opposite to each other once every time the air guide angle is adjusted, so that the positions of the temperature sensors at the positions 3 and 5 are normally set.
Optionally, after the step S30, the method further includes: and outputting abnormal prompt information set by the sensor position.
The prompt message can be in the forms of audio, text, warning light and the like. For example, if the temperature sensors at the position 1 and the position 2 are determined to be abnormal, the position 1 and the position 2 are displayed on the display screen of the air conditioner. If it is determined that an abnormality is set between the positions 1 and 2 and an abnormality is also set between the positions 3 and 4, a relative abnormality between the positions 1 and 2 and a relative abnormality between the positions 3 and 4 are displayed on the display screen.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, the air conditioner controls the air deflector to adjust the air guiding angle for multiple times according to the preset direction at intervals of preset time; acquiring the variation trend of the temperature detected by each temperature sensor within the preset time interval after the air guide angle is adjusted each time; after the air guide angle is adjusted each time, the temperature change trends detected by the temperature sensors are the same, the position setting abnormality of each temperature sensor is judged, and corresponding sensor position abnormality prompt information is output to visually prompt a user to reset the positions of the temperature sensors. Thereby improving the rationality of the temperature sensor position setting.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the control method of an air conditioner further includes:
step S11, obtaining the change value of the return air temperature of the air conditioner within a preset time;
the preset time period may be 10 minutes. The return air temperature of the air conditioner is the indoor environment temperature detected by a temperature sensor which is arranged in the air conditioner and used for detecting the room temperature.
It can be understood that whether the return air temperature of the air conditioner is uneven or not needs to be judged in the process of refrigerating or heating the air conditioner, the air conditioner needs to be operated for a period of time after being started until the indoor environment temperature is stable, and then the air guide angle is adjusted to enable the room temperature to be even.
And step S12, when the change value of the return air temperature of the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to a preset change value, executing the step of adjusting the air guide angle of the air deflector of the air conditioner for multiple times in a preset direction at preset time intervals.
The preset variation value may be 0.5 degrees celsius.
Optionally, the return air temperature of the air conditioner is obtained at regular intervals at preset time intervals, and when the change value between the two obtained return air temperatures of the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to the preset change value, it indicates that the indoor environment temperature does not rapidly rise or fall any more but tends to be stable, and the obtained temperatures of the temperature sensors in different areas in the room are more accurate. And at the moment, the air conditioner executes the step of adjusting the air guide angle of an air deflector of the air conditioner for multiple times in a preset direction at intervals of a preset time interval so as to obtain the change trend of the temperature detected by each temperature sensor in the preset time interval after the air guide angle is adjusted every time, and thus, whether the position setting of each temperature sensor is normal is determined.
Optionally, the control method of the air conditioner further includes:
acquiring the return air temperature of the air conditioner;
and when the return air temperature of the air conditioner does not reach the set temperature, executing the step of acquiring the change value of the return air temperature of the air conditioner in the preset time.
It can be understood that the set temperature may be a temperature set by a user in the air conditioner, if the temperature in summer is higher and the room is larger, the return air temperature of the air conditioner cannot reach the set temperature, the change value of the return air temperature of the air conditioner within a preset time period may be determined, and when the change value is less than or equal to the preset change value, the indoor environment temperature is determined to be stable, so as to obtain the temperatures of the temperature sensors in different areas in the room.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first or second embodiment, in an embodiment, the control method of the air conditioner further includes:
step S13, obtaining the return air temperature of the air conditioner;
optionally, after the air conditioner enters a preset operation mode, controlling the air deflector to operate at the maximum air outlet angle;
the preset operation mode comprises a heating mode or a cooling mode. When the air conditioner is started to operate, the air deflector is controlled to be turned to the maximum air outlet angle, so that the room temperature can reach the set temperature quickly.
And step S14, when the return air temperature of the air conditioner reaches the set temperature, executing the step of adjusting the air guide angle of the air deflector of the air conditioner for multiple times according to the preset direction at intervals of preset time.
When the return air temperature of the air conditioner reaches the temperature set by a user, the temperature of the current indoor environment is stable, so that the temperature of each temperature sensor in different areas in a room can be obtained, the step of adjusting the air guide angle of an air deflector of the air conditioner for multiple times at preset time intervals according to a preset direction is executed, the change trend of the temperature detected by each temperature sensor in the preset time intervals after the air guide angle is adjusted every time is obtained, and whether the position setting of each temperature sensor is normal or not is determined.
If the current mode is the refrigeration mode, judging that the current indoor environment temperature is stable when the return air temperature of the air conditioner is detected to be less than or equal to the set temperature; and if the current mode is the heating mode, judging that the current indoor environment temperature is stable when the return air temperature of the air conditioner is detected to be greater than or equal to the set temperature.
In the technical scheme that this embodiment provided, the size that reaches the settlement temperature according to the return air temperature of air conditioner or the variance that is less than preset variance according to the return air temperature of air conditioner in the time interval that predetermines, when confirming that the indoor ambient temperature is stable, reacquires the temperature of each temperature sensor of different regions in the room to improve the accuracy that each temperature sensor temperature detected, and then improve the accuracy of air conditioner temperature homogeneity control.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises a memory, a processor and a control program of the air conditioner, wherein the control program of the air conditioner is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and the processor realizes the method when executing the control program of the air conditioner.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a control program of an air conditioner, which when executed by a processor implements the method as described above.
