The movable pin 111 drives the first rotating member 51 to rotate clockwise in fig. 9, the first rotating member 51 drives the second rotating member 53 to rotate counterclockwise in fig. 9 through the cable 52, and the second rotating member 53 drives the locking member 3 to rotate counterclockwise in fig. 9, so that the locking member 3 is in limit-fit with the locking fitting portion 2 to limit the sliding of the sliding door 200. In one embodiment, the pull cable 52 is made of a rigid material. In an embodiment, the locking engagement portion 2 may be installed on a side portion of the sliding door 200 that is away from the vehicle head, which is more favorable for reducing the length of the cable 52, so as to facilitate installation of the cable 52. Alternatively, the pull cord 52 may be 18 to 20cm in length.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the first rotating member 51 having the first connecting link 5121 and the second rotating member 53 having the second connecting link 5131 are provided, and between the first rotating member 51 and the second rotating member 53, so that the relative position accuracy between the movable pin 111, the first rotating member 51, the cable 52, and the second rotating member 53 is required to be low, and the installation difficulty of the sliding door locking device 400 provided by the present application can be reduced.
In the present invention, after the filler cap 300 is closed, the lock member 3 is reset, and the manner of unlocking the sliding door 200 is not limited. Referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the transmission mechanism 5 further includes a reset element 6, and the reset element 6 is configured to drive the movable pin 111 to move from the second position to the first position in a movable stroke of the fuel lid 300 rotating from the closed state to the open state.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the reset member 6 includes a first torsion spring 61 and a second torsion spring 62, the first torsion spring 61 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 511, one end of the first torsion spring is connected to the first rotating member 51, the other end of the first torsion spring is used for connecting to the vehicle body 100, the second torsion spring 62 is sleeved on the second rotating shaft 531, one end of the second torsion spring is connected to the second rotating member 53, and the other end of the second torsion spring is used for connecting to the vehicle body 100. In the present embodiment, by providing the first torsion spring 61 and the second torsion spring 62, the force of return can be applied to the first rotating member 51 and the second rotating member 53, respectively. This facilitates an increase in the response speed of the resetting of the locking member 3 and an optimization of the stress conditions of the entire sliding door locking device 400.
The present invention also provides a vehicle including the sliding door locking apparatus 400 and the vehicle body 100 as described above. The sliding door 200 is slidably mounted on the vehicle body 100, the fuel filler 101 is formed on the vehicle body 100, and the fuel filler cover 300 is openably and closably covered on the fuel filler 101. Through setting up sliding door locking means 400, can realize the locking to sliding door 200 when filler cap 300 opens to avoid taking place the oil leakage accident.

Claims (8)

1. A sliding door locking device for mounting to a vehicle body provided with a sliding door and a filler cap, characterized by comprising:
the trigger mechanism comprises a trigger piece which is in transmission fit with the oil filler cover, and the trigger piece is provided with a first position corresponding to the opening state of the oil filler cover and a second position corresponding to the closing state of the oil filler cover;
a latch fitting portion for mounting to a side portion of the sliding door; and (c) a second step of,
the locking piece is in transmission connection with the trigger mechanism, so that when the trigger piece is located at the first position, the locking piece is in limit fit with the locking matching part to limit the sliding of the sliding door, and when the trigger piece is located at the second position, the locking piece is separated from the locking matching part to release the limit of the sliding door;
the oil filler cover is rotatably arranged on the vehicle body and provided with a first rotating end and a second rotating end which are arranged in a relative rotating mode;
the sliding door locking device further comprises a limiting assembly, and the limiting assembly is used for limiting and matching with the first rotating end so that the oil filler cover is kept in the closed state;
the trigger mechanism comprises a mounting seat for mounting on the vehicle body, the mounting seat is provided with a chute with an opening arranged towards the oil filler cover, the trigger piece is a movable pin arranged in the chute in a sliding manner, and the movable pin is used for abutting against the second rotating end so as to have the first position extending outwards from the opening and the second position pressed into the chute;
first rotation end is formed with the lockhole, spacing subassembly includes:
the lock sleeve is used for being arranged on the vehicle body, and a lock notch is formed in the lock sleeve and is arranged to face a lock groove of the oil filler cover;
the lock tongue is slidably arranged in the locking groove so as to be provided with a locking position protruding out of the locking opening and inserted into the locking hole and an unlocking position recovered in the locking groove and separated from the locking hole; and the number of the first and second groups,
the electromagnetic piece is arranged in the locking groove and used for providing electromagnetic force so as to keep the lock tongue at the locking position, and when a signal of opening the oil filling port is received, the electromagnetic force is relieved, so that the lock tongue moves from the locking position to the unlocking position;
the electromagnetic piece is used for being electrically connected with the main driving controller.

The sliding door latch mechanism of claim 1, wherein the trigger mechanism further comprises a tact switch disposed within the chute, the tact switch being configured to detect a position signal of the movable pin and transmit the position signal to a main drive controller, such that the main drive controller determines the status of the fuel filler door based on the position signal.
3. The sliding door locking apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking engagement portion comprises a latch hook for being disposed at a side portion of the sliding door, the locking member is adapted to be rotatably coupled to the vehicle body such that the locking member is rotated outward of the vehicle body and engaged with the latch hook when the triggering member is at the first position, and the locking member is rotated inward of the vehicle body and disengaged from the latch hook when the triggering member is at the second position.
4. A sliding door locking apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said locking hook is externally sleeved with a cushioning layer.

The sliding door locking apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said locking member is drivingly connected to said movable pin by a drive mechanism, said locking member having a first connecting projection projecting therefrom, said movable pin having a second connecting projection projecting therefrom;
the transmission mechanism comprises a first rotating piece, a pull cable and a second rotating piece which are sequentially arranged along the direction from the locking piece to the movable pin;
the first rotating part is provided with a first rotating shaft, a first connecting end and a second connecting end, the first connecting end and the second connecting end are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft, the first rotating part is used for being rotatably connected to the vehicle body through the first rotating shaft, a first connecting chute is formed in the first connecting end in a long shape, the first connecting bulge is in sliding fit with the first connecting chute, and the second connecting end is connected with one end of the inhaul cable;
the second rotating part is provided with a second rotating shaft, a third connecting end and a fourth connecting end which are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the second rotating shaft, the second rotating part is used for being rotatably connected to the vehicle body through the second rotating shaft, a second connecting sliding groove which is long is formed in the third connecting end, the second connecting protrusion is in sliding fit with the second connecting sliding groove, and the fourth connecting end is connected with the other end of the inhaul cable;
in the moving stroke of the movable pin moving from the second position to the first position, the movable pin drives the second rotating member to rotate so as to drive the locking member to rotate outwards of the vehicle body through the inhaul cable and the first rotating member.

The sliding door lock apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said transmission mechanism further comprises a reset member for driving said movable pin to move from said second position to said first position in a movable stroke of said fuel lid rotating from said closed state to said open state.

The sliding door locking apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the reset member comprises a first torsion spring and a second torsion spring, the first torsion spring is sleeved on the first rotating shaft, one end of the first torsion spring is connected to the first rotating member, the other end of the first torsion spring is used for connecting to the vehicle body, the second torsion spring is sleeved on the second rotating shaft, one end of the second torsion spring is connected to the second rotating member, and the other end of the second torsion spring is used for connecting to the vehicle body.
8. A vehicle, characterized by comprising:
a sliding door lock apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7; and the number of the first and second groups,
the sliding door is slidably mounted on the vehicle body, an oil filling port is formed in the vehicle body, and the oil filling port cover can be arranged on the oil filling port in an opening and closing mode.
