the material cleaning and conveying device 5 comprises a transmission mechanism 51, a conveying belt 52 and a cleaning mechanism 53, wherein the transmission mechanism 51 is provided with the conveying belt 52, the conveying belt 52 is used for conveying the bare material membrane to the discharging platform, and the cleaning mechanism 53 is arranged on the rack 1 and positioned above the conveying belt 52 and used for removing floating dust and flock on the surface of the membrane;
the lifting electric module 22 comprises a lifting motor arranged on a vertical plate, a sliding block is arranged on the vertical plate in a sliding manner, the sliding block is respectively connected with the lifting motor and the lifting supporting plate 21, and the lifting motor drives the sliding block to move up and down to drive the lifting supporting plate 21 to move up and down synchronously.
Vacuum suction head device 34 includes X font support and vacuum suction head, the middle part of X font support and the output fixed connection of getting material revolving cylinder 33, vacuum suction head is all installed to the four corners department of X font support.
The two adhesive tape discharging shafts 43 are respectively positioned above the material taking device 3 and below the material box device 2, and the bend rollers 42 are arranged on the rack 1 in a plurality.
Make clean press mold roller 56 press upper protective film 61 and lower protective film 62 on the diaphragm surface through press mold cylinder 54 pushes down, when using naked material loading, because the membrane material does not attach the protection film, so need clean, press mold cylinder 54 pushes down this moment, press clean press mold roller 56 on the membrane material surface, glue the debris and the burr on membrane material surface and remove, the debris of clean press mold roller 56 surface adhesion is glued away by dust-binding paper roll 55 again, dust-binding paper roll 55 is similar with the dust-binding roller that the clothes used, regularly tear surface one deck adhesive tape and can resume clean.
The transmission mechanism 51 includes a driving motor and a pulley provided at a lower end of the conveying belt 52, the pulley being connected to a rotating portion of the driving motor.
When the incoming material is in a coil form, a plurality of membranes are clamped between an upper layer of long protective film and a lower layer of long protective film, a certain interval is reserved between the membranes, and the protective films are wound to form a coil; fixing a membrane coil 71 on a tape discharging shaft 43, winding the coil onto a tape winding mechanism 4 through a redirection roller 42 and a film tearing block 8, winding an upper protection film 61 of the membrane onto the upper tape winding mechanism 4, and winding a lower protection film 62 onto the lower tape winding mechanism 4; under the drive of the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4, the film gradually passes through the film tearing mechanism forwards and then flows to the discharging support sheet metal to finish feeding.
When the supplied materials are in the form of sheet materials, protective films are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm can be placed on the discharging platform after being torn by using the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4; the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4 is provided with an upper material receiving air expansion shaft 41, a lower material receiving air expansion shaft 41, a plurality of direction-changing rollers 42 and two adhesive tape discharging shafts 43; when in use, the adhesive tape is fixed on the adhesive tape discharging shaft 43 and wound on the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4 along the adhesive tape discharging and recovering route, so that the adhesive tape can be discharged and collected under the driving of the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4; the membrane is stacked in the lifting support plate 21, is subjected to material arrangement through the material arrangement baffle plate 24, the lifting support plate 21 lifts the membrane to the material taking height, the vacuum suction head on the material taking device 3 adsorbs the membrane, and after the actions of material taking, such as up and down, left and right material taking, rotation and the like, the membrane is placed on the surface of the lower adhesive tape 64, the adhesive surface of the lower adhesive tape 64 faces upwards, the membrane is adhered to the surface of the lower adhesive tape 64 and moves forwards under the driving of the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4; due to the pressing of the squeeze film cleaning roller, the upper adhesive tape 63 and the lower adhesive tape 64 are bonded at the position of the cleaning squeeze film roller 56 and clean the foreign matters of the film material; the membrane passes through a film pressing cleaning roller under the action of a lower adhesive tape 64, an upper adhesive tape 63 is bonded with an upper protective film 61, and a lower adhesive tape 64 is bonded with a lower protective film 62; the diaphragm continues to move forward, when the diaphragm passes through the diaphragm tearing block 8, the upper rubber belt 63 is separated from the lower rubber belt 64, the upper rubber belt 63 moves upwards, the lower rubber belt 64 moves downwards, the upper protective film 61 and the lower protective film 62 are torn off and recovered in the rubber belt winding mechanism 4 through the redirection roller 42, and the diaphragm flows to the diaphragm discharging support metal plate to complete feeding after being torn.
As shown in fig. 9, a film tearing block 8 is provided at a position where the upper protective film 61 and the lower protective film 62 are separated, and after the protective film passes through the film tearing block 8, the running direction of the protective film is changed at a large angle, so that the protective film can be torn off, and the film can be discharged forwards without changing the running direction.
When the incoming material is a bare material, the membrane is stacked on the lifting support plate 21, the membrane is arranged by the arranging baffle 24, the lifting support plate 21 lifts the membrane to the material taking height, the vacuum suction head on the material taking device 3 adsorbs the membrane, and the membrane is placed on the conveying belt 52 of the material cleaning and conveying device 5 after actions of taking up and down, taking left and right, taking rotation and the like; the conveying belt 52 is driven by the transmission mechanism 51 to press the bare material membrane down through the cleaning rubber roller for cleaning, and then the bare material membrane is conveyed to the discharging platform.
The working principle is as follows:
(1) feeding the membrane coil 71, fixing the membrane coil 71 on the adhesive tape discharging shaft 43, winding the coil on the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4 through the redirection roller 42 and the film tearing block 8, winding the upper protective film 61 of the membrane on the upper adhesive tape winding mechanism 4, and winding the lower protective film 62 on the lower adhesive tape winding mechanism 4; as shown in fig. 3, the upper and lower tape winding mechanisms 4 rotate clockwise to wind the upper protective film 61 and the lower protective film 62 of the roll material to the tape winding mechanism 4; meanwhile, the adhesive tape discharging shaft 43 rotates under the traction action of the coil stock to discharge, when the film gradually passes through the film tearing block 8 forwards, the upper protective film 61 and the lower protective film 62 are separated, and the film flows to the discharging support plate, so that feeding is completed.
(2) Feeding the film sheets 72, as shown in fig. 4, stacking the film sheets 72 in the material box device 2, moving the material arranging baffle 24 back and forth to stack the film sheets orderly, and lifting the film sheets to a material taking height by the lifting support plate 21; the membrane is absorbed by a vacuum suction head of the material taking device 3, the membrane is placed on the surface of a lower adhesive tape 64 through actions of taking materials up and down, taking materials left and right, taking materials, rotating and the like, the pressing roller 56 is cleaned to press down, the upper adhesive tape 63 is bonded with an upper protective film 61 of the membrane, and the lower adhesive tape 64 is bonded with a lower protective film 62 of the membrane; meanwhile, the adhesive tape winding mechanism 4 rotates to recover and wind the upper adhesive tape 63 and the lower adhesive tape 64; when the diaphragm moves to the film tearing block 8 along with the adhesive tape, the upper adhesive tape 63 winds upwards, the lower adhesive tape 64 winds downwards, the adhesive tape tears the upper protective film 61 and the lower protective film 62 of the diaphragm, meanwhile, the diaphragm flows to the discharging support plate, and feeding is completed.
(3) Feeding bare membrane, stacking the membrane on a lifting support plate 21 of a material box device 2, vibrating a material arranging baffle plate 24 front and back to arrange the membrane orderly, and lifting the membrane to a material taking height by the lifting support plate 21; the material taking device 3 moves the vacuum suction head to a material taking position above the membrane through actions of left and right material taking, up and down material taking, material taking rotation and the like, adsorbs the membrane on the vacuum suction head, and places the membrane on the conveying belt 52 through the actions; the conveying belt 52 conveys the diaphragm forwards under the driving of the transmission mechanism 51, the film pressing cleaning roller presses downwards, and floating dust and impurities on the surface of the diaphragm are adhered and removed when the diaphragm passes through; after being cleaned, the membrane flows to the discharging support plate.

the material box device is used for stacking sheet materials and bare materials and comprises a supporting plate lifting mechanism and a material arranging mechanism which are arranged on a rack, wherein the supporting plate lifting mechanism comprises a lifting supporting plate and a lifting electric module, the lifting supporting plate is arranged on the lifting electric module, the lifting supporting plate can be driven to move up and down through the lifting electric module, the material arranging mechanism comprises a material arranging cylinder, two material arranging baffles and a synchronous belt, the two material arranging baffles are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the lifting supporting plate, the material arranging cylinder drives the synchronous belt to rotate, the two symmetrically arranged material arranging baffles are fixedly connected with the synchronous belt through a connecting block, and material height optical fibers are arranged on the material arranging baffles;
the material taking device is used for taking and placing bare materials and sheet materials of the membrane, the material taking device is arranged above the material box device and comprises a left material taking air cylinder, a right material taking air cylinder, an upper material taking air cylinder, a lower material taking air cylinder, a material taking rotary air cylinder and a vacuum sucker device, the left material taking air cylinder and the right material taking air cylinder are installed on the rack, the upper material taking air cylinder and the lower material taking air cylinder are installed on the left material taking air cylinder and the right material taking air cylinder, the material taking rotary air cylinder is installed on the upper material taking air cylinder and the lower material taking air cylinder, and the vacuum sucker device used for adsorbing the membrane is installed at the output end of the material taking rotary air cylinder;
the adhesive tape winding mechanism is used for tearing and conveying a roll material and a sheet material and comprises an adhesive tape discharging shaft, a direction-changing roller and a material receiving air expansion shaft, the adhesive tape is tightened and wound on the material receiving air expansion shaft by clockwise rotation of the material receiving air expansion shaft under the drive of the transmission mechanism, meanwhile, the direction-changing roller and the adhesive tape discharging shaft start to rotate under the drive of the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape discharging shaft rotates anticlockwise, and the adhesive tape discharging is performed;
clean transmission device of material includes drive mechanism, conveyer and clean mechanism, the last conveyer that is equipped with of drive mechanism, conveyer are used for transmitting naked material diaphragm to ejection of compact platform, clean mechanism sets up the position that is located the conveyer top in the frame.

A web, sheet and bare compatible film cleaning and feeding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lifting electric module comprises a lifting motor arranged on a vertical plate, a sliding block is arranged on the vertical plate in a sliding mode, the sliding block is connected with the lifting motor and a lifting supporting plate respectively, and the lifting motor drives the sliding block to move up and down to drive the lifting supporting plate to move up and down synchronously.

A web, sheet and bare compatible film cleaning and feeding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the vacuum suction head device comprises an X-shaped support and a vacuum suction head, the middle of the X-shaped support is fixedly connected with the output end of the material taking rotary cylinder, and the vacuum suction head is mounted at the four corners of the X-shaped support.
