Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health-care food, in particular to a solid beverage capable of invigorating spleen to promote digestion and a preparation method and a granulator thereof.
Background
The swing type granulator is a granulator which can prepare mixed powder into granules and is suitable for the production of pharmacy, chemical industry, food and the like; the swing type granulator is wide in application range, materials are granulated under the action of positive and negative rotation, the production speed is higher than that of the traditional granulation method which needs long-time stirring, crushing and granulating, the produced granules are uniform, the energy consumption is less, and the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved; the granulator can be used for preparing solid beverages.
The solid beverage is a powdery, granular or blocky solid product and can be brewed or drunk after brewing; the solid beverage can be used as health food for infant to invigorate spleen and promote digestion.
The spleen pertains to yin from yin in five zang organs and yin and yang, and governs transportation, transformation and blood system, which is the source of qi and blood generation; the infant's viscera, tissues and organs are all nourished by the food essence generated from the spleen, so the spleen is called the "acquired root"; the spleen can promote appetite, so that the good protection of the spleen can play a good role in digestion and defecation, and has important significance on health; the transportation and transformation functions of infants are not sound, the food essence required by growth and development is more urgent, children love to eat snacks, and the deficiency of nutrition absorption in the past results in the weakness of the spleen and the stomach.
Parents often buy medicaments to improve the digestive absorption function of infants, and although common spleen-tonifying and digestion-promoting solid beverages on the market can play a role in tonifying qi and spleen, the medicaments easily stimulate the gastrointestinal and digestive tracts and weaken the efficacy of the medicaments on the infants.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the efficacy of strengthening spleen to promote digestion of infants, the application provides a solid beverage for strengthening spleen to promote digestion, a preparation method thereof and a granulator thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a solid beverage for invigorating spleen to promote digestion, which adopts the following technical scheme:
the spleen-invigorating and digestion-promoting solid beverage comprises the following components in parts by mass:
soybean: 0.5-1.5 parts;
charred malt: 1-5 parts;
sticky rice: 2-3 parts of a solvent;
coix seed: 1-5 parts;
1-2 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli;
edible glucose: 0.5-1.5 parts;
white granulated sugar: 0.5-1 part;
peanut powder: 1-3 parts;
dried orange peel powder: 1-5 parts;
longan powder: 1-5 parts;
emulsifier: 0.05-0.1 part;
thickening agent: 0.01-0.02 portion;
