The target innovation level and the existing innovation resource information of the enterprise object can be set by a user, for example, the user sets the innovation target and the innovation resource information of the enterprise contact object through an innovation remark column of the enterprise contact object, and the information set by the innovation remark column can be synchronously updated into an associated database.
After the existing innovation resource information is obtained, the associated enterprise innovation evaluation system can be called to evaluate the existing innovation resource information so as to obtain an innovation evaluation result of the enterprise object.
After the innovation evaluation result is obtained, the current innovation level of the enterprise object can be obtained by comparing the matching degree of the innovation evaluation result and the enterprise innovation requirement information based on the mapping relation between the preset innovation level and the enterprise innovation requirement information.
The mapping relation between the innovation level and the enterprise innovation requirement information can be set by default by a system, and can also be set individually by a user according to needs. Preferably, the enterprise innovation tutoring system is preset with an innovation level list, an enterprise innovation requirement information list and a corresponding relation between the innovation level list and the enterprise innovation requirement information list. The innovation level list comprises preset innovation levels, such as level 1, level 2, level … and level N, and the enterprise innovation requirement information list comprises requirement information corresponding to the innovation levels. The requirement information may include text information and/or image information, and specifically, the text information may include keywords for expressing resources (such as intellectual property, scientific and technological transformation results, project certificates, and the like) required by each innovation level; the image information may be pictures related to the aforementioned required resources, such as pictures of intellectual property certificates and the like.
The innovation levels and the enterprise innovation requirement information have one-to-one correspondence, the enterprise innovation requirement information corresponding to the innovation levels can be obtained based on the innovation levels, and the corresponding innovation levels can also be obtained based on the innovation requirement information matched by enterprises. Preferably, the enterprise innovation requirement information includes innovation dimension index information and innovation resource requirement information under each index, and different innovation dimension indexes and/or index innovation resource requirements are set corresponding to different innovation grades.
The step of obtaining the current innovation level of the enterprise object after comparing the innovation evaluation result with the matching degree of the enterprise innovation requirement information may specifically be: according to the innovation evaluation result of the enterprise object, after semantic analysis is carried out on the innovation evaluation result, contents obtained by the semantic analysis are sequentially compared with enterprise innovation requirement information of each innovation level; and acquiring the innovation level corresponding to the enterprise innovation requirement information with the highest content matching degree as the current innovation level of the enterprise object.
And finally, acquiring the level difference information of the current innovation level and the target innovation level, taking the enterprise innovation requirement information corresponding to the target innovation level and the difference information of the existing innovation resource information as resource difference information, and fusing the level difference information and the resource difference information to generate innovation tutoring information of the enterprise object.
The resource difference information preferably includes newly added innovation dimension indexes and innovation resource requirement information thereof, and difference information of innovation resource requirements under the existing innovation dimension indexes.
By way of example and not limitation, for example, the current innovation level is level 2, 3 innovation dimension indexes are involved, the target innovation level is level 5, 8 innovation dimension indexes are involved, and 5 indexes are added on the basis of level 2. The number of the newly added innovation dimension indexes is 5, and the resource difference information comprises the newly added 5 innovation dimension indexes and innovation resource requirement information thereof; meanwhile, as the innovative resource requirements of different levels on different indexes may be different, the resource difference information further includes the difference information of the innovative resource requirements under the same 3 innovative dimension indexes.
In this embodiment, the innovation dimension index may specifically include 6 dimension indexes, such as a patent dimension, a technology leadership dimension, a research and development capability dimension, an employee competitive dimension, a domestic competitive dimension, and an international competitive dimension. Correspondingly, the innovation tutoring information can comprise patent tutoring information, technology leading tutoring information, research and development capability tutoring information, staff competitive tutoring information, domestic competitive tutoring information and international competitive tutoring information of enterprises, after various kinds of information are analyzed respectively by a patent evaluating unit, a technology precedence evaluating unit, a research and development capability evaluating unit, a staff competitive information evaluating unit, a domestic competitive evaluating unit and an international competitive evaluating unit in a preset innovation dimension analysis model, and acquiring innovation resource requirements corresponding to patent dimensions, innovation resource requirements corresponding to technology leading dimensions, innovation resource requirements corresponding to research and development capability dimensions, innovation resource requirements corresponding to employee competitive dimensions, innovation resource requirements corresponding to domestic competitive dimensions and innovation resource requirements corresponding to international competitive dimensions, wherein the innovation resource requirements are contained in innovation tutoring information. The goal of innovation tutoring is to increase the innovation resources of the enterprise to meet the related requirements, such as the innovation capability requirement of the enterprise to assess a certain qualification.
In another embodiment of this embodiment, the innovation guidance information may be further divided into a plurality of innovation guidance items according to the aforementioned innovation dimension index, and at least one innovation contact is set corresponding to each innovation guidance item to report the innovation resource progress information of the innovation guidance item.
Specifically, when the innovation tutor items are divided, the innovation tutor items and the innovation dimension indexes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, that is, each innovation dimension index corresponds to an own innovation tutor item; or a plurality of innovation dimension indexes with high relevance can be set as the same innovation tutor single item according to the relevance among the innovation dimension indexes.
The information coincidence degree of three dimensional indexes, such as a patent dimension, a technology leadership dimension, a research and development capability dimension and the like, is greater than a preset standard threshold value 70, namely the corresponding relevance is greater than 70, and the relevance is judged to be high; and (3) judging that the relevance is high if the information coincidence of two dimensional indexes such as domestic competitive dimension and international competitive dimension is greater than a preset standard threshold value 70, namely the corresponding relevance is also greater than 70. That is, in dividing the innovation tutor item, the patent dimension, the technology leadership dimension and the research and development capability dimension may be set as the same innovation tutor item, and the domestic competition dimension and the international competition dimension may be set as the same innovation tutor item.
In this embodiment, each innovation tutor item is used as an independent item under the innovation tutor monitoring, and is a minimum unit for reporting innovation resource progress information. That is, the report of the innovation resource progress information is performed with the innovation tutor item as the minimum unit. Therefore, for innovation guidance information with various innovation dimension indexes, index grouping is carried out on the reported innovation resource progress information by dividing innovation guidance single items, and the innovation resource progress information of the indexes in the same group is reported in a centralized manner, so that the reported information of the innovation resource progress is monitored and managed conveniently.

At this time, reporting information filled in the reporting information filling column by the innovation contact can be obtained, whether the reporting information meets the innovation resource requirement under the corresponding innovation dimension index in the innovation tutor information or not is judged, and when the reporting information meets the requirement, a reporting filling identifier output by the ITEM ITEM of the corresponding group member is cancelled. Otherwise, the reporting filling mark is kept displayed, and reporting error reminding information is fed back to the innovative contact.
In this embodiment, the reporting time rule may be set by an innovation contact, or may be automatically set by the system according to an innovation resource progress plan set by the innovation contact.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, when one innovation guidance list includes multiple innovation dimension indexes, on the group member display interface of the innovation guidance group, ITEM ITEMs of group members belonging to the innovation dimension indexes of the same innovation guidance list may be fused or partially fused to form a fused ITEM, and innovation guidance list information and innovation contact information are output corresponding to the fused ITEM.
In a typical embodiment, one innovation contact is set for each innovation dimension index, that is, for an innovation tutor item comprising a plurality of innovation dimension indexes, the innovation tutor item comprises a plurality of innovation contacts. At the moment, outputting a head portrait icon corresponding to the innovation dimension index at the position of the group member ITEM corresponding to the innovation dimension index in the fusion ITEM.
At this time, all innovation contacts belonging to the same innovation tutor ITEM can be taken together as fusion members of the corresponding fusion ITEM, as shown in fig. 4, the patent dimension, the technology leadership dimension and the research and development capability dimension are all divided into the technical innovation ITEMs, the three belong to the same innovation tutor ITEM, and the technology fusion ITEM 160 is generated; meanwhile, both domestic competitive dimensionality and foreign competitive dimensionality are divided into market competitive ITEMs, the two ITEMs belong to the same innovation tutor single ITEM, and a market fusion ITEM 160 is generated.
Meanwhile, a merge member communication trigger ITEM, such as a merge member communication control 163 arranged on the side of the merge ITEM 160 in fig. 4, is respectively arranged for each of the aforementioned merge ITEMs. And after the fusion member communication triggering ITEM is triggered, outputting a fusion member communication interaction interface based on the region where the fusion ITEM is located so that a user can perform information interaction with the fusion member.
As a typical example, the fusion member communication interaction interface may include a fusion member information field, an information input field, and an information display field, where the fusion member information field is used to output fusion member information, and the information input field is used to collect chat information input by a user; the information display column is used for displaying the chat content sent by the fusion member. The fusion member communication interactive interface may refer to a group chat interactive interface in the prior art, and is not described herein again. Of course, if the user wants to perform one-to-one interaction with a certain fusion member instead of group chat, the contact photo of the fusion member can be directly triggered, and the instant communication interaction interface between the user and the fusion member is output.
Referring to fig. 5, an instant messaging client is provided as another embodiment of the present invention.
The client 400 includes a monitoring instruction collecting module 410, a group establishing module 420, an innovation tutoring processing module 430 and an innovation monitoring module 440.
The monitoring instruction acquisition module 410 is configured to receive an innovative monitoring instruction triggered by a user in an instant messaging tool for an enterprise contact object.
The group establishing module 420 is configured to establish an innovation monitoring group corresponding to the enterprise contact object according to the innovation monitoring instruction, acquire innovation guidance information corresponding to the enterprise contact object, and add each innovation dimension index as a contact object to the innovation monitoring group according to innovation dimension indexes included in the innovation guidance information to form a group member.
The innovation guidance processing module 430 is configured to divide the innovation guidance information into multiple innovation guidance items according to the aforementioned innovation dimension index, and set at least one innovation contact corresponding to each innovation guidance item to report the innovation resource progress information of the innovation guidance item.
The innovation monitoring module 440 is configured to monitor reporting operations of innovation contacts on innovation resource progress information, send a report information filling reminder to a corresponding innovation contact when the reporting operations are judged to be not in accordance with a preset reporting time rule, and output a report filling identifier through an ITEM of group members of innovation dimension indexes based on innovation dimension indexes included in an innovation tutor list corresponding to the innovation contact.
In this embodiment, each innovation tutor ITEM may include one or more innovation dimension indexes, when one innovation tutor ITEM includes a plurality of innovation dimension indexes, merge or partially merge ITEM ITEMs of group members belonging to the innovation dimension indexes of the same innovation tutor ITEM into a merged ITEM on a group member display interface of the aforementioned innovation tutor group, and output innovation tutor ITEM information and innovation contact information corresponding to the merged ITEM.
Preferably, an innovation contact is arranged corresponding to each innovation dimension index, and head portrait icons corresponding to the innovation contact are output at positions of group member ITEM ITEMs corresponding to the innovation dimension indexes in the fusion ITEM ITEMs.
Preferably, all innovation contacts belonging to the same innovation tutor single ITEM are taken as fusion members of the corresponding fusion ITEM; and a fusion member communication trigger ITEM is arranged corresponding to the fusion ITEM, and after the fusion member communication trigger ITEM is triggered, a fusion member communication interaction interface can be output based on the region where the fusion ITEM is located so that a user can perform information interaction with a fusion member.
Other technical features refer to the foregoing embodiments, and each module may be configured to perform corresponding information acquisition, information transmission, and information processing processes, which are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 6, a monitoring system for innovative data is provided as another embodiment of the present invention.
The system 500 includes a user client 510 and a system server 520.
The user client 510 is configured to collect an innovation monitoring instruction triggered by a user in an instant messaging tool for an enterprise contact object.
The system server 520 is configured to establish an innovation monitoring group corresponding to the enterprise contact object according to the innovation monitoring instruction, acquire innovation guidance information corresponding to the enterprise contact object, and add each innovation dimension index as a contact object to the innovation monitoring group according to innovation dimension indexes included in the innovation guidance information to form a group member; dividing the innovation guidance information into a plurality of innovation guidance single items according to the innovation dimension index, and setting at least one innovation contact person corresponding to each innovation guidance single item to report innovation resource progress information of the innovation guidance single item; and monitoring the reporting operation of each innovation contact on the evolution information of the innovation resource, sending a report information filling prompt to the corresponding innovation contact when the reporting operation is judged to be not in accordance with a preset reporting time rule, and outputting a reporting filling mark through an ITEM ITEM of a group member of innovation dimension indexes on the basis of innovation dimension indexes contained in an innovation tutor ITEM corresponding to the innovation contact.
Other technical features refer to the foregoing embodiments, and each component may be configured to perform corresponding information acquisition, information transmission, and information processing processes, which are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A method for monitoring innovation data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an innovation monitoring instruction triggered by a user aiming at a target contact object in an instant messaging tool;
establishing an innovation monitoring group corresponding to the target contact object, acquiring innovation guidance information corresponding to the target contact object, and adding each innovation dimension index as a contact object into the innovation monitoring group to form a group member according to innovation dimension indexes contained in the innovation guidance information; dividing the innovation guidance information into a plurality of innovation guidance single items according to the innovation dimension index, and setting at least one innovation contact person corresponding to each innovation guidance single item to report innovation resource progress information of the innovation guidance single item;
monitoring the reporting operation of each innovation contact on the progress information of the innovation resource, sending a report information filling prompt to the corresponding innovation contact when the reporting operation is judged to be not in accordance with a preset reporting time rule, and outputting a reporting filling mark through an ITEM (ITEM of interest management) ITEM of a group member of innovation dimension indexes on the basis of innovation dimension indexes contained in innovation tutoring lists corresponding to the innovation contacts.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: each innovation tutor ITEM comprises one or more innovation dimension indexes, when one innovation tutor ITEM comprises a plurality of innovation dimension indexes, fusing or partially fusing ITEM of group members belonging to the innovation dimension indexes of the same innovation tutor ITEM to form a fused ITEM on a group member display interface of the innovation tutor group, and outputting innovation tutor ITEM information and innovation contact information corresponding to the fused ITEM.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein: and an innovation contact is arranged corresponding to each innovation dimension index, and head portrait icons corresponding to the innovation contact are output at positions of group member ITEM ITEMs corresponding to the innovation dimension indexes in the fusion ITEM ITEMs.

The method of claim 3, wherein: all innovation contacts belonging to the same innovation tutor single ITEM are taken as fusion members of the corresponding fusion ITEM; and a fusion member communication trigger ITEM is arranged corresponding to the fusion ITEM, and after the fusion member communication trigger ITEM is triggered, a fusion member communication interaction interface can be output based on the region where the fusion ITEM is located so that a user can perform information interaction with a fusion member.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein: the way of sending the report information filling reminder to the corresponding innovation contact person is that,
the method comprises the steps of establishing an instant messaging interactive interface between a user and an innovative contact person, sending an instant messaging message comprising a report information filling control through the instant messaging interactive interface, outputting a report information filling column after the report information filling control is triggered, and collecting report information filled by the innovative contact person through the report information filling column.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein: acquiring the report information filled in the report information filling column by the innovation contact, judging whether the report information meets the innovation resource requirement under the corresponding innovation dimension index in the innovation tutor information, and canceling the report filling identification output by the ITEM ITEM of the corresponding group member when the report information meets the innovation resource requirement under the corresponding innovation dimension index in the innovation tutor information.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein: the reporting time rule is set by an innovation contact person, or the reporting time rule is automatically set by the system according to an innovation resource progress plan set by the innovation contact person.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein: the target contact object is an enterprise contact object, and the step of acquiring the innovation tutor information corresponding to the enterprise contact object is that,
acquiring enterprise objects related to the enterprise contact object, and acquiring target innovation levels and existing innovation resource information of the enterprise objects;
evaluating the existing innovation resource information to obtain an innovation evaluation result of the enterprise object, and comparing the matching degree of the innovation evaluation result and the enterprise innovation requirement information based on the mapping relation between the preset innovation level and the enterprise innovation requirement information to obtain the current innovation level of the enterprise object;
and acquiring grade difference information of the current innovation level and the target innovation level, taking enterprise innovation requirement information corresponding to the target innovation level and difference information of the existing innovation resource information as resource difference information, and fusing the grade difference information and the resource difference information to generate innovation tutoring information of the enterprise object.
9. An instant messaging client, comprising:
the monitoring instruction acquisition module is used for receiving an innovative monitoring instruction triggered by a user aiming at a target contact object in the instant messaging tool;
the group establishing module is used for establishing an innovation monitoring group corresponding to the target contact object according to the innovation monitoring instruction, acquiring innovation guidance information corresponding to the target contact object, and adding each innovation dimension index as a contact object into the innovation monitoring group to form a group member according to innovation dimension indexes contained in the innovation guidance information;
the innovation guidance processing module is used for dividing innovation guidance information into a plurality of innovation guidance single items according to the innovation dimension index, and setting at least one innovation contact person corresponding to each innovation guidance single item to report innovation resource progress information of the innovation guidance single item;
and the innovation monitoring module is used for monitoring the reporting operation of each innovation contact on the progress information of the innovation resource, sending a report information filling prompt to the corresponding innovation contact when the reporting operation is judged to be not in accordance with the preset reporting time rule, and outputting a reporting filling identifier through an ITEM ITEM of a group member of the innovation dimension index based on the innovation dimension index contained in the innovation tutor list corresponding to the innovation contact.
10. An innovative data monitoring system, characterized by comprising:
the user client is used for acquiring an innovation monitoring instruction triggered by a user aiming at a target contact object in the instant messaging tool;
the system server is used for establishing an innovation monitoring group corresponding to the target contact object according to the innovation monitoring instruction, acquiring innovation guidance information corresponding to the target contact object, and adding each innovation dimension index as a contact object into the innovation monitoring group to form a group member according to innovation dimension indexes contained in the innovation guidance information; dividing the innovation guidance information into a plurality of innovation guidance single items according to the innovation dimension index, and setting at least one innovation contact person corresponding to each innovation guidance single item to report innovation resource progress information of the innovation guidance single item; and monitoring the reporting operation of each innovation contact on the evolution information of the innovation resource, sending a report information filling prompt to the corresponding innovation contact when the reporting operation is judged to be not in accordance with a preset reporting time rule, and outputting a reporting filling mark through an ITEM ITEM of a group member of innovation dimension indexes on the basis of innovation dimension indexes contained in an innovation tutor ITEM corresponding to the innovation contact.
