Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an intelligent communication method and a client in network security level protection, and the method has the advantages that: and setting an equipment option control on the instant messaging interactive interface, activating an equipment display interface after the equipment option control is triggered, and directly loading the instant messaging message sent from the instant messaging interactive interface into the equipment display interface for outputting after the equipment display interface is activated. Therefore, the instant messaging information related to the equipment is distinguished from the ordinary instant messaging information, and the two communication parties can conveniently consult and maintain the interactive equipment related information.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
an intelligent communication method in network security level protection comprises the following steps:
setting an equipment option control on an instant messaging interactive interface between a user and a contact object, wherein the equipment option control is associated with an equipment display interface, and the equipment display interface outputs information of associated network equipment;
collecting operation information of triggering the equipment option control by a user or a contact object, and activating the equipment display interface;
and acquiring the instant messaging message sent in the instant messaging interactive interface, and loading the instant messaging message into the activated equipment display interface for outputting.
Further, the associated network device is one or more network devices associated with the contact object, and a device information acquisition structure is arranged corresponding to each network device;
when a problem occurs in the network equipment, triggering a corresponding equipment information acquisition structure to acquire equipment information and problem information, forming a first-class equipment IM message by the acquired information, and sending the first-class equipment IM message to the contact object.
Further, the device information acquisition structure is further configured to acquire working state information of the corresponding network device according to a preset time period, generate a working state table, and send the working state table as a second-class device IM message to the contact object.
Further, the device display interface is arranged in the instant messaging interactive interface as a part of the instant messaging interactive interface;
or, the device display interface is set corresponding to the instant messaging interactive interface as an independent window.
Further, the equipment display interface comprises an equipment information display column, a processing item display column and an additional information display column;
the device information display column is used for displaying basic information of related network devices, the processing item display column is used for displaying processing item information which is contained in the instant communication message and related to network security level protection, and the additional information display column is used for displaying device related information which does not belong to the basic information and the processing item information.
Further, the step of loading and outputting the instant communication message into the activated device display interface comprises,
acquiring the data type of the instant messaging message, and judging whether the data type is an image data type;
when the image data type is judged, carrying out image recognition on the image data to acquire equipment information in the image data, and selecting associated network equipment matched with the equipment information from an equipment display interface as target network equipment;
and updating the information of the target network equipment by using the image data as the updating content of the target network equipment, and outputting the image data corresponding to the target network equipment in an equipment information display column.
Further, the step of loading and outputting the instant communication message into the activated device display interface comprises,
acquiring the data type of the instant communication message, and judging whether the data type is a character type or a document type or a voice type;
when the type of the characters or the documents is judged, semantic analysis is carried out on the characters or the document contents, and whether processing item information related to network security level protection is contained or not is judged; when the voice type is judged, voice recognition is carried out on the voice message to obtain corresponding text information, and then semantic analysis is carried out to judge whether the text information contains processing item information related to network security level protection;
when the processing item information is judged to be included, the item name, the item number and/or the item icon of each processing item are acquired and output in the processing item display field.
Further, triggering operation of the user on the item name, the item number and/or the item icon is collected;
based on a preset item processing table, storing a mapping relation between an item name, an item number and/or an item icon and specific evaluation content, and acquiring the corresponding specific evaluation content according to the item name, the item number and/or the item icon, wherein the specific evaluation content comprises an evaluation equipment object and an evaluation requirement;
triggering the associated network equipment matched with the evaluation equipment object to enter an evaluation state, and obtaining an evaluation result file of the associated network equipment after the evaluation is finished;
and updating information by using the evaluation result file as the updated content of the matched related network equipment, and marking the item name, the item number and/or the item icon as processed in the processed item display field.
Furthermore, when the information of the related network equipment is output in the equipment display interface,
corresponding network equipment icons are arranged corresponding to each associated network equipment;
acquiring the triggering operation of the user on the network equipment icon, and outputting the historical information and the updating information of the associated network equipment; the network security level protection method comprises the steps that an equal protection evaluation item list related to network security level protection is arranged corresponding to each associated network device, and historical information and updating information of the evaluation items are respectively output based on each evaluation item in the equal protection evaluation item list.
The invention also provides an instant communication client in network security level protection, which comprises the following structure:
the control setting module is used for setting an equipment option control in an instant messaging interactive interface between a user and a contact object, the equipment option control is associated with an equipment display interface, and the equipment display interface outputs information of associated network equipment;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring operation information of triggering the equipment option control by a user or a contact object and activating the equipment display interface;
and the information processing module is used for acquiring the instant messaging message sent in the instant messaging interactive interface, and loading the instant messaging message into the activated equipment display interface for outputting.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and positive effects by way of example: and setting an equipment option control on the instant messaging interactive interface, activating an equipment display interface after the equipment option control is triggered, and directly loading the instant messaging message sent from the instant messaging interactive interface into the equipment display interface for outputting after the equipment display interface is activated. Therefore, the instant messaging information related to the equipment is distinguished from the ordinary instant messaging information, and the two communication parties can conveniently consult and maintain the interactive equipment related information.
Detailed Description
The intelligent communication method and client in the network security level protection disclosed by the invention are further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that technical features or combinations of technical features described in the following embodiments should not be considered as being isolated, and they may be combined with each other to achieve better technical effects. In the drawings of the embodiments described below, the same reference numerals appearing in the respective drawings denote the same features or components, and may be applied to different embodiments. Thus, once an item is defined in one drawing, it need not be further discussed in subsequent drawings.
It should be noted that the structures, proportions, sizes, and other dimensions shown in the drawings and described in the specification are only for the purpose of understanding and reading the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, which is defined by the claims, and any modifications of the structures, changes in the proportions and adjustments of the sizes and other dimensions, should be construed as falling within the scope of the invention unless the function and objectives of the invention are affected. Examples
Referring to fig. 1, an intelligent communication method in network security level protection according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method comprises the following steps:
s100, setting a device option control on an instant messaging interactive interface between a user and a contact object, wherein the device option control is associated with a device display interface, and the device display interface outputs information of associated network devices.
The Instant Messaging tool, also called Instant Messaging tool, is commonly referred to in the art as a client having Instant Messaging capability. By way of example and not limitation, the instant messaging tool may be a web application, a PC application, or a handheld APP application.
The user establishes the connection between the instant communication client and the instant communication server by logging in the instant communication tool. The instant messaging tool outputs the IM tool home interface to the user through the user terminal display screen, as shown in fig. 2. In the prior art, the IM tool main interface 100 may display a contact list 120 and group list information and the like pushed by an instant messaging server, where the contact list 120 records the head portrait, nickname, signature, online status, session message, and friend information and the like of a friend (i.e., a contact object 121); the group list records group member information such as head images, nicknames, signatures, presence statuses, session messages, and rankings of the chat groups.
If the user triggers an interactive operation, which is commonly used, for example, clicks and triggers a corresponding contact icon, with respect to a certain contact object 121 in the contact list 120, an instant messaging interactive interface is generated accordingly. The instant messaging interactive interface is used for displaying historical interactive information, current interactive information and the like. Taking the instant messaging tool WeChat as an example, for example, after the user triggers the head portrait of the contact object "Mary-one-eight technology network management 1" in the contact list, the display screen pops up the instant messaging interactive interface 300 corresponding to the contact object "Mary-one-eight technology network management 1", as shown in FIG. 3.
The instant messaging interactive interface 300 generally displays a conversation contact display field 310, an interaction information display field 320, an interaction information input field 330, and an interaction toolbar 340. The interactive toolbar 340 typically displays common voice chat controls, emoticon controls, and more tool options. After the user triggers more tool options, a control display bar can be output in the instant messaging interactive interface to show application controls which can be used by the user, such as a camera application, a position application, a favorite application and the like.
In this embodiment, the device option control may be set at any position of the instant messaging interactive interface 300, and preferably, the device option control 341 is set in the interactive toolbar 340, as shown in fig. 3. The device option control 341 may be associated with a preset device display interface 350, where the device display interface 350 may output preset associated network device information. Optionally, the user may set and modify the display icon and the display position of the device option control 341 in the toolbar, and may also edit the information of the associated network device in the activated device display interface 350.
Preferably, the associated network device is one or more network devices associated with the aforementioned contact object. Preferably, for example, the contact object is a network manager, and the aforementioned associated network device is a plurality of network devices for which the associated network device is responsible for management. For example, a user adds an IM account number of a network manager Mary of a client "one-eight technology company" through an IM tool, and establishes a contact object corresponding to the network manager Mary in a contact list of the user, where a nickname of a contact set by the user is "Mary-one-eight technology network manager 1". The IM account of Mary can be associated with network equipment information which is responsible for management, and the associated network equipment information can be output on an equipment display interface. Optionally, in the contact list 120, the avatar icon of the contact object associated with the network device is identified differently to distinguish from the ordinary contact object (unassociated network device).
The association relationship between the contact object and the network device can be set by a user, for example, the user makes a mapping information table of the network manager and the network device and stores the mapping information table in the system server; the mapping information table of the preset network management and network equipment in the associated system server can also be read to obtain the mapping information; the contact object can also set a mapping information table between the contact object and the network equipment and upload the mapping information table to a system server so as to be used by other users in the system.
And S200, collecting operation information of triggering the equipment option control by a user or a contact object, and activating the equipment display interface.
By way of example only, the device option control 341 is activated upon being triggered (e.g., a user clicking on an icon of the device option control 341 with a mouse or finger), the device display interface 350 is activated.
S300, obtaining the instant messaging information sent from the instant messaging interactive interface, and loading the instant messaging information into the activated equipment display interface for outputting. At this time, the instant messaging message can be simultaneously output in an interactive information display column and an equipment display interface of the instant messaging interactive interface.
In this embodiment, after the device display interface is activated, the user may also actively update the information about the associated network device in the device display interface. For example, the user actively triggers the target associated network device object, an operation item list is output corresponding to the target associated network device object, operation items such as name change, model change, basic information setting, image information setting and the like are displayed in the operation item list, and the user can select one or more operation items to update information as required.
Preferably, the user may further trigger the device option control again to restore the device display interface to the inactive state, at this time, the instant messaging message sent in the instant messaging interactive interface is a common message, and is only displayed in the interactive information display column of the instant messaging interactive interface and is no longer loaded into the device display interface for output.
In this embodiment, an apparatus information acquisition structure may be further provided corresponding to each associated network apparatus. When a problem occurs in the network equipment, triggering a corresponding equipment information acquisition structure to acquire equipment information and problem information, forming a first-class equipment IM message by the acquired information, and sending the first-class equipment IM message to the contact object. Therefore, the contact object can conveniently acquire the fault information of the network equipment in time. Further, when the first-class device IM message is viewed, the corresponding associated network device may be in a differentiated display state in the device display interface.
Optionally, the device information collecting structure is further configured to: and according to a preset time period, generating a working state table after obtaining the working state information of the corresponding network equipment, and sending the working state table to the contact object as a second-class equipment IM message. The working state table is used for displaying whether the corresponding network equipment is in a normal working state.
In this embodiment, a specific manner of sending the first-type device IM message and the second-type device IM message to the corresponding contact object may be sending a message to an instant messaging account of the contact object based on a system server of the instant messaging tool, which is equivalent to sending a system notification message. A message may also be sent to the instant messaging account of the contact object based on the instant messaging account of the user, with the instant messaging interactive interface 300 displayed as shown in fig. 4.
Optionally, the second type of IM message may also be stored as remark information of the associated network device, and when a remark information control of the associated network device, such as a network device icon in a device display interface, is triggered, the remark information is retrieved and output. Therefore, the contact person object can conveniently acquire the working state information of the associated network equipment in time.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the device display interface may be arranged in the instant messaging interactive interface as a part of the instant messaging interactive interface. Namely, the device display interface is displayed as a sub-window of the instant messaging interactive interface.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the device display interface may be set as an independent window corresponding to the instant messaging interactive interface. When the device display interface is specifically set, the device display interface can be set on the left side, the right side, the upper side or the lower side of the instant messaging interactive interface. Optionally, the height dimension of the device display interface is consistent with the height dimension of the instant messaging interactive interface.
As shown in fig. 5, the device display interface 350 may specifically include a device information display field 351, a processed item display field 352, and an additional information display field 353.
The device information display column 351 is used for displaying basic information of the associated network device. The basic information includes basic attribute information such as device name, model, serial number, image, position information, etc.
The transaction item display field 352 is used for displaying the transaction item information related to the network security level protection included in the instant messaging message, including but not limited to the transaction item name, the transaction item number, the transaction item icon, the transaction item keyword, and the transaction item progress of the transaction item.
The processing item information related to the network security level protection may be preset by a user. The network security level protection can be divided into five levels, namely a first level (user autonomous protection level), a second level (system audit protection level), a third level (security label protection level), a fourth level (structured protection level) and a fifth level (access verification protection level), wherein the user can set corresponding processing item information aiming at different levels of the peer-to-peer protection, different levels correspond to different processing item information, and each processing item can correspond to own item name, item number, item icon, item content, item related specification or standard and the like.
The additional information display section 353 is configured to display information related to a device that does not belong to the basic information and the processing item information. Such as, by way of example and not limitation, service information for the equipment, maintenance information for the equipment, cost information for the equipment, and the like.
Preferably, a network device icon for each associated network device is output through the device information display field 351. After the network equipment icon is triggered, historical information and updating information of the associated network equipment can be output. And the system also comprises an equal protection evaluation item list related to the network security level protection corresponding to each associated network device, and historical information and updating information of the evaluation items are respectively output based on each evaluation item in the equal protection evaluation item list.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of loading and outputting the instant messaging message into the activated device display interface includes:
and acquiring the data type of the instant messaging message, and judging whether the data type is the image data type. And when the image data type is determined, performing image recognition on the image data to acquire device information in the image data, and selecting the associated network device matched with the device information from a device display interface as a target network device. And updating the information of the target network equipment by using the image data as the updating content of the target network equipment, and outputting the image data corresponding to the target network equipment in an equipment information display column.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of loading and outputting the instant messaging message into the activated device display interface includes:
and acquiring the data type of the instant communication message, and judging whether the data type is a text or document type or a voice type. When the type of the characters or the documents is judged, semantic analysis is carried out on the contents of the characters or the documents, and whether processing item information related to network security level protection is included is judged; and when the voice type is judged, performing voice recognition on the voice message to obtain corresponding text information, and judging whether the text information contains processing item information related to network security level protection or not through semantic analysis. When the processing item information is judged to be included, the item name, the item number and/or the item icon of each processing item are acquired and output in the processing item display field. Referring to the event display field 352 of fig. 5, the event names of 2 processing events are output.
In this embodiment, the user may also trigger the associated network device to perform evaluation by triggering the item information in the item processing display column.
Specifically, first, trigger operations of the user on the item name, item number, and/or item icon output in the aforementioned processed item display field, such as the user clicking the item name of the 1 st processed item in fig. 5, "device 1 virtual attack test", are collected. Then, based on a preset item processing table, the item processing table stores the mapping relationship between the item name, the item number and/or the item icon and the specific evaluation content, and obtains the corresponding specific evaluation content according to the item name, the item number and/or the item icon, wherein the specific evaluation content comprises an evaluation equipment object and an evaluation requirement. And then, triggering the associated network equipment matched with the evaluation equipment object to enter an evaluation state, and obtaining an evaluation result file of the associated network equipment after the evaluation is finished. And finally, updating information by taking the evaluation result file as the updated content of the matched associated network equipment, and marking the item name, the item number and/or the item icon as processed in the processed item display field.
The invention further provides an instant messaging client in the network security level protection.
Referring to fig. 6, the client 400 includes a control setting module 410, an information collecting module 420 and an information processing module 430.
The control setting module 410 is configured to set an equipment option control in an instant messaging interaction interface between a user and a contact object, where the equipment option control is associated with an equipment display interface, and the equipment display interface outputs information about associated network equipment.
Specifically, the device display interface may include a device information display field, a processing item display field, and an additional information display field. The device information display column is used for displaying basic information of related network devices, the processing item display column is used for displaying processing item information which is contained in the instant communication message and related to network security level protection, and the additional information display column is used for displaying device related information which does not belong to the basic information and the processing item information.
The information acquisition module 420 is configured to acquire operation information that a user or a contact object triggers the device option control, and activate the device display interface.
The information processing module 430 is configured to obtain an instant messaging message sent in the instant messaging interactive interface, and load the instant messaging message into the activated device display interface for output.
In this embodiment, the device display interface may be arranged in the instant messaging interactive interface as a part of the instant messaging interactive interface. Or, the device display interface may be set as an independent window corresponding to the instant messaging interactive interface.
The information processing module 430 may be configured to: acquiring the data type of the instant messaging message, and judging whether the data type is an image data type; when the image data type is judged, carrying out image recognition on the image data to acquire equipment information in the image data, and selecting associated network equipment matched with the equipment information from an equipment display interface as target network equipment; and updating the information of the target network equipment by taking the image data as the updated content of the target network equipment, and outputting the image data corresponding to the target network equipment in an equipment information display column.
The information processing module 430 may be further configured to: acquiring the data type of the instant messaging message, and judging whether the data type is a text type or a document type or a voice type; when the type of the characters or the documents is judged, semantic analysis is carried out on the contents of the characters or the documents, and whether processing item information related to network security level protection is included is judged; when the voice type is judged, voice recognition is carried out on the voice message to obtain corresponding text information, and then semantic analysis is carried out to judge whether the text information contains processing item information related to network security level protection; when the processing item information is judged to be included, the item name, item number and/or item icon of each processing item is acquired and output in the processing item display field.
In this embodiment, the information processing module may further include an evaluation unit.
The evaluation unit is configured to: acquiring the triggering operation of the user on the item name, the item number and/or the item icon; acquiring corresponding specific evaluation content by combining the item name, the item number and/or the item icon based on the mapping relation between the item name, the item number and/or the item icon and the specific evaluation content stored in a preset item processing table, wherein the specific evaluation content comprises an evaluation equipment object and an evaluation requirement; triggering the associated network equipment matched with the evaluation equipment object to enter an evaluation state, and obtaining an evaluation result file of the associated network equipment after the evaluation is finished; and updating information by using the evaluation result file as the updated content of the matched related network equipment, and marking the item name, the item number and/or the item icon as processed in the processed item display field.
