As shown in fig. 1-4: the invention provides a waste electric wire peeling device convenient for waste recovery, which comprises a main frame 1, wherein a base 2 is fixed on the main frame 1, a penetrating guide hole is formed in the base 2, a blade assembly is detachably arranged in the guide hole, and a peeling groove 7 communicated with the guide hole is respectively formed at the upper end and the lower end of the base 2; the upper end and the lower end of the base 2 are respectively provided with a wire sheath collecting assembly; the wire sheath collecting assembly comprises a guide box 8 fixed on the base 2, an inlet and an outlet are formed at two ends of the guide box 8 respectively, a plurality of rollers 9 are rotatably arranged on the inner bottom wall of the guide box 8, a guide wheel 11 is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the guide box 8, at least part of the guide wheel 11 extends into the guide box 8, a support 17 is formed at one end, far away from the sheath outlet groove 7, of the guide box 8, and a cutting knife 18 is arranged on the support 17 in a vertically-displaceable manner. During specific operation, the waste electric wire to be stripped penetrates through a guide hole in a base, a blade assembly is installed on the guide hole, when the waste electric wire displaces along the length direction of the base, an external electric wire skin is cut by the blade assembly, the electric wire skin is led out from skin outlet grooves at the upper end and the lower end and penetrates through a guide box, under the rotating action of a guide wheel on the guide box, the electric wire skin is displaced from one end of the guide box to the other end, and the led-out electric wire piece is cut into pieces and falls off by a cutting knife; the waste electric wire peeling device provided by the invention solves the problems that the existing peeling device is complex in structure, the rubber layer is easy to break in the cutting process, the cut rubber layer is long and difficult to effectively recover, the rubber layer is easy to influence the subsequent peeling operation, and the peeling efficiency is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate installation and replacement of the blade assembly, the end portion of the base 2 is formed with a pocket 3 recessed inwardly in the axial direction of the guide hole, and the blade assembly includes a blade 6 detachably provided on the pocket 3, the blade 6 being provided in the radial direction of the guide hole and at least partially located in the guide hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the blade assembly further comprises a sliding rail 4 fixed on the outer wall of the base 2, a blade holder 5 is slidably arranged in the sliding rail 4, and the blade holder 5 is connected with the blade 6. The knife rest 5 can slide along the length direction of the sliding rail 4, and the blade 6 slides to a proper displacement through the knife rest 5, so that the wire sheath is conveniently cut.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the replacement of the blade 6 and the effective locking of the blade holder 5 to the rail 4, avoiding the displacement thereof, the blade holder 5 and the blade 6 are arranged vertically, and the blade holder 5 and the blade 6 are connected by a first locking screw, and the blade holder 5 and the rail 4 are connected by a second locking screw.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to increase the frictional force between the first pulley 12 and the second pulley 14 and the belt 21, respectively, the surfaces of the first pulley 12 and the second pulley 14 are formed with a rack structure; and a tooth groove structure matched with the rack structure is formed on the inner wall of the belt 21.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the cutting treatment of the conveyed wire sheath and avoid the interference of a longer wire sheath with the subsequent peeling operation of the wire, the bracket 17 is provided with an air cylinder 15, and a piston rod of the air cylinder 15 is connected with the cutting knife 18, so that the expansion and contraction of the air cylinder 15 can drive the cutting knife 18 to move in the vertical direction.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to enable the cut wire sheath to slide out along the two ends of the base and avoid interference with the displacement of the wire sheath, a material guiding plate 19 is fixed on the bracket 17.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to effectively collect the cut wire sheaths, a collecting box 20 is fixed on the main frame 1, so that the wire sheaths cut by the cutting knife 18 can slide into the collecting box 20 through the material guide plate 19.
