s4: adding the negative ion layer mixture obtained in the step S3, the phenylpropylene, the deionized water and the dispersing agent into a reaction kettle for stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 800-1000r/min, the stirring time is 24-34min, heating is carried out after stirring is finished, the heating temperature is 220-325 ℃, the standard atmospheric pressure and the heating time is 0.5-1h, then the surfactant and the film-forming auxiliary agent are added for stirring at a low speed, the stirring speed is 200-350r/min, and the mixture is naturally cooled to normal temperature after the stirring is finished, so as to obtain the negative ion layer base material;
s5: adding deionized water, cross-linked sodium polyacrylate, hollow silicon dioxide submicron spheres, a stabilizer, benzisothiazoline, dichloro-N-N-octyl isothiazolinone, a pH value regulator and a modified acrylic emulsion in the antibacterial and moistureproof composite liquid into a stirring kettle, stirring uniformly at the stirring speed of 800-1600r/min, heating at the heating temperature of 70-90 ℃ after stirring, stopping heating when the viscosity reaches 11-17 Pa.s, and naturally cooling to normal temperature after heating to obtain the antibacterial and moistureproof composite liquid;
s6: putting the antibacterial and moistureproof composite liquid obtained in the step S5 into a wet spinning machine, processing an antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer by using plant fibers as raw materials through wet spinning, drying the antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer which is spun through the wet spinning for 20-30min at the temperature of 80-90 ℃;
s7: quickly freezing and cooling the antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer of the processed and formed decorative paper, uniformly printing the obtained negative ion layer base material on the antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer by gravure printing, and then drying, wherein the drying initial temperature is 35 ℃, the drying initial temperature uniformly rises at a speed of 10 ℃/min until the temperature rises to 80-90 ℃, and then continuously drying for 15-25 min;
s8: and printing the antibacterial and dampproof composite liquid on the two sides of the inner layer of the dried decorative paper by gravure printing to form outer film layers, and drying at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 10-15 min.
The natural mineral powder consists of manganese dioxide, titanium dioxide, strontium soil and rare earth, and the weight ratio of the manganese dioxide to the titanium dioxide to the strontium soil to the rare earth is as follows: 2:2:1:3.

s6: putting the antibacterial and moistureproof composite liquid obtained in the step S5 into a wet spinning machine, processing an antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer by using plant fibers as raw materials through wet spinning, drying the antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer which is spun through the wet spinning for 20-30min at the temperature of 80-90 ℃;
s7: quickly freezing and cooling the antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer of the processed and formed decorative paper, uniformly printing the obtained negative ion layer base material on the antibacterial and moistureproof textile layer by gravure printing, and then drying, wherein the drying initial temperature is 35 ℃, the drying initial temperature uniformly rises at a speed of 10 ℃/min until the temperature rises to 80-90 ℃, and then continuously drying for 15-25 min;
s8: and printing the antibacterial and dampproof composite liquid on the two sides of the inner layer of the dried decorative paper by gravure printing to form outer film layers, and drying at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 10-15 min.
