本发明公开了一种超薄铝层PET镀铝膜的生产装置及其生产方法,包括蒸镀机、进膜口和进铝口,还包括辅助进铝机构和清洁机构,所述辅助进铝机构由安装板、托架、条架、传动轴A、传动轴B、齿盘A、带轮A、联轴器、电机、齿盘B、带轮B、皮带和进料槽构成,所述进铝口外侧的蒸镀机表面可拆卸连接有安装板,通过在蒸镀机处设置有辅助进铝机构和清洁机构,借助电机为驱动力的齿盘A和齿盘B进行同步传输转动,齿盘A和齿盘B表面的角齿可以较好的咬住铝条平稳的送入清洁机构的料管处被刷毛清扫后送入蒸镀机,从而保证了铝条干净且平稳的送入蒸镀机内进行较好的蒸镀加工,提升了蒸镀机的铝条的蒸镀加工品质。

技术领域
本发明涉及PET镀铝膜生产技术领域,特别涉及一种超薄铝层PET镀铝膜的生产装置及其生产方法。
背景技术
镀铝PET薄膜是通过真空镀铝工艺将一层薄薄的铝原子堆积到优质PET薄膜上而形成的阻隔性薄膜,具有亮丽的金属光泽度,优异的气体和光线阻隔性以及良好的防潮、耐热、耐穿刺性能,可替代铝箔等使用的优点。
现有超薄铝层PET镀铝膜在真空蒸镀机内进行真空镀铝加工,而真空蒸镀机在生产时需要将PET基膜和铝条送入真空蒸镀机内,但现有真空蒸镀机处铝条的输送装置较为简单,铝条送入真空蒸镀机内的速度忽快忽慢,从而影响铝条在真空蒸镀机内的蒸发加工,进而真空蒸镀机处需要设置铝条的辅助输送机构;并且铝条在送入真空蒸镀机时也缺乏专用的清洁机构进行辅助清洁,而未清洁带有灰尘和附着物的铝条送入真空蒸镀机内容易影响镀铝膜的蒸镀效果。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种超薄铝层PET镀铝膜的生产装置及其生产方法,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种超薄铝层PET镀铝膜的生产装置,包括蒸镀机、进膜口和进铝口,还包括辅助进铝机构和清洁机构,所述辅助进铝机构由安装板、托架、条架、传动轴A、传动轴B、齿盘A、带轮A、联轴器、电机、齿盘B、带轮B、皮带和进料槽构成,所述进铝口外侧的蒸镀机表面可拆卸连接有安装板,且安装板的表面对称设置有托架和条架,所述条架的双层架体处分别转动连接有传动轴A和传动轴B,且传动轴A前端轴体处固定连接有齿盘A,所述齿盘A和条架后方的传动轴A中部固定连接有带轮A,且带轮A后方的传动轴A处有轴头横向嵌入联轴器的动力输出端,所述联轴器的动力输入端嵌入有电机的动力输出端,且电机安装于托架的表面,所述传动轴B的前端轴体处固定连接有齿盘A,且齿盘A和条架后方的传动轴B尾端固定连接有带轮B,所述带轮B和带轮A之间套接有皮带,所述条架之间的安装板表面开设有进料槽,且进料槽的底端槽口设置于进铝口的外端,所述进料槽一侧的条架表面安装有清洁机构,且清洁机构由料管、刷毛和磁块构成。
进一步地,所述进料槽一侧的条架表面磁性吸附有磁块,且磁块固定连接于料管的外壁一侧,所述料管的内部粘接有刷毛。
进一步地,所述蒸镀机的表面开设有进膜口和进铝口。
进一步地,所述条架的双层架体处嵌合安装有轴承,且条架两条架体处的轴承分别嵌入有传动轴A和传动轴B;传动轴A和传动轴B借助轴承在条架处进行顺畅的转动。
进一步地,所述齿盘A和齿盘B的表面环形分别有角齿;齿盘A和齿盘B表面环形分布的角齿可以对向咬住铝条进行平稳输送。
进一步地,还包括超薄铝层PET镀铝膜的生产装置加工方法如下:S1、基膜干燥处理:PET薄膜基材在加工前进行干燥处理;
S2、基膜涂布处理:在干燥后的PET薄膜基材表面进行聚氨酯水溶液涂布,从而扩大PET薄膜基材表面张力达到42mN/m,增强铝层与基膜的结合力;
S3、铝材料输送:将托架处电机的控制电源与镀铝机的控制器进行连接,电机通电后借助联轴器与传动轴A的尾端轴体进行连接传动,进而条架处的传动轴A转动起来,此时传动轴A借助带轮A和和皮带带着传动轴B的带轮B同步转动,此时条架处有传动轴A和传动轴B分别带着齿盘A和齿盘B转动,铝条送入齿盘A和齿盘B之间后被齿盘A和齿盘B表面凸起的角齿咬住并向料管处输送,铝条经过料管内后,铝条表面的附着物和灰尘被刷毛刷下,同时铝条穿过进料槽并从蒸镀机的进铝口处送至蒸镀机内的蒸发舟处进行加热气化处理;
S4、真空蒸镀:处理完成后的PET薄膜基材输送入蒸镀机内,蒸镀机启用机械泵对蒸镀机内部蒸镀室进行抽气,使得蒸镀室内真空度达到10-4mbar,此时气化的铝材可以在蒸镀机内附在PET薄膜基材表面进行镀膜;
S5、成品收取:真空蒸镀后的PET镀铝膜可以借助收卷机进行收集处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在蒸镀机处设置有辅助进铝机构和清洁机构,借助电机为驱动力的齿盘A和齿盘B进行同步传输转动,齿盘A和齿盘B表面的角齿可以较好的咬住铝条平稳的送入清洁机构的料管处被刷毛清扫后送入蒸镀机,从而保证了铝条干净且平稳的送入蒸镀机内进行较好的蒸镀加工,提升了蒸镀机的铝条的蒸镀加工品质。

S4、真空蒸镀:处理完成后的PET薄膜基材输送入蒸镀机1内,蒸镀机1启用机械泵对蒸镀机1内部蒸镀室进行抽气,使得蒸镀室内真空度达到10-4mbar,此时气化的铝材可以在蒸镀机1内附在PET薄膜基材表面进行镀膜;
S5、成品收取:真空蒸镀后的PET镀铝膜可以借助收卷机进行收集处理。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄铝层PET镀铝膜的生产装置,其特征在于:还包括超薄铝层PET镀铝膜的生产装置加工方法如下:S1、基膜干燥处理:PET薄膜基材在加工前进行干燥处理;
S2、基膜涂布处理:在干燥后的PET薄膜基材表面进行聚氨酯水溶液涂布,从而扩大PET薄膜基材表面张力达到42mN/m,增强铝层与基膜的结合力;
S3、铝材料输送:将托架(402)处电机(409)的控制电源与镀铝机(1)的控制器进行连接,电机(409)通电后借助联轴器(408)与传动轴A(404)的尾端轴体进行连接传动,进而条架(403)处的传动轴A(404)转动起来,此时传动轴A(404)借助带轮A(407)和和皮带(412)带着传动轴B(405)的带轮B(411)同步转动,此时条架(403)处有传动轴A(404)和传动轴B(405)分别带着齿盘A(406)和齿盘B(410)转动,铝条送入齿盘A(406)和齿盘B(410)之间后被齿盘A(406)和齿盘B(410)表面凸起的角齿咬住并向料管(501)处输送,铝条经过料管(501)内后,铝条表面的附着物和灰尘被刷毛(502)刷下,同时铝条穿过进料槽(413)并从蒸镀机(1)的进铝口(3)处送至蒸镀机(1)内的蒸发舟处进行加热气化处理;
S4、真空蒸镀:处理完成后的PET薄膜基材输送入蒸镀机(1)内,蒸镀机(1)启用机械泵对蒸镀机(1)内部蒸镀室进行抽气,使得蒸镀室内真空度达到10-4mbar,此时气化的铝材可以在蒸镀机(1)内附在PET薄膜基材表面进行镀膜;
S5、成品收取:真空蒸镀后的PET镀铝膜可以借助收卷机进行收集处理。
