本发明公开了一种伸缩式吸管及自动生产工艺,吸管包括内管(1)和外管(2),内管(1)和外管(2)可相对滑动,滑到最大长度时锁紧;所述内管(1)包括扩口端(3)和止位端(4),外管(2)包括倒角端(5)、卡口(6)和收口端(7),扩口端(3)外径小于外管(2)内径,内管(1)的外径小于外管(2)的收口端(7)的内径,内管(1)和外管(2)锁紧时扩口端(3)卡在卡口(6)和收口端(7)之间。该吸管能实现自由伸缩、拉伸锁紧的功能,存储灵活,使用简单,生产流程高效。

一种伸缩式吸管及自动生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及吸管及制备方法,特别涉及一种伸缩式吸管及自动生产工艺。
背景技术
在日常生活中,经常使用伸缩管产品饮用酸奶等高粘度的饮品,但市场上有些伸缩管产品存在拉伸锁紧力小的问题,造成扎孔时经常发生伸缩管退缩而无法使用的情况,同时,有些伸缩吸管接缝处密封不理想而发生漏气现象,无法吸食到内部的饮品,给人们的生活带来了一点困扰。而在伸缩管的生产工艺中,有些生产企业存在成型、周转过程中需要人工干预,造成人工接触的二次污染,给伸缩吸管的食品安全卫生存在一定隐患,因此急需一种方便直接储存和饮用的工具及自动化的生产工艺。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的是提供一种具有锁紧效果好、避免漏气等优点的伸缩式吸管。
技术方案:本发明所述的伸缩式吸管,包括内管和外管,内管和外管可相对滑动,滑到最大长度时锁紧;所述内管包括扩口端和止位端,外管包括倒角端、卡口和收口端,扩口端外径小于外管内径,内管的外径小于外管的收口端的内径,内管和外管锁紧时扩口端卡在卡口和收口端之间。
进一步地,所述卡口形状在轴截面上呈倒三角型,缩紧状态时可卡住内管的扩口端部。
进一步地,所述扩口端长度大于外管的卡口和收口端之间距离。
所述的伸缩式吸管生物的自动生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将内管胚下料到内管自动输送机构上,再下工位利用加热的扩口模具在内管端部进行扩口成型,形成扩口内管;
S2、将外管胚下料到外管自动输送机构上,下工位利用刀片对外管胚一端进行倒角,形成倒角外管;下工位再利用加热的收口模具在倒角外管的另一端进行外管收口,下工位,再利用加热卡口模具成型卡口位,形成外管;
S3、将扩口内管和外管分别置于自动输送机构上,扩口内管穿入到外管中,下工位再将扩口内管整体穿过到外管中,形成伸缩管胚;下工位,再利用加热的止位模具将伸缩管胚中扩口内管的另一端成型出止位端,形成伸缩式塑料吸管产品。
进一步地,所述步骤S1中扩口模具温度设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s。所述步骤S2中收口模具和卡口模具的温度都设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s。所述步骤S3中止位模具温度设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s。
本发明的吸管的卡口形状呈倒三角型并阻挡内管扩口边缘,防止吸管退回;内管的扩口端长度略大于外管的卡口和收口端之间距离,迫使内管扩口与外管收口接触部分分别发生轻微的塑性形变,增强内外管之间的密封效果,避免伸缩吸管使用时发生漏气。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优势:
本发明产品可以自由缩放,灵活有效,适合小空间内储存,也可以拉伸时锁紧,避免内外管回缩,使用方便,可配套多种利乐包装。同时采用的工艺方法,各工序间衔接流畅,有序成型,可解决了生产过程中人工干预存在食品卫生隐患的问题,更能实现自动化生产工艺,节约成本,提升产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例的伸缩式塑料吸管由内管1、外管2组成,内管1包括内管扩口端3和内管止位端4,外管2包括外管倒角端5、外管卡口6和外管收口端7;由于内管1中内管扩口端3的外径略小于外管2的内径,同时内管1的外径略小于外管2中外管收口端7的内径,因此,内管1和外管2可以相对滑动;
如图2所示,当内管1和外管2可以滑动时,当拉伸到最大时,会处于锁紧状态,即内管1中内管扩口端3正好卡在外管2中外管卡口6和外管收口端7之间。此时,因内管扩口端3长度略大于外管卡口6和外管收口端7之间的距离,内管扩口端3的根部紧紧顶住外管卡口6的倒三角处,可以防止伸缩管受力时发生退缩现象,同时内管扩口端3与外管收口端7接触部分会略发生形变,密封住内外管的缝隙,防止使用时漏气。
如图3所示,本实施例的伸缩式塑料吸管的生产工艺,具体如下,先是内管1依次进行内管下料、内管扩口,外管2依次进行外管下料、外管分切、外管收口、外管卡口,最后进行内外穿管、推料、内管止位端成型,最终形成伸缩式塑料吸管。
如图4所示,取内管胚11下料到内管自动输送机构12上,然后输送到下工位,利用加热扩口模具13在内管胚11端部进行扩口成型,形成扩口内管14。扩口模具13温度设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s;
如图5所示,取外管胚15下料到外管自动输送机构16上,然后利用刀片17对外管胚15一端进行倒角,形成倒角外管18,输送到下工位,然后利用加热的收口模具19在倒角外管18的另一端进行收口,下工位,利用加热卡口模具20成型外管卡口6,形成外管2。收口模具和卡口模具的温度都设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s;
如图6所示,将扩口内管14穿入到外管2内部,利用内外管输送机构21,下工位推料将扩口内管14整体穿入到外管2中,形成伸缩管胚22。利用加热止位模具23将伸缩管胚22中扩口内管14的另一端成型成内管止位端4,形成伸缩管产品。止位模具温度设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s;
采用以下主要的工艺参数进行成型实施和对比实施,按照工艺方法进行生产,形成分析结果如下:

通过对比可以发现,本发明的吸管,能实现将伸缩式吸管的自由伸缩、拉伸锁紧的功能,其中产品存储时灵活,使用时简单方便吸管,其生产工艺生产流程合理,效率高,满足人们在特殊情况的使用要求。

Claims (7)

1.一种伸缩式吸管,其特征在于:包括内管(1)和外管(2),内管(1)和外管(2)可相对滑动,滑到最大长度时锁紧;所述内管(1)包括扩口端(3)和止位端(4),外管(2)包括倒角端(5)、卡口(6)和收口端(7),扩口端(3)外径小于外管(2)内径,内管(1)的外径小于外管(2)的收口端(7)的内径,内管(1)和外管(2)锁紧时扩口端(3)卡在卡口(6)和收口端(7)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式吸管,其特征在于:所述卡口(6)形状在轴截面上呈倒三角型,缩紧状态时可卡住内管的扩口端(3)部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伸缩式吸管,其特征在于:所述扩口端(3)长度大于外管的卡口(6)和收口端(7)之间距离。
4.权利要求1所述的伸缩式吸管生物的自动生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将内管胚下料到内管(1)自动输送机构上,再下工位利用加热的扩口模具在内管端部进行扩口成型,形成扩口内管;
S2、将外管胚下料到外管(2)自动输送机构上,下工位利用刀片对外管胚一端进行倒角,形成倒角外管;下工位再利用加热的收口模具在倒角外管的另一端进行外管收口,下工位,再利用加热卡口模具成型卡口位,形成外管;
S3、将扩口内管和外管(2)分别置于自动输送机构上,扩口内管穿入到外管(2)中,下工位再将扩口内管整体穿过到外管(2)中,形成伸缩管胚;下工位,再利用加热的止位模具将伸缩管胚中扩口内管的另一端成型出止位端,形成伸缩式塑料吸管产品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的伸缩式吸管生物的自动生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中扩口模具温度设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s。
6.根据权利要求4所述的伸缩式吸管生物的自动生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中收口模具和卡口模具的温度都设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s。
7.根据权利要求4所述的伸缩式吸管生物的自动生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中止位模具温度设定100~200℃,成型时间:1~20s。
