Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are merely illustrative and not necessarily all of the elements and operations/steps are included or performed in the order described. For example, some operations/steps may be further divided, combined, or partially combined, so that the order of actual execution may be changed according to actual situations.
The embodiment of the application provides a laundry control method, a laundry control system, a washing machine and a computer readable storage medium. The washing control method can be applied to a washing machine, and the washing machine can be a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine and the like. For example, when the washing machine detects that the washing machine is in a water draining process, an image containing washing water in the washing machine is obtained to obtain a target image, first prompt information is generated based on the target image and sent to the mobile terminal, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user about the turbidity degree of the washing water, then the washing machine receives a control instruction sent by the mobile terminal and triggered and generated by the user based on the first prompt information, whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction or not is determined, if the control instruction is the rinsing control instruction, rinsing is performed, and the washing machine is controlled to enter the water draining process after rinsing is finished.
Of course, the laundry control method can also be applied to terminal equipment or a server, and the terminal equipment can be electronic equipment such as mobile phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, desktop computers, intelligent televisions and the like; the server can be a cloud server, a single server and a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers.
The laundry control method will be explained below by taking the application of the laundry control method to a server as an example.
Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a laundry control method according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry control method includes steps S101 to S104.
And step S101, when the washing machine is detected to be in a drainage process, acquiring an image containing washing water in the washing machine, and obtaining a target image.
The washing machine includes a plurality of processes such as washing, rinsing, dehydrating, draining, etc. when performing a washing course. Although different washing programs exist in different washing machines, and a plurality of processes under different washing programs have respective corresponding operation parameters and operation sequences, in general, the sequence of the plurality of processes is basically washing first, rinsing second, and dewatering last. Wherein, after each washing, rinsing and dehydrating process is finished, the washing machine enters into the draining process, and the current clean degree of the clothes in the washing machine can be known by observing the washing water discharged by the washing machine or the washing water to be discharged in the draining process.
In one embodiment, the server acquires an image including wash water in the washing machine to obtain a target image when detecting that the washing machine is in a draining process. Specifically, when the server detects that the washing machine is in the water draining process, the server sends an image acquisition request to the washing machine so as to acquire an image containing washing water in the washing machine; the washing machine receives an image acquisition request sent by a server, and a camera installed in the washing machine is started according to the image acquisition request, so that an image of washing water in the washing machine is acquired through the camera; the washing machine sends the acquired image of the washing water to the server, so that the server acquires the image containing the washing water in the washing machine, and a target image is obtained.
It should be noted that, the drainage process may be a plurality of drainage processes corresponding to the washing machine in a plurality of rinsing processes, or may be a drainage process corresponding to the last rinsing process in a plurality of rinsing processes, which may be flexibly set by a user, and the present application is not limited herein. When the drainage process is multiple, the server sends multiple image acquisition requests to the washing machine to acquire multiple target images, the drainage process corresponds to the image acquisition requests one by one, multiple reminding information is conveniently sent to a user in the follow-up operation, and the user can flexibly control the washing machine according to the rinsing condition of each laundry. When the drainage process is the drainage process corresponding to the last rinsing process, the server sends an image acquisition request to the washing machine once, only acquires a target image in one drainage process, and sends reminding information to the user once in the follow-up operation, so that the user is not disturbed frequently.
In one embodiment, the washing machine triggers a preset program when detecting that the washing machine is in the water draining process, namely, sends an image containing washing water in the washing machine to the server. Specifically, when the washing machine detects that the washing machine is in a water draining process, a camera arranged in the washing machine is started; collecting an image of washing water in the washing machine through a camera, and sending the collected image of the washing water to a server; the server receives the image of the washing water sent by the washing machine, and obtains a target image. The camera comprises a 2D camera, an infrared camera, a high-definition camera and the like. Advantageously, through a preset program, the server can conveniently and rapidly acquire the target image, and the acquisition efficiency of the target image is improved.
The server receives the target image containing the washing water sent by the washing machine through the built-in communication module. By way of example, communication modules built into the server may include, but are not limited to, wi-Fi modules, 4G modules, 5G modules, NB-IoT modules, loRa modules, and the like.
Further, at least one light supplementing lamp is arranged in the washing machine, and the light supplementing lamp is started together when the camera is started, so that light compensation is carried out on the inner space of the washing machine, a clearer target image is acquired through the camera, and the camera is prevented from shooting in a dark environment or an environment with poor light to obtain an unrecognizable image.
Step S102, generating first prompt information based on the target image, and sending the first prompt information to a mobile terminal.
Wherein, first prompt message is used for prompting the turbidity degree of the washing water in the washing machine of user. It can be understood that the first prompt message may carry a target image, and the server sends the first prompt message carrying the target image to the mobile terminal, so that a user can know the turbidity degree of the washing water in the washing machine directly through the target image. Or the server determines the turbidity level of the washing water in the washing machine by utilizing various image processing algorithms through image recognition or image processing on the target image, generates first prompt information based on the turbidity level, and sends the first prompt information carrying the turbidity level to the mobile terminal, so that a user knows the turbidity level of the washing water in the washing machine through the turbidity level, and remotely and flexibly controls the washing machine.
Similarly, the server sends the first prompt information to the mobile terminal through the built-in communication module. The communication module may include, but is not limited to, a Wi-Fi module, a 4G module, a 5G module, an NB-IoT module, a LoRa module, and the like.
In one embodiment, generating the first hint information based on the target image includes: preprocessing the target image to obtain a target washing water image, and generating first prompt information carrying the target washing water image. Wherein the preprocessing includes, but is not limited to, image normalization processing, brightness equalization processing, and contrast enhancement processing. The image normalization process refers to converting the UNIT type data of 0 to 255 in the image to between 0 and 1. The luminance equalizing process refers to adjusting a luminance component of an image based on the HSV color space. The contrast enhancement processing refers to non-linear stretching of an image according to a histogram equalization algorithm, and reassigning image pixel values so that the number of pixels in a certain gray scale range is approximately the same.
The preprocessing of the target image may include one or a combination of a plurality of processes among an image normalization process, a brightness equalization process, and a contrast enhancement process. For example, the target image may be subjected to a brightness equalization process to obtain the target wash water image. For another example, the target image may be subjected to image normalization processing to obtain a normalized target image; and then carrying out contrast enhancement processing on the normalized target image to obtain a target washing water image. Advantageously, by preprocessing the target image, details in the target image can be more prominent, which is convenient for user identification.
In one embodiment, generating the first hint information based on the target image includes: and detecting the turbidity of the washing water in the target image based on a pre-trained turbidity detection model to obtain turbidity degree information, and generating first prompt information carrying the turbidity degree information. The turbidity detection model may include, among other things, a convolutional neural network, such as convolutional neural network CNN or R-CNN. The method comprises the steps of inputting a target image into a trained turbidity detection model, carrying out convolution and pooling treatment on the target image for a plurality of times, and carrying out full connection treatment and normalization treatment on the treated result to identify and obtain turbidity degree information of washing water in the target image. The haze level information may be expressed as a proportion of impurities in the washing water, for example, the haze level information is 45%, and the greater the proportion, the higher the haze level; the turbidity level information may also be expressed as a turbidity level of the washing water, for example, the turbidity level information is classified into 1 to 6 levels altogether, and the higher the level is, the higher the turbidity level is.
Before inputting the target image into the trained turbidity detection model, the initial turbidity detection model needs to be trained to obtain the trained turbidity detection model. For example, a preset number of sample images are configured, and the initial turbidity detection model is trained until convergence, so that a trained turbidity detection model is obtained. The sample image may be a plurality of washing water images marked with turbidity degree information, and the trained turbidity detection model may be stored in a server.
In one embodiment, the turbidity detection model includes a preprocessing sub-layer and a feature extraction sub-layer; obtaining turbidity degree information, including: preprocessing the target image based on the preprocessing sub-layer to obtain a preprocessed target image; and carrying out feature extraction on the preprocessed target image based on the feature extraction sub-layer to obtain turbidity degree information of the washing water. The pretreatment sub-layer is used for carrying out pretreatment on the target image, and the pretreatment process comprises smooth denoising, corrosion, expansion and the like. Alternatively, the preprocessing may further process the target image, such as edge detection, gray level change, speckle detection, depth detection, etc., and the present application is not particularly limited. The feature extraction sub-layer is used for carrying out feature extraction on the preprocessed target image to obtain turbidity degree information of the washing water. The more features extracted, the higher the turbidity of the washing water. The turbidity degree information of the washing water can be obtained through the turbidity detection model through rapid detection, and the accuracy of turbidity degree feature identification is improved.
It will be appreciated that other suitable image recognition methods or techniques may be employed to detect the turbidity level of the wash water in the target image, for example, various different methods such as scale-invariant feature transform algorithms, corner-based image feature extraction and matching algorithms, local feature-based image matching and recognition, visual information-based image feature extraction algorithms, corner detection, feature point detection, geometric analysis, etc. may be employed.
Step S103, receiving a control instruction which is triggered and generated by a user based on the first prompt information and sent by the mobile terminal, and determining whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction.
After the server sends the first prompt information to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal generates a popup window based on the received first prompt information and displays the popup window on a display screen of the mobile terminal, so that a user is reminded of sending a new message to the washing machine. The user can control the popup window by clicking and sliding a display screen of the mobile terminal or by touching a control, a selection frame and the like on the mobile terminal, and a control instruction for controlling the washing machine is generated by triggering the popup window, wherein the triggering mode comprises voice triggering, key triggering, gesture triggering and the like, and the application is not particularly limited.
In one embodiment, the mobile terminal generates a laundry control page based on the received first prompt information, wherein the laundry control page is used for adjusting operation parameters of the washing machine; the mobile terminal obtains a control instruction based on triggering operation of a washing control page by a user, and sends the control instruction to the server. As shown in fig. 2, the mobile terminal generates a laundry control page 10, where the laundry control page 10 includes a first control area 11 and a second control area 12, and a user can correspondingly generate a first control instruction or a second control instruction by clicking the first control area 11 or the second control area 12, where the first control instruction may be a rinsing control instruction for controlling the washing machine to perform rinsing, and the second control instruction may be a dehydration control instruction for controlling the washing machine to perform dehydration.
In an embodiment, the user knows the turbidity degree of the washing water in the washing machine by checking the target washing water image and/or the turbidity degree information carried in the first prompt information, and then triggers the mobile terminal to generate a control instruction for controlling the washing machine. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the mobile terminal displays a target washing water image 13, and if the user considers that the turbidity degree of the washing water in the target washing water image 13 is high, a rinsing control instruction of the washing machine may be generated by triggering the first control area 11 on the mobile terminal, so that the washing machine continues rinsing the laundry.
In an embodiment, after the mobile terminal displays the first prompt information, if the user does not trigger the first prompt information displayed on the mobile terminal within a preset time, the server does not receive a control instruction generated by triggering the user based on the first prompt information. The preset time can be flexibly set by a user, and optionally, the preset time is 5 minutes. At this time, the server acquires a current operation policy of the washing machine and controls the washing machine to operate according to the current operation policy. For example, if the current operation strategy of the washing machine is to wash once again and then spin water, the washing machine is controlled to wash once again according to the current operation strategy. Advantageously, in a preset time when the server sends the first prompt message to the mobile terminal, if the server does not receive the control instruction, the washing machine is controlled to operate according to the current operation strategy, so that the flexibility of remotely controlling the washing machine is improved.
In an embodiment, after the mobile terminal displays the first prompt information, if the user does not trigger the first prompt information displayed on the mobile terminal within a preset time, the mobile terminal automatically generates a preset control instruction and sends the preset control instruction to the server, where the preset control instruction is used to instruct the server to obtain a current operation policy of the washing machine and control the washing machine to operate according to the current operation policy. For example, if the mobile terminal detects that the user does not trigger the first prompt message within 5 minutes of displaying the first prompt message, or sends a control instruction of the washing machine to the server, the mobile terminal automatically generates a preset control instruction and sends the preset control instruction to the server.
And step S104, if the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, controlling the washing machine to rinse.
And if the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, the server sends the rinsing control instruction to the washing machine, so that the washing machine is controlled to rinse clothes. Or the mobile terminal directly sends the rinsing control instruction to the washing machine, so that the washing machine executes corresponding operation according to the rinsing control instruction and rinses clothes, the situation that the washing machine stops washing after the clothes are not washed cleanly is prevented, and user experience is greatly improved.
Further, after the rinsing is finished, the washing machine is controlled to enter a water draining process, so that the rinsed washing water is drained. After the washing machine is in the draining process again, the server continues to acquire an image containing the washing water in the washing machine after detecting that the washing machine is in the draining process again, so as to obtain a target image. Advantageously, when the washing machine finishes each round of rinsing and starts to drain water, the washing machine prompts a user whether the rinsed washing water is clean or not, if the user thinks that the washing water is not clean, the washing machine can be flexibly and conveniently controlled to continuously rinse clothes in the washing machine, the washing machine is prevented from stopping washing when the clothes are not washed clean, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, after determining whether the control command is a rinsing control command, if the control command is a dehydrating control command (the control command is not a rinsing control command), the washing machine is controlled to dehydrate, and after dehydrating is finished, the washing machine is controlled to stop running. If the user triggers the mobile terminal to generate a dehydration control instruction of the washing machine, so that the washing machine dehydrates clothes, and controls the washing machine to stop running after dehydration is finished, the washing machine is flexibly and conveniently controlled remotely through the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a scenario for implementing the laundry control method according to the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, when the server B detects that the washing machine a is in the draining process, an image including washing water in the washing machine a is obtained, a target image is obtained, a first prompt message is generated based on the target image, and the first prompt message is sent to the mobile terminal C, wherein the first prompt message is used for prompting a user about the turbidity degree of the washing water, then the server B receives a control instruction sent by the mobile terminal C and triggered and generated by the user based on the first prompt message, and determines whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, if the control instruction is the rinsing control instruction, the server B sends the rinsing control instruction to the washing machine a, so that the washing machine a is controlled to rinse clothes, and after rinsing is finished, the washing machine a is controlled to enter the draining process again.
According to the washing control method provided by the embodiment, when the washing machine is detected to be in the water draining process, an image containing washing water in the washing machine is obtained to obtain a target image, first prompt information is generated based on the target image and sent to the mobile terminal, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user about the turbidity degree of the washing water, then a control instruction sent by the mobile terminal and triggered by the user based on the first prompt information is received, whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction or not is determined, and if the control instruction is the rinsing control instruction, the washing machine is controlled to rinse. According to the application, when the washing machine finishes each round of rinsing and starts draining, a user is prompted whether the rinsed washing water is clean, if the user considers that the washing water is not clean, the washing machine can be flexibly and conveniently controlled to continuously rinse clothes in the washing machine, the washing machine is prevented from stopping washing when the clothes are not washed clean, and the user experience is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart of another laundry control method according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 4, the laundry control method includes steps S201 to S208.
Step S201, before the washing machine is operated, a clothes image containing clothes in the washing machine is acquired.
Before the washing machine is operated, the washing machine transmits the acquired laundry image including the laundry in the washing machine to the server. Specifically, the washing machine starts a camera installed inside the washing machine at intervals of preset time, and acquires a clothes image containing clothes inside the washing machine through the camera; the washing machine transmits the acquired laundry image to the server so that the server acquires the laundry image including the laundry in the washing machine. The preset time may be set according to practical situations, which is not limited in the present application, and optionally, the preset time is 24 hours.
In one embodiment, the weight of the clothes in the washing machine is obtained, when the weight of the clothes is greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold, a camera installed in the washing machine is controlled to be started, and a clothes image containing the clothes in the washing machine is acquired through the camera. The application is not particularly limited in this regard, and alternatively, the weight threshold is an upper limit weight that the washing machine can carry during washing, for example, 2 kg.
Step S202, generating second prompt information based on the clothes image, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting a user of current information of the clothes.
Wherein the current information includes a laundry image and/or laundry information including a laundry label, laundry material, laundry color, and/or laundry type. It should be noted that, the second prompt message may carry a clothes image, and the server sends the second prompt message carrying the clothes image to the mobile terminal, so that the user can directly know the current information of the clothes in the washing machine through the clothes image. Or the server determines the clothes information of the clothes in the washing machine by utilizing various image processing algorithms through image recognition or image processing on the clothes image, generates second prompt information based on the clothes information, and sends the second prompt information carrying the clothes information to the mobile terminal so that a user knows the current information of the clothes in the washing machine through the clothes image, and then conveniently controls the washing machine through the mobile terminal.
In an embodiment, the specific manner of generating the second prompt information based on the clothing image is: preprocessing the clothes image to obtain a target clothes image, and generating second prompt information carrying the target clothes image. Wherein the preprocessing includes, but is not limited to, image normalization processing, brightness equalization processing, and contrast enhancement processing. It should be noted that, the preprocessing of the laundry image may include one or a combination of a plurality of processes selected from an image normalization process, a brightness equalization process, and a contrast enhancement process, and the present application is not limited in particular.
In an embodiment, the specific manner of generating the second prompt information based on the clothing image is: determining a clothes label, clothes material, clothes color and/or clothes type of clothes according to the clothes image; generating a second prompt message carrying the clothing label, the clothing material, the clothing color and/or the clothing type. Wherein, the clothing label is pre-stored in the database, and the clothing material includes cotton, hemp, silk, leather etc., and the clothing color includes red, yellow, black, white etc., and the clothing type includes long sleeve, overcoat, trousers, shorts, overcoat etc. Advantageously, after the user views the second prompt information carrying the laundry label, the laundry material, the laundry color and/or the laundry type, the user can know the current information of the laundry in the washing machine more clearly, so as to control the washing machine through the mobile terminal flexibly.
It should be noted that, the laundry label, the laundry material, the laundry color, and/or the laundry type of the laundry in the laundry image may be identified by the pre-trained laundry identification model. And inputting the clothes image into the clothes identification model to obtain clothes labels, clothes materials, clothes colors and/or clothes types. The type of the clothing recognition model can be flexibly set according to actual needs, the recognition model can be an object detection model SSD or a Yolov3, and the recognition model can also be a convolutional neural network CNN or R-CNN. The recognition model can be trained through a plurality of clothes sample images marked with different clothes labels, clothes materials, clothes colors and/or clothes types, and a trained clothes recognition model is obtained. The trained clothes identification model can be used for quickly and accurately identifying clothes labels, clothes materials, clothes colors and/or clothes types of clothes in the clothes image.
Step 203, the second prompt message is sent to the mobile terminal, so that the user triggers to generate an operation instruction of the washing machine based on the second prompt message.
The server is in communication connection with the mobile terminal including, but not limited to, a bluetooth communication connection, a Wi-Fi communication connection, a 4G communication connection, a 5G communication connection, etc. The server sends the second prompt information to the mobile terminal, so that a user can trigger to generate an operation instruction of the washing machine based on the second prompt information, and the user can automatically judge whether to control the operation of the washing machine, control the operation mode of the washing machine and the like based on the second prompt information, thereby being beneficial to flexibly controlling the operation of the washing machine by the user.
Illustratively, the second hint information carries a target garment image and a garment color that includes black, indigo, white, and gray, the user also being aware of the garment color of the garment by looking at the target garment image. If the user considers that the black and indigo (dark) laundry may risk dyeing of white and gray (light) laundry, the washing machine may be controlled not to operate. If the user considers that the black and indigo (dark) laundry does not stain white and gray (light) laundry, the user may control the washing machine to operate based on the standard washing mode, i.e., the user triggers generation of an operation instruction of the washing machine carrying the standard washing mode based on the second prompt information.
Illustratively, the second message carries a garment material and a garment type, the garment type including socks, jackets, and underpants, the garment material including cotton and leather. If the user considers that the underpants (underwear) and the outer garment (outerwear) cannot be washed simultaneously, the washing machine can be controlled not to operate. Or if the user considers that the cotton and leather can be washed according to the soft washing mode, the washing machine can be controlled to operate based on the soft washing mode, namely, the user triggers to generate an operation instruction of the washing machine carrying the soft washing mode based on the second prompt information.
Step S204, the operation instruction is received, and the operation of the washing machine is controlled based on the operation instruction.
After receiving the operation instruction, the server forwards the operation instruction to the washing machine so that the washing machine can operate based on the operation instruction. Advantageously, the washing machine is operated according to the operation instruction sent by the user through the mobile terminal, and the washing machine is flexibly and conveniently controlled remotely, so that the user experience is improved.
Step S205, when the washing machine is detected to be in the draining process, an image containing washing water in the washing machine is acquired, and a target image is obtained.
Step S206, generating first prompt information based on the target image, and sending the first prompt information to the mobile terminal.
Wherein, first prompt message is used for prompting the turbidity degree of the washing water in the washing machine of user. It is understood that the first hint information may carry the target image or the pre-processed target wash water image. In addition, the server determines turbidity degree information of washing water in the washing machine by utilizing various image processing algorithms through image recognition or image processing on the target image, and generates first prompt information based on the turbidity degree information, so that a user can conveniently and flexibly control the washing machine remotely. The turbidity level information may be expressed as a turbidity level of the washing water, for example, the turbidity level information is classified into 1 to 6 levels altogether, and the higher the level is, the higher the turbidity level is.
Step S207, receiving a control instruction which is triggered and generated by a user based on the first prompt information and sent by the mobile terminal, and determining whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction.
After the server sends the first prompt information to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal generates and displays a washing control page based on the received first prompt information, so that a user can conveniently control the washing machine through the washing control page. The user can click and slide the washing control page of the mobile terminal or control the washing control page in a mode of touching a control piece, a selection frame and the like on the mobile terminal, and a control instruction for controlling the washing machine can be triggered and obtained. In addition, the control instruction for controlling the washing machine can be generated by triggering modes such as voice triggering, key triggering, gesture triggering and the like, and the application is not particularly limited.
And step S208, if the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, controlling the washing machine to rinse.
And if the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, the server sends the rinsing control instruction to the washing machine, so that the washing machine is controlled to rinse clothes.
According to the washing control method provided by the embodiment, before the washing machine operates, a clothes image containing clothes in the washing machine is obtained, second prompt information is generated based on the clothes image, the second prompt information is sent to the mobile terminal, so that a user triggers and generates an operation instruction of the washing machine based on the second prompt information, the server receives the operation instruction and controls the washing machine to operate based on the operation instruction, when the fact that the washing machine is in a draining process is detected, an image containing washing water in the washing machine is obtained, a target image is obtained, first prompt information is generated based on the target image, the first prompt information is sent to the mobile terminal, the first prompt information is used for prompting the user of turbidity degree of the washing water, then the user sent by the mobile terminal triggers and generates a control instruction based on the first prompt information, whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction or not is determined, and if the control instruction is the rinsing control instruction, the washing machine is controlled to rinse. According to the application, the operation of the washing machine is controlled through the mobile terminal, and when each round of rinsing in the operation process of the washing machine is finished and water drainage is started, a user is prompted whether the rinsed washing water is clean, if the user thinks that the washing water is not clean, the washing machine can be flexibly and conveniently controlled to continuously rinse clothes in the washing machine, the washing machine is prevented from stopping washing when the washing machine is not cleaned, and the user experience is greatly improved.
