Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are merely illustrative and do not necessarily include all of the elements and operations/steps, nor do they necessarily have to be performed in the order depicted. For example, some operations/steps may be decomposed, combined or partially combined, so that the actual execution sequence may be changed according to the actual situation.
The embodiment of the application provides a clothes washing control method, a clothes washing control system, a clothes washing machine and a computer readable storage medium. Wherein, the washing control method can be applied to a washing machine, which can be a pulsator type washing machine, a drum type washing machine, etc. For example, when the washing machine detects that the washing machine is in a drainage process, the washing machine acquires an image containing washing water in the washing machine to obtain a target image, generates first prompt information based on the target image and sends the first prompt information to the mobile terminal, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user of the turbidity degree of the washing water, the washing machine receives a control instruction which is sent by the mobile terminal and is triggered and generated by the user based on the first prompt information, determines whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction or not, and performs rinsing if the control instruction is the rinsing control instruction, and controls the washing machine to enter the drainage process after rinsing is finished.
Certainly, the laundry control method can also be applied to terminal equipment or a server, and the terminal equipment can be electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer and an intelligent television; the server can be a cloud server, a single server and a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers.
The following explanation takes the application of the laundry control method to a server as an example.
Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a laundry control method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry control method includes steps S101 to S104.
Step S101, when the washing machine is detected to be in a drainage process, acquiring an image containing washing water in the washing machine to obtain a target image.
The washing machine includes a plurality of processes such as washing, rinsing, dehydrating, draining, etc. while performing a washing process. Although different washing programs exist in different washing machines and the multiple processes under different washing programs have respective corresponding operating parameters and operating sequences, generally speaking, the sequence of the multiple processes is washing first, rinsing then dewatering finally. Wherein, after washing, rinsing and dehydration process at every turn, washing machine all can enter into the process of drainage, through observing the washing water that washing machine discharged or the washing water that waits to discharge among the drainage process, can know the current clean degree of the clothing in the washing machine.
In one embodiment, the server acquires an image containing washing water in the washing machine to obtain a target image when detecting that the washing machine is in a draining process. Specifically, the server sends an image acquisition request to the washing machine to acquire an image containing washing water in the washing machine when detecting that the washing machine is in a drainage process; the washing machine receives an image acquisition request sent by the server, and starts a camera arranged in the washing machine according to the image acquisition request, so that the image of the washing water in the washing machine is acquired through the camera; the washing machine sends the acquired image of the washing water to the server, so that the server acquires the image containing the washing water in the washing machine to obtain a target image.
It should be noted that the drainage process may be a plurality of drainage processes corresponding to the washing machine in a plurality of rinsing processes, or a drainage process corresponding to the last rinsing process of the washing machine in a plurality of rinsing processes, and may be flexibly set by a user, and the present application is not limited specifically herein. When the number of the drainage processes is multiple, the server sends multiple image acquisition requests to the washing machine to acquire multiple target images, the drainage processes correspond to the image acquisition requests one to one, and multiple reminding information is conveniently sent to a user in the subsequent operation, so that the user can flexibly control the washing machine according to the rinsing condition of clothes every time. When the drainage process is the drainage process corresponding to the last rinsing process, the server sends an image acquisition request to the washing machine once, only acquires a target image in the drainage process, and only sends a reminding message to the user once during subsequent operation, so that the user is not disturbed frequently.
In one embodiment, the washing machine, upon detecting that it is in the draining process, triggers a preset program, i.e. sends an image containing the washing water in the washing machine to the server. Specifically, the washing machine starts a camera arranged inside the washing machine when detecting that the washing machine is in a drainage process; collecting an image of washing water in the washing machine through a camera, and sending the collected image of the washing water to a server; the server receives the image of the washing water sent by the washing machine to obtain a target image. Wherein, the camera includes 2D camera, infrared camera and high definition digtal camera etc.. Advantageously, through a preset program, the server can conveniently and quickly acquire the target image, and the acquisition efficiency of the target image is improved.
It should be noted that the server receives the target image containing the washing water transmitted from the washing machine through the built-in communication module. Illustratively, the communication module built in the server may include, but is not limited to, a Wi-Fi module, a 4G module, a 5G module, an NB-IoT module, a LoRa module, and the like.
Further, install at least one light filling lamp in the washing machine, this light filling lamp is together opened when the camera is opened, carries out optical compensation to washing machine's inner space to make and obtain clearer target image through the camera collection, avoid the camera to shoot under dark ring border or the not good environment of light and obtain the image that can't discern.
And S102, generating first prompt information based on the target image, and sending the first prompt information to a mobile terminal.
Wherein the first prompt message is used for prompting the turbidity degree of the washing water in the washing machine of the user. It can be understood that the first prompt message may carry a target image, and the server sends the first prompt message carrying the target image to the mobile terminal, so that the user can know the turbidity degree of the washing water in the washing machine directly through the target image. Or the server determines the turbidity level of the washing water in the washing machine by using various image processing algorithms through image recognition or image processing on the target image, generates first prompt information based on the turbidity level, and sends the first prompt information carrying the turbidity level to the mobile terminal, so that a user can know the turbidity level of the washing water in the washing machine through the turbidity level and remotely and flexibly control the washing machine.
Similarly, the server sends the first prompt message to the mobile terminal through the built-in communication module. The communication module may include, but is not limited to, a Wi-Fi module, a 4G module, a 5G module, an NB-IoT module, a LoRa module, and the like.
In one embodiment, generating the first hint information based on the target image includes: and preprocessing the target image to obtain a target washing water image and generating first prompt information carrying the target washing water image. The preprocessing includes, but is not limited to, image normalization processing, brightness equalization processing, and contrast enhancement processing. The image normalization process is to convert UNIT type data of 0 to 255 in an image to between 0 and 1. The brightness equalization processing refers to adjusting the brightness component of the image based on the HSV color space. The contrast enhancement processing means that the image is subjected to nonlinear stretching according to a histogram equalization algorithm, and the pixel values of the image are redistributed so that the number of pixels in a certain gray scale range is approximately the same.
The preprocessing of the target image may include one of image normalization, brightness equalization, and contrast enhancement or a combination thereof. For example, the target image may be subjected to brightness equalization processing to obtain a target wash water image. For another example, image normalization processing may be performed on the target image to obtain a normalized target image; and then carrying out contrast enhancement treatment on the normalized target image to obtain a target washing water image. Advantageously, by preprocessing the target image, the details in the target image can be more prominent, which is convenient for the user to recognize.
In one embodiment, generating the first hint information based on the target image includes: based on a pre-trained turbidity detection model, carrying out turbidity detection on the washing water in the target image to obtain turbidity degree information, and generating first prompt information carrying the turbidity degree information. The turbidity detection model may include a convolutional neural network, such as a convolutional neural network CNN or R-CNN, among others. Illustratively, a target image is input into a trained turbidity detection model, convolution and pooling are performed on the target image for a plurality of times, and then the turbidity degree information of washing water in the target image is obtained through identification of the processed result through full-connection processing and normalization processing. The turbidity degree information can be expressed as the proportion of impurities in the washing water, for example, the turbidity degree information is 45%, and the larger the proportion, the higher the turbidity degree; the turbidity level information may also be expressed as a turbidity level of the washing water, for example, the turbidity level information is classified into 1 to 6 grades, and a larger grade indicates a higher turbidity level.
Before the target image is input into the trained turbidity detection model, the initial turbidity detection model needs to be trained to obtain the trained turbidity detection model. For example, a preset number of sample images are configured, and the initial turbidity detection model is trained to converge to obtain a trained turbidity detection model. It should be noted that the sample image may be a plurality of washing water images marked with turbidity degree information, and the trained turbidity detection model may be stored in the server.
In one embodiment, the turbidity detection model includes a preprocessing sublayer and a feature extraction sublayer; obtaining turbidity degree information, including: preprocessing the target image based on a preprocessing sublayer to obtain a preprocessed target image; and based on the feature extraction sublayer, performing feature extraction on the preprocessed target image to obtain the turbidity degree information of the washing water. The preprocessing sublayer is used for preprocessing a target image, and the preprocessing process comprises smoothing denoising, corrosion, expansion and the like. Alternatively, the preprocessing may further process the target image, such as edge detection, gray scale change, speckle detection, depth detection, and the like, and the present application is not limited in particular. And the feature extraction sublayer is used for performing feature extraction on the preprocessed target image to obtain the turbidity degree information of the washing water. Note that the more features are extracted, the higher the turbidity degree of the washing water. The turbidity degree information of the washing water can be rapidly detected through the turbidity detection model, and the accuracy of turbidity degree characteristic identification is improved.
It is to be understood that other suitable image recognition methods or techniques may be employed to detect the turbidity level of the washing water in the target image, for example, various methods such as a scale invariant feature transformation algorithm, a corner-based image feature extraction and matching algorithm, a local feature-based image matching and recognition, a visual information-based image feature extraction algorithm, corner detection, feature point detection, geometric analysis, and the like may be employed.
And step S103, receiving a control instruction which is triggered and generated by the user based on the first prompt information and sent by the mobile terminal, and determining whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction.
After the server sends the first prompt message to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal generates a popup window based on the received first prompt message and displays the popup window on a display screen of the mobile terminal, so that a user is reminded that a washing machine sends a new message. The user can control the popup window by clicking and sliding a display screen of the mobile terminal, or by touching a control, a selection frame and the like on the mobile terminal, and generates a control instruction for controlling the washing machine through the popup window trigger, wherein the trigger mode includes voice trigger, key trigger, gesture trigger and the like, and the application is not limited specifically.
In one embodiment, the mobile terminal generates a washing control page based on the received first prompt message, wherein the washing control page is used for adjusting the operation parameters of the washing machine; the mobile terminal obtains the triggering operation of the user based on the laundry control page, obtains a control instruction and sends the control instruction to the server. Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 2, a laundry control page 10 is generated by the mobile terminal, the laundry control page 10 includes a first control area 11 and a second control area 12, and a user may generate a first control instruction or a second control instruction by clicking the first control area 11 or the second control area 12, respectively, where the first control instruction may be a rinsing control instruction for controlling the washing machine to rinse, and the second control instruction may be a dewatering control instruction for controlling the washing machine to dewater.
In an embodiment, the user knows the turbidity degree of the washing water in the washing machine by checking the target washing water image and/or the turbidity degree information carried in the first prompt message, and the user triggers the mobile terminal to generate a control instruction for controlling the washing machine. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, the mobile terminal displays a target washing water image 13, and if the user considers that the turbidity degree of the washing water in the target washing water image 13 is high, a rinsing control instruction of the washing machine can be generated by triggering the first control area 11 on the mobile terminal, so that the washing machine can rinse the clothes continuously.
In an embodiment, after the mobile terminal displays the first prompt message, the user does not trigger the first prompt message displayed on the mobile terminal within a preset time, and the server does not receive a control instruction generated by the user based on the triggering of the first prompt message. The preset time can be flexibly set by a user, and optionally, the preset time is 5 minutes. At this time, the server acquires a current operation policy of the washing machine and controls the washing machine to operate according to the current operation policy. For example, if the current operation strategy of the washing machine is to spin after washing again, the washing machine is controlled to wash again according to the current operation strategy. Advantageously, within the preset time when the server sends the first prompt message to the mobile terminal, the server does not receive the control instruction, and then the washing machine is controlled to operate according to the current operation strategy, so that the flexibility of remotely controlling the washing machine is improved.
In an embodiment, after the mobile terminal displays the first prompt message, if the user does not trigger the first prompt message displayed on the mobile terminal within a preset time, the mobile terminal automatically generates a preset control instruction and sends the preset control instruction to the server, where the preset control instruction is used to instruct the server to obtain a current operation policy of the washing machine and control the washing machine to operate according to the current operation policy. For example, if the mobile terminal detects that the user does not trigger the first prompt message within 5 minutes of displaying the first prompt message, or sends a control instruction of the washing machine to the server, the mobile terminal automatically generates a preset control instruction and sends the preset control instruction to the server.
And step S104, if the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, controlling the washing machine to rinse.
And if the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, the server sends the rinsing control instruction to the washing machine so as to control the washing machine to rinse the clothes. Or, the mobile terminal directly sends the rinsing control instruction to the washing machine, so that the washing machine executes corresponding operation according to the rinsing control instruction and rinses clothes, the washing machine is prevented from stopping washing clothes without washing the clothes completely, and user experience is greatly improved.
Further, after the rinsing is finished, the washing machine is controlled to enter a water discharging process, so that the rinsed washing water is discharged. It should be noted that, after the rinsing is finished, the washing machine is controlled to enter the drainage process, that is, the washing machine is in the drainage process again, and the server continues to acquire the image containing the washing water in the washing machine after detecting that the washing machine is in the drainage process again, so as to obtain the target image. Advantageously, when the washing machine finishes each round of rinsing and starts to drain water, the washing machine prompts a user whether the rinsed washing water is clean or not, if the user considers that the washing water is not clean, the washing machine can be flexibly and conveniently controlled to continuously rinse the clothes in the washing machine through remote control, the washing machine is prevented from stopping washing the clothes when the clothes are not washed clean, and the user experience is greatly improved.
In one embodiment, after determining whether the control command is a rinsing control command, if the control command is a spin-drying control command (the control command is not a rinsing control command), the washing machine is controlled to spin, and after the spin-drying is finished, the washing machine is controlled to stop running. It should be noted that, if the user generates a dehydration control command of the washing machine by triggering the mobile terminal, so that the washing machine dehydrates the clothes, and controls the washing machine to stop running after dehydration is finished, the washing machine is flexibly and conveniently controlled remotely by the mobile terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a scene for implementing the laundry control method according to the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 3, when the server B detects that the washing machine a is in the drainage process, acquiring an image containing washing water in the washing machine a, obtaining a target image, generating first prompt information based on the target image, and sending the first prompt information to the mobile terminal C, where the first prompt information is used to prompt a user of a turbidity degree of the washing water, and then the server B receives a control instruction which is sent by the mobile terminal C and is triggered and generated by the user based on the first prompt information, and determines whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, and if the control instruction is the rinsing control instruction, the server B sends the rinsing control instruction to the washing machine a, so as to control the washing machine a to rinse the laundry, and after rinsing is finished, control the washing machine a to enter the drainage process again.
In the washing control method provided by the above embodiment, when it is detected that the washing machine is in a drainage process, an image including washing water in the washing machine is acquired to obtain a target image, a first prompt message is generated based on the target image, and the first prompt message is sent to the mobile terminal, where the first prompt message is used to prompt a user of a turbidity degree of the washing water, and then a control instruction which is sent by the mobile terminal and is triggered and generated by the user based on the first prompt message is received, and it is determined whether the control instruction is a rinsing control instruction, and if the control instruction is the rinsing control instruction, the washing machine is controlled to rinse. This application accomplishes every round of rinsing and when beginning the drainage at washing machine, whether the washing water that the suggestion user after rinsing is clean, if the user thinks that the washing water is not clean, can be nimble and conveniently continue to carry out the rinsing to the clothing in the washing machine through the remote control washing machine, prevent that washing machine from not washing clean clothing and stopping the laundry promptly, greatly improved user experience.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of another laundry control method according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the laundry control method includes steps S201 to S208.
Step S201, before the washing machine runs, acquiring a clothes image containing clothes in the washing machine.
Before the washing machine is operated, the washing machine transmits the acquired clothes image containing the clothes in the washing machine to the server. Specifically, the washing machine starts a camera arranged in the washing machine at preset intervals, and collects clothes images containing clothes in the washing machine through the camera; the washing machine sends the acquired clothes image to the server so that the server acquires the clothes image containing the clothes in the washing machine. The preset time may be set according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in the present application, and optionally, the preset time is 24 hours.
In one embodiment, the method includes the steps of acquiring the weight of clothes in the washing machine, controlling to start a camera installed inside the washing machine when the weight of the clothes is greater than or equal to a preset weight threshold, and acquiring a clothes image containing the clothes in the washing machine through the camera. The washing machine is provided with a weight sensor inside for acquiring the weight of the laundry in the washing machine, the preset weight threshold may be set according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in this application, and optionally, the weight threshold is an upper limit weight of the laundry, such as 2 kg, that the washing machine can bear the laundry when washing the laundry.
