Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for extracting liquorice micromolecule peptide liquid and peptide powder by an electromagnetic cracking technology; the extraction method is to obtain liquorice micromolecule peptide liquid and peptide powder by using liquorice as a raw material and utilizing an electromagnetic cracking physical technology.
Background
Licorice (academic name:Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischrubus plants of the genus glycyrrhiza of the family pteroideae are a tonic Chinese herbal medicine. It mostly grows in arid and semiarid desert grasslands, desert edges and loess hilly lands, and is distributed in northwest, north China, northeast and the like.
The licorice belongs to perennial herbs, the root and the rhizome are strong, and the medicinal part is the root and the rhizome. The medicinal material root is cylindrical, the outer skin is not uniform, and the surface is reddish brown or grayish brown. The rhizome is cylindrical, the surface has bud marks, the middle part of the section has marrow, the smell is slight, and the taste is sweet and special.
The licorice is mainly distributed in inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Gansu; the family Licorice is mainly produced in the Hexi corridor of Gansu, around Longxi, and in Ningxia.
The licorice, also known as Gulao, sweet grass and sweet root, is a perennial herb of Glycyrrhiza of Leguminosae, and the root and rhizome of the licorice are good tonifying Chinese herbal medicines. The Chinese medicine licorice contains several chemical components, including glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhetinic acid, liquiritin, isoliquiritin, neoliquiritin, neoisoliquiritin, liquiritigenin, isoliquiritigenin, liquiritin, glycyl alcohol, isoliquiritigenin, 7-methyl coumarine, umbelliferone, etc. recently, it has been found that licorice possesses the functions of resisting inflammation, resisting ulcer, preventing and curing viral hepatitis and hyperlipemia, resisting cancer, resisting diuresis, resisting interferon inducer and raising cell immunity, and especially has the effect of preventing and curing AIDS. A large number of researches show that glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhetinic acid and flavonoids in liquorice are important physiological active substances and mainly exist in the part inside the epidermis of liquorice root.
At present, the production of licorice small molecular peptide products in various countries in the world is an enzymatic hydrolysis process, the chemical method has complex extraction and process procedures, and the bitter taste of hydrolysate or the generation of some harmful chemical solvents cannot be fundamentally solved. The method has the advantages of no additive in the whole preparation process, simple process, easy control, no harmful substance generation in the production process, and guarantee of the purity and safety of the product, thereby having wide popularization and application price.
According to the latest investigation result, the method for producing the liquorice polypeptide at home and abroad is an enzymatic hydrolysis process, and has the following problems:
(1) the enzyme used for hydrolysis is single in variety (only trypsin, alkaline protease, neutral protease and papain are available, the hydrolysis degree is low, and the hydrolysate has poor flavor (bitter taste).
(2) The relationship among the enzymolysis mechanism, the hydrolysis degree and the characteristics of zymolyte is not clear, so that the control of the hydrolysis process lacks theoretical guidance and is difficult to control;
(3) the bitter taste of hydrolysis cannot be solved fundamentally, and the application field is limited;
(4) the enzymolysis process is complex: pretreatment of liquorice, protein separation, enzyme hydrolysis, hydrolysate separation, debittering, desalting and the like, so that the production cost is high;
The above problems are: low hydrolysis degree, poor flavor, poor quality control and high production cost, and the liquorice polypeptide product is difficult to be sold on the market.
