Abstract
The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility and a preparation process thereof, and relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines. A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-22 parts of spermatogenesis promoting component, 6-12 parts of alpha receptor retarder component, 10-20 parts of sperm active component, 6-12 parts of semen cuscutae, 5-12 parts of cistanche, 6-20 parts of medlar, 6-12 parts of dogwood, 1-5 parts of pilose antler and 5-10 parts of cynomorium songaricum. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility has excellent treatment effect on infertility caused by male oligospermia and asthenospermia and has extremely small side effect. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation process of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility, and the effective substances of the components of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility are extracted by the process, so that the effective components are reserved and the treatment effect is improved.

The existing traditional Chinese medicine has poor and unobvious treatment effect on the infertility caused by male oligospermia and asthenospermia.

240 adult male mice are selected, and each 20 adult male mice are divided into one group, and the groups are numbered from 1 to 12. The compatibility of the alpha receptor blocker and the spermatogenesis promoting component can improve the treatment effect. The sperm active component contains a large amount of vitamins and protein substances, is easy to be absorbed by a human body, and the vitamins and the protein substances can promote the spermatogenesis of the testis, provide a base substance for sperm synthesis, improve the spermatogenic function of the testis and improve the quality of produced sperms. A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-22 parts of spermatogenesis promoting component, 6-12 parts of alpha receptor retarder component, 10-20 parts of sperm active component, 6-12 parts of semen cuscutae, 5-12 parts of cistanche, 6-20 parts of medlar, 6-12 parts of dogwood, 1-5 parts of pilose antler and 5-10 parts of cynomorium songaricum.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility according to claim 1, wherein the spermatogenesis promoting component comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of Eurycoma longifolia, 1-2 parts of maca and 10-15 parts of herba epimedii.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility according to claim 1, wherein the alpha receptor blocker comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-2 parts of carbendazim bark and 5-10 parts of nasturtium.
4. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility according to claim 1, wherein the sperm active component comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of lithocarpus crassipes.
5. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility according to claim 1, further comprising 40-50 parts of Chinese yam, 9-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 50-60 parts of honey.
6. A preparation process of a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating male infertility is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the spermatogenesis promoting component and the alpha receptor retarder component according to the weight part, crushing into coarse powder, adding an ethanol solution according to 4-9 times of the total weight of the coarse powder, performing reflux extraction for three times, filtering the extracted ethanol solution, recovering ethanol from filtrate, cooling, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain an extract;
pulverizing the rest components to obtain powder, and mixing the powder uniformly to obtain a mixture; adding water into the obtained mixture, extracting at high temperature and high pressure to obtain an extracting solution, concentrating the extracting solution under reduced pressure to 15% of the original volume, and filtering by a 400-mesh sieve to obtain a mixed solution; adding honey into the mixed solution according to the parts by weight; concentrating the mixed solution under reduced pressure, and spray drying to obtain powder;
weighing Chinese yam according to parts by weight, cooking the Chinese yam, mixing the powder, the extract and the cooked Chinese yam, adding water and stirring to form a suspension, weighing a forming agent according to parts by weight, adding the forming agent into the suspension, and heating and stirring until the suspension is formed into an ointment.
7. The manufacturing process of claim 6, wherein after the rest of the components are pulverized to obtain powder, the powder needs to pass through a screen mesh which is 40-80 meshes before the powder is uniformly mixed.
8. The manufacturing process of claim 6, wherein the reflux time of the reflux extraction is 2-5 h.
