Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,包括:上壳、下壳、腔体管、活塞头、硅胶外壳、驱动马达、安装支架、输出轮组、拉动连杆、拉杆球头,所述的上壳与下壳组成钻石状空心壳体,所述的腔体管固接在上壳内部顶端,所述的活塞头设置在腔体管内部,所述的硅胶外壳套接在上壳与下壳组成的空心壳体外部,且硅胶外壳的顶端设置有与腔体管相通的空腔,所述的驱动马达通过安装支架固接在下壳上,所述的输出轮组固接在驱动马达两端的输出轴上,所述的拉动连杆呈倒U型,拉动连杆两端通过活动销轴偏心连接在输出轮组上,所述的拉杆球头下端固接在拉动连杆上,而上端活动连接在活塞头内部。本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、使用效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及日常生活用品技术领域,具体为一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置。
背景技术
近年来,国际市场对我国按摩器具产品一直保持强劲的需求态势,而国内制造水平的提高,也为我国按摩器具制造提供了保障基础,导致世界产能逐渐转移到我国,使我国成为世界按摩器具制造中心。
然而随着产品的伸入发展,现有产品大多采用挤压的方式进行工作,这就使得其在工作时,对造成压力较大,对按摩部位造成一定程度的损伤,为了解决这一问题,采用空气作为媒介,利用空气的正负压进行局部的按摩,但市场现有此类按摩器主要是隔膜式,由偏心轮带动导杆驱动与之连接的软体隔膜做往复运动从而产生空气压力差。该结构径向阻力较大,能耗大、压力不足。同时导杆与隔膜的装配采用人工打胶粘接,不易操作且效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,包括:上壳、下壳、腔体管、活塞头、硅胶外壳、驱动马达、安装支架、输出轮组、拉动连杆、拉杆球头,所述的上壳与下壳组成钻石状空心壳体,所述的腔体管固接在上壳内部的顶端,所述的活塞头设置在腔体管的内部,所述的硅胶外壳套接在上壳与下壳组成的空心壳体外部,且硅胶外壳的顶端设置有与腔体管相通的空腔,所述的驱动马达通过安装支架固接在下壳上,所述的输出轮组固接在驱动马达两端的输出轴上,所述的拉动连杆呈倒U型,拉动连杆两端通过活动销轴偏心连接在输出轮组上,所述的拉杆球头下端固接在拉动连杆上,而上端活动连接在活塞头的内部。
进一步的,所述的下壳底部设置有驱动电池,所述的驱动电池通过信号线与PCB控制板电性连接,所述的PCB控制板通过信号线与驱动马达电性连接。
进一步的,所述的PCB控制板通过信号线与控制按键电性连接,且控制按键通过底板固接在下壳底部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,改变了以往机械挤压时的按摩方式,采用以空气为媒介,利用空气正负压对身体局部区域进行按摩,提高了按摩效果,也更加的安全有效;使用时,驱动马达带动驱动轮转动,由于拉动连杆偏心安装在输出轮组上,在输出轮组转动的过程中,拉动连杆在竖直方向上会上下移动,那么拉杆球头则会同步上下往复移动,从而推动腔体管内的活塞头往复运动,促使上端的腔体内产生正负压力差,从而让贴附在顶端的局部身体进行按摩,该方式阻力小且产生的压力较大,提高了按摩效果;同时活塞头与拉杆球头的连接方式更具有耐用性,提高了使用寿命。
本发明具有结构简单、使用方便、使用效果好等优点。

请参阅图1、2,本发明提供了一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,包括:上壳1、下壳2、腔体管3、活塞头4、硅胶外壳5、驱动马达6、安装支架7、输出轮组8、拉动连杆9、拉杆球头10,所述的上壳1与下壳2组成钻石状空心壳体,所述的腔体管3固接在上壳1内部的顶端,所述的活塞头4设置在腔体管3的内部,所述的硅胶外壳5套接在上壳1与下壳2组成的空心壳体外部,且硅胶外壳5的顶端设置有与腔体管3相通的空腔,所述的驱动马达6通过安装支架7固接在下壳2上,所述的输出轮组8固接在驱动马达6两端的输出轴上,所述的拉动连杆9呈倒U型,拉动连杆9两端通过活动销轴偏心连接在输出轮组8上,所述的拉杆球头10下端固接在拉动连杆9上,而上端活动连接在活塞头4的内部。
进一步的,所述的下壳2底部设置有驱动电池11,所述的驱动电池11通过信号线与PCB控制板12电性连接,所述的PCB控制板12通过信号线与驱动马达6电性连接。
进一步的,所述的PCB控制板12通过信号线与控制按键13电性连接,且控制按键13通过底板14固接在下壳2底部。

1.一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,其特征在于,包括:上壳(1)、下壳(2)、腔体管(3)、活塞头(4)、硅胶外壳(5)、驱动马达(6)、安装支架(7)、输出轮组(8)、拉动连杆(9)、拉杆球头(10),所述的上壳(1)与下壳(2)组成钻石状空心壳体,所述的腔体管(3)固接在上壳(1)内部的顶端,所述的活塞头(4)设置在腔体管(3)的内部,所述的硅胶外壳(5)套接在上壳(1)与下壳(2)组成的空心壳体外部,且硅胶外壳(5)的顶端设置有与腔体管(3)相通的空腔,所述的驱动马达(6)通过安装支架(7)固接在下壳(2)上,所述的输出轮组(8)固接在驱动马达(6)两端的输出轴上,所述的拉动连杆(9)呈倒U型,拉动连杆(9)两端通过活动销轴偏心连接在输出轮组(8)上,所述的拉杆球头(10)下端固接在拉动连杆(9)上,而上端活动连接在活塞头(4)的内部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,其特征在于,所述的下壳(2)底部设置有驱动电池(11),所述的驱动电池(11)通过信号线与PCB控制板(12)电性连接,所述的PCB控制板(12)通过信号线与驱动马达(6)电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于空气正负压力的便携按摩装置,其特征在于,所述的PCB控制板(12)通过信号线与控制按键(13)电性连接,且控制按键(13)通过底板(14)固接在下壳(2)底部。
