a damping structure (3) for providing damping to the arm movement assembly (2);
a resistance force adjusting structure (4) for flexibly adjusting the resistance force when the supporting shaft (13) rotates;
a stability maintaining component (5) arranged on the base (1) and used for keeping the arm movement component (2) stable;
the power assembly (6) is used for controlling the clutch rotation of the supporting shaft (13);
a lying assembly (7) arranged above the base (1) and used for lying a patient;
and a control system.

An exercise aid for elderly hemodialysis patients according to claim 2, wherein: damping structure (3) are including damping dish (31), friction disc (32), torsional spring (33) and first bearing (34), damping dish (31) rotate to be connected the outside of back shaft (13), friction disc (32) are fixed on back shaft (13), torsional spring (33) cover is established the outside of back shaft (13), back shaft (13) rotate to be connected in first bearing (34), first bearing (34) are fixed in base (1), the one end of torsional spring (33) is fixed on damping dish (31), the other end of torsional spring (33) is fixed on first bearing (34), the one end of haulage rope (21) is fixed on damping dish (31).

An exercise aid for elderly hemodialysis patients according to claim 2, wherein: the power resistance adjusting structure (4) comprises a first wheel disc (41), a second wheel disc (42), a pull rope (43), a fixing seat (44), a counterweight box (45), a counterweight block (46), a guide rod (47) and a spring (48), wherein the first wheel disc (41) is fixed at the end part of the supporting shaft (13), the second wheel disc (42) is rotatably connected to the base (1), one end of the pull rope (43) is fixed to the first wheel disc (41), the other end of the pull rope (43) bypasses the second wheel disc (42) to be connected and fixed to the end part of the counterweight box (45), the fixing seat (44) is fixed to one side of the base (1), the counterweight box (45) is connected to one side of the fixing seat (44) in a sliding mode, the guide rod (47) is fixed to the counterweight box (45), and the guide rod (47) is connected with the fixing seat (44) in a sliding mode, the spring (48) is sleeved outside the guide rod (47).
