Abstract

本申请提供一种振荡器及设备,涉及电子技术领域,用于提高振荡器的性能。所述振荡器,包括:谐振电路,用于产生振荡信号;第一交叉耦合管,耦合至所述谐振电路;供电电路,用于基于第一电压和第二电压为所述第一交叉耦合管提供电源信号,所述第一电压为电源电压,所述第二电压为外部传感电路生成的电压。由于振荡器的振荡频率会随着振荡器的电源信号的变化而变化,通过调节该电源信号即可对该振荡器的振荡频率进行补偿,从而提高了振荡器的性能,同时能够减小该振荡器的占用面积,简化振荡器的设计难度。
