6‑磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶突变体及其在制备检测试剂中的用途。6‑磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶突变体相较于野生型6‑磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶包含以下突变的组合:56C、306C和454C。使用6‑磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶突变体所制备的检测试剂盒,特异性强、灵敏度高、操作方便、检测时间短、定量准确,适合高通量检测。
