Abstract

技术领域
下面所描述的发明的对象是一种吸塑卡类型(Blisterkartentyp)的销售和存储包装。
背景技术
对纽扣电池的巨大需求必然同样使得该批量产品的包装成为重要的因素。其一方面须是经济的,然而另一方面同样须具有吸引人的外观,以便于促进购买兴趣。吸塑卡类型的销售和存储包装是特别流行的。
由EP 259574 A2已知一个对于用于吸塑卡类型的纽扣电池而言的销售和存储包装的例子,在其中该包装一部分由防撕破的、优选透明的由PVC或聚偏二氯乙烯构成的带有呈碗形的用于容纳纽扣电池的制模的薄膜且另一部分由被光滑平面地密封到其上的由铝构成的封闭薄膜构成。为了取出纽扣电池,该纽扣电池仅需由外部被按压穿过可容易撕开的铝薄膜。
然而该过程可非常容易被执行,如有可能由小孩执行。为了最小化小孩可能无意地取出和吞食纽扣电池的风险,如下是必要的,即,建议一种新型的用于纽扣电池的销售和存储包装,其确保更好的安全性且尤其防止纽扣电池由孩子的无意取出。
发明内容
为了实现该目的,本发明建议了带有权利要求1的特征的吸塑卡类型的销售和存储包装。本发明的改进方案是从属权利要求的对象。
根据本发明的销售和存储包装通过如下特征来表征:
a. 其包括载体,且
b. 其包括带有凹处借助于深冲被带入到其中的平整的基面的塑料成型件,且
c. 塑料成型件以其平整的基面被紧固在载体上,从而使得该凹处与载体构成用于圆柱形纽扣电池的封闭的容纳部,且
d. 容纳部且因此同样该凹处包括带有圆柱形基本形状的中心空间,纽扣电池被放入到其中,且
e. 容纳部且因此同样该凹处包括优选构造成中心空间的突出部的侧面空间,其如此地构造,即,其不可被纽扣电池填满。
该载体一般而言是纸板下料。该载体然而同样可容易地由其它材料构成,例如由塑料,或包括这样的材料。优选地,纸板下料的至少一侧被彩色印刷且充当用于塑料成型件的支承面。
塑料成型件基本上可由任意的可深冲的塑料构成。在优选的实施形式中,其由透明的塑料构成。特别优选地,其例如由聚氯乙烯(PVC)构成。
优选地,塑料成型件的平整的基面被层压且/或被粘贴到载体、尤其被彩色印刷的支承面上。
该凹处优选具有平整的底部和连接底部与平整的基面的环形的壁。底部在中心空间的区域中优选平行于平整的基面且进而同样平行于载体定向。在底部与载体之间的间距定义了中心空间的高度。
中心空间被匹配于被放入到其中的圆柱形纽扣电池的形状和尺寸。优选地,其具有以因子1.05至1.3超过纽扣电池的直径的直径。在另外的优选的实施形式中,中心空间具有以因子1.01至1.2超过纽扣电池的高度的高度。
在不带有优选构造成中心空间的突出部的侧面空间的情形中,凹处且进而同样地容纳部严格圆柱形地构造。侧面空间的存在用于与严格圆柱形的几何形状的偏差。根据本发明,侧面空间的形状是不重要的,因此突出部可例如圆形地成拱形或同样可具有一个棱角或多个棱角。仅如下是重要的,即,侧面空间如此地构造,即,其不可被纽扣电池填满。侧面空间为此须包括至少一个部分区域,纽扣电池即使当其在凹槽内应具有受限制的可移动性时不可侵入到其中(至少在不带有凹槽的损坏或变形的情形中)。
这具有如下优点,即,纽扣电池处在其中的凹槽借助于穿过侧面空间的剪切可被打开,而不接触纽扣电池。这就此而言是重要的,即,优选如此地构造成吸塑卡类型的根据本发明的销售和存储包装,即,其不可无需工具地被打开,以便于防止被小孩无意地打开。
特别优选地,侧面空间具有小于中心空间的高度,尤其小于处在中心空间中的纽扣电池的高度。这可使得剪切变得容易。此外,这是有效防止纽扣电池到侧面空间中的侵入的最简单的可行性方案。
特别优选地,根据本发明的销售和存储包装通过紧邻地下面的额外的特征a.和b.中的至少一个来表征:
a. 其包括多于所述一个用于圆柱形纽扣电池的容纳部、尤其两个至八个该容纳部。
b. 容纳部在载体上彼此分开地布置且通过在载体上的在其中塑料成型件的平整的基面牢固地与载体相连接(尤其通过粘接且/或通过焊接)的区域被彼此分开。
优选地,紧邻地上面的特征a.和b.彼此组合地来实现。通过两个特征的实现可确保如下,即,在多个容纳部的情形中这些容纳部总是仅单个可被打开。
特别优选地,销售和存储包装通过如下的额外的特征来表征:
a. 在载体上存在至少一个剪切标记,其引导穿过该侧面空间或这些侧面空间,
剪切标记使得根据本发明的销售和存储包装的单个容纳部的精确打开成为可能。
在另一优选的实施形式中,根据本发明的销售和存储包装通过紧邻地下面的额外的特征a.至c.中的至少一个来表征:
a. 销售和存储包装包括至少一个强化膜。
b. 强化膜与塑料成型件的平整的基面相连接。
c. 强化膜限制了封闭的容纳部。
优选地,紧邻地上面的特征a.至c.彼此组合地来实现。
该强化膜例如是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、由聚烯烃构成的薄膜或是PVC薄膜。优选地,该薄膜具有在5μm至50μm的范围中的厚度。
通过强化膜,载体可防撕裂地设计。因为同样地塑料成型件通常防撕裂地构造,因此可确保如下,即,包装无需工具的打开可被排除。尤其地通过强化膜可排除如下,即,小孩可将被包含在容纳部中的纽扣电池按压穿过载体且因此可取出。
特别优选地,载体包括纸板下料,其被整面地或同样仅部分被覆盖以强化膜。强化膜可仅被涂覆到纸板下料的充当用于塑料成型件的支承面的侧面上。然而其额外地或备选地同样可被涂覆到纸板下料的背面上且/或遮蔽纸板下料的边缘。
特别优选地,载体在在其中塑料成型件以其平整的基面被紧固在载体上的区域中不带有穿孔、折压或其余可能机械削弱其的结构元件。
被包含在容纳部中的纽扣电池优选是锂纽扣电池。该形式的纽扣电池在吞食的情况中有相对较大危险。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地显示了用于两个锂纽扣电池的(垂直由上方的顶视图)吸塑卡类型的根据本发明的销售和存储包装的一种实施形式。销售和存储包装的其它的实施形式可包含多于两个纽扣电池或同样可包含仅一个纽扣电池。
所示出的销售和存储包装100包括在纸板底部上的矩形载体101和由PVC构成的透明的塑料成型件102。吊耳103被冲压到载体101中。塑料成型件102包括平整的基面104,两个凹处105和106借助于深冲被带入到其中。因为平整的基面104被粘贴到载体101上,所以凹处105和105在图示中垂直向上逆着观察者延伸。
为了防撕裂地设计载体101,载体101的与平整的基面104处在接触中的部分以由PVC构成的强化膜107被增强。经增强的载体101与凹处105和106一起构成容纳部109和109。在这些容纳部中存在防儿童地安放的纽扣电池110和111。

Claims (5)
1. 吸塑卡类型的销售和存储包装(100),带有如下特征:
a. 其包括载体(101),且
b. 其包括带有凹处(105;106)借助于深冲被带入到其中的平整的基面(104)的塑料成型件(102),
其中,
c. 所述塑料成型件(102)以其平整的基面(104)被紧固在所述载体(101)上,从而使得所述凹处(105;106)与所述载体(101)构成用于圆柱形纽扣电池(110;111)的封闭的容纳部(108;109),
且其中,
d. 所述容纳部(108;109)包括带有圆柱形基本形状的中心空间(112;113),所述纽扣电池(110;111)被放入到其中,且
f. 所述容纳部(108;109)包括优选构造成所述中心空间(112;113)的突出部的侧面空间(114;115),其如此地构造,即,其不可被所述纽扣电池(110;111)填满。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸塑卡类型的销售和存储包装,其特征在于如下额外的特征中的至少一个:
a. 其包括多于所述一个用于圆柱形纽扣电池(110;111)的容纳部(108;109)、尤其两个至八个该容纳部(108;109),
b. 所述容纳部(108;109)彼此分开地布置在所述载体(101)上且通过在所述载体(101)上的在其中所述塑料成型件(102)的平整的基面(104)牢固地与所述载体(101)相连接的区域被彼此分开。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的吸塑卡类型的销售和存储包装,其特征在于如下额外的特征:
a. 在所述载体(101)上存在至少一个剪切标记(116;117),其引导穿过所述侧面空间或这些侧面空间(114;115)。

5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的吸塑卡类型的销售和存储包装,其特征在于如下额外的特征中的至少一个:
a. 被包含在所述容纳部中的纽扣电池(110;111)是锂纽扣电池。
