Abstract
The invention discloses a construction process record archiving system and a construction process record archiving method, wherein the construction process record archiving system comprises a server, at least one first client and a plurality of second clients, the server comprises a processor, and a project information management module, an uploading module and a query module which are electrically connected with the processor, the project information management module is used for configuring basic information of projects, the uploading module is used for responding to an uploading request sent by the first client and receiving the uploading information sent by the first client, and the query module is used for responding to a query request of the first client and/or the second client and returning corresponding query information according to the query request. The construction process record archiving system and the construction process record archiving method establish a system capable of recording and uploading construction conditions in the construction process, and an owner can inquire the hidden project information of a project in real time.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of project management, in particular to a construction process record archiving system and a construction process record archiving method.
Background
With the continuous development and extension of cities and the rapid development of cities, more and more residential districts are put into construction. In the construction of residential buildings, there are often many hidden projects, such as: water pipe laying of a toilet and a kitchen, wiring of a circuit, laying of a floor heating pipeline and the like. The technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

b. when the information is uploaded through the first client, only the items with the corresponding authority are uploaded, so that the information management is facilitated, and wrong information transmission of managers are avoided;

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a construction process record archiving system is provided, including a server, at least one first client, and a plurality of second clients, where the server includes a processor and the following modules electrically connected to the processor:
the project information management module is used for configuring basic information of a project, and the basic information comprises house type information and project numbers of the project;
the uploading module is used for responding to an uploading request sent by the first client and receiving uploading information sent by the first client, wherein the uploading information comprises project engineering numbers and/or house type information, and the uploading information also comprises project construction archive information;
and the query module is used for responding to the query request of the first client and/or the second client and returning corresponding query information according to the query request, wherein the query information comprises the project number and/or the house type information of the project, and the query information further comprises construction archive information of the project.
The first client is used by construction management personnel, the second client is used by an owner, and the first client needs to log in before being used. Because the first client has an uploading function and the second client has an inquiring function, the project manager and the owner use different clients, the manager can respectively file the project construction information, and the owner can immediately inquire the construction information of the project required by the owner, thereby eliminating a lot of inconvenience in acquiring the hidden project information.
The construction of a residential building is taken as an example, and the scheme of the embodiment of the invention is explained as follows:
residential building A, residential building B and residential building C are respectively provided with two units. Each unit has 12 households, and 72 households are total. Referring to fig. 2, a manager inputs a total of 72 items in the item information management module, each item is configured with house type information (e.g. 8 th house of unit a 1), a project number, and also configured with information such as name and contact information of a home owner who purchases a house.
When the hidden project is received after construction, corresponding managers confirm the project on site, take pictures of the layout conditions of pipeline lines and the like, and upload the pictures to the corresponding project through a first client; for example, when the 8 th user of the unit A1 checks and accepts a floor heating project, the laying condition of a floor heating pipeline and a dial plate of a pressure gauge are photographed, then the 8 th user of the unit A1 is selected in the first client, or the project is selected according to the project number, then the photographed photos are uploaded to the project, and if necessary, descriptions can be filled in a remark column of an interface and uploaded together, as shown in fig. 3.
After delivery, when the owner needs to reform the house, the second client installed on the mobile phone inputs "user 8 of unit a 1" according to the format, or inputs information such as owner name and owner phone, which is determined according to the configuration mode of the project of the manager, and clicks the query to see the photos taken by the manager before, the filled remark information, and the like, as shown in fig. 4.
In one embodiment of the invention, the construction archive information includes one or more of engineering type information, construction description information, and construction picture information, see fig. 2. The project type information can be configured in the project information management module by a manager in advance, and then the constructor uploads the picture information and the character information after selecting the project type in the first client.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the item information management module is further configured to configure a user right of the first client, and the first client can only send an upload request to an item corresponding to the user right, so as to facilitate information management and avoid misdelivery and misdelivery of information. For example, a constructor A only takes charge of the project of the residential building A, and after logging in the first client, the constructor A can only send an upload request to the project belonging to the residential building A, so that the condition that the constructor A uploads the data of the 8 th household of the unit A1 to the 8 th household of the unit B1 due to negligence is avoided.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first client is configured with a shooting module, and the first client obtains the construction picture information through the shooting module. The first client can be directly associated with shooting equipment of the equipment to obtain the picture, and can also be associated with a storage module of the equipment to select the picture in a picture library of the mobile phone for uploading.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the house type information includes one or more of a house type name, a house type, an area, a house type, a total number of houses, a project number, a police number, owner information, an owner telephone, and a warranty date.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second client is configured with a verification request module, and when the user sends the query request, the user also sends verification information to the server through the verification request module, and if the verification information meets a preset verification rule, the server returns corresponding query information to the second client according to the query request, otherwise, the server returns error prompt information to the second client. The setting of this embodiment is in order to ensure information security, prevents that the user from obtaining the engineering information of other business owners in a large number. Specifically, before each query, the user is required to fill in the own mobile phone number, click the 'obtaining verification code', receive the verification message of the server, fill the verification message into the input box and send the verification message to the server, and after the verification is passed, the user can perform one-time query. If the user wants to continuously inquire other items, the user needs to verify the items again so as to inquire for the second time.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the user sends the query request through the second client, the user needs to input one or more of cell name, house number, owner name, and owner phone.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the server returns the query information to the second client, the user may download the construction picture information through the second client for storage, so as to conveniently view the construction picture at any time.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a construction process record archiving method is provided, the construction process record archiving method is based on the construction process record archiving system, and the construction process record archiving method includes the following steps:
inputting a project and basic information of the project in the project information management module, wherein the basic information comprises the family type information, the project number and the allowed project type information of the project;
selecting a corresponding project through the first client according to the project number and/or the house type information, and sending the uploading information corresponding to the corresponding project to the server;
and selecting a corresponding project according to the project number and/or the house type information through the second client, initiating a query request to the server, and receiving the query information which is returned by the server and corresponds to the corresponding project.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second client is configured with a verification request module, before the step of initiating the query request to the server, verification information is sent to the server through the verification request module, if the verification information meets a preset verification rule, the server returns corresponding query information to the second client according to the query request, otherwise, the server returns error prompt information to the second client.

the uploading module is used for responding to an uploading request sent by the first client and receiving uploading information sent by the first client, wherein the uploading information comprises project engineering numbers and/or house type information, and the uploading information also comprises project construction archive information;
and the query module is used for responding to the query request of the first client and/or the second client and returning corresponding query information according to the query request, wherein the query information comprises the project number and/or the house type information of the project, and the query information further comprises construction archive information of the project.
2. The work process record archiving system according to claim 1, wherein the work profile information includes one or more of project type information, construction instruction information, and construction picture information.

The construction process record archiving system according to claim 1, wherein the project information management module is further configured to configure a user authority of the first client, and the first client is only capable of sending an upload request to a project corresponding to the user authority.
