The invention discloses water-based hydrophobic self-cleaning oil varnish and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of coatings and comprising the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-90% of component resin, 8-20% of functional powder and 1-10% of auxiliary agent, wherein the combined resin is water-based epoxy resin, fluorine modified water-based acrylic resin and M5 inorganic-organic silicon resin; the functional powder is white fluorescent powder, paraffin powder and a thickening agent; the coating disclosed by the invention is completely made of an aqueous material, is safe, environment-friendly and free of peculiar smell, and avoids harm to constructors and users; the electronic transition realizes the automatic stripping and self-cleaning function of the surface charged pollutants by absorbing and releasing light energy; the coating can adapt to the surfaces of various base materials such as metal, glass, concrete, ceramic and the like, has strong adhesive force, weather resistance and rain wash resistance, and has excellent dryness and good adhesive fastness; the light energy is slowly released at night and the sterilization effect is adopted to remove the surface microorganisms and keep the surface of the gloss oil coating smooth, so that the breeding of the microorganisms is prevented from influencing the use.

Background
The finishing oil is a coating which is coated on the surface of an object to increase the gloss and improve the protection inner layer. The performance requirements of the finishing oil for urban buildings generally include hydrophobicity, self-cleaning property, wear resistance and scratch resistance and the like.
The surface hydrophobic technology is a basic technology with wide and deep effects and high practical value, and is widely applied to daily life of people. Methods for enhancing the hydrophobic surface of the coating layer mainly by improving the roughness of the solid surface include a template method, a sol-gel method, a layer-by-layer self-assembly method, chemical deposition, etching, phase separation and the like. The application mechanism of the existing surface hydrophobic coating is that the nano structure of the solid surface plays an important role in the obvious lotus leaf hydrophobic property of the hydrophobic material, and the nano structure can generate a very high contact angle. The hydrophobic water-based self-cleaning varnish can be produced and applied in batches, is safe and environment-friendly, and can meet the market demand well.

the M5 inorganic-silicone resin is a special modified epoxy resin (multifunctional group) with silicone component introduced, purchased from friendship resin limited, brand: andebao, type: AG-8701; the M5 inorganic-organic silicon resin wraps the white light fluorescent functional powder and is matched with the nano silver ion bactericide, so that the white light fluorescent functional powder has the effect of releasing electrons by utilizing light energy absorption, realizes the automatic stripping function of charged dust pollutants, and can also kill bacteria and fungi on the surface to prevent the growth of microorganisms, so that the surface of a coated object is bright and clean as new for a long time. As a preferred technical scheme: the auxiliary agent comprises an anti-settling agent, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent, an antistatic agent, a PH stabilizer, a bactericide and an adhesion promoter.
As a further preferable aspect: the anti-settling agent is water-based nano-scale silicon dioxide, such as VK-Sp15W of a new crystal material, so that the anti-settling agent can prevent powder from settling to play a role in stability, change thixotropy, adjust viscosity, improve leveling property and prevent the powder from skinning, and can play a more excellent role by being combined with other components of the anti-settling agent;

The adhesion promoter can be, for example, EL-9041 of Dongguan Yiliaan company, so that the product has excellent adhesion fastness to base materials such as pig iron, stainless steel, organic composite plates, ceramic materials and the like.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the water-based hydrophobic self-cleaning gloss oil completely adopts water-based materials, is safe, environment-friendly and odorless, and avoids harm to constructors and users; the paint has super-strong self-cleaning capability, and the surface is clean and is not easy to pollute; the fluorescent powder with proper type and content is cooperated with other components, and the automatic stripping and self-cleaning function of the surface charged pollutants is realized through absorption and release of light energy and electronic transition; after coating and drying, the surface hardness, the brightness and the scratch resistance are high; the adhesive is suitable for the surfaces of various base materials such as metal, glass, concrete, ceramic and the like, has strong adhesive force, weather resistance and rain wash resistance, and has excellent dryness and good adhesive fastness; the bactericide with proper type and content can remove surface microorganisms by slowly releasing light energy at night to keep the surface of the varnish coating smooth and clean and prevent the breeding of microorganisms from influencing the use.
