4. The aqueous plant-based fully matte self-cleaning overprint varnish of claim 1, wherein the anti-freeze is ethylene glycol.
5. The aqueous plant-based fully matte self-cleaning overprint varnish of claim 1, wherein the coalescent is a tridecyl glycol ester.
6. The aqueous plant-based full-matte self-cleaning finishing varnish as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nano silica sol is JN10-30/1 produced by Zhejiang Delphin micro-nano technology Limited.
7. The aqueous plant-based fully matte self-cleaning overprint varnish according to claim 1, wherein the photocatalyst auxiliary is a W920 coating self-cleaning additive manufactured by new materials, jji, shanghai, japan.
8. The aqueous plant-based fully matte self-cleaning overprint varnish according to claim 1, wherein the thickener is RM-8W polyurethane thickener manufactured by dow chemistry.
9. The aqueous plant-based fully matte self-cleaning overprint varnish according to claim 1, wherein the PH adjuster is AMP-95 from angus.
10. Process for the preparation of an aqueous plant-based fully matte self-cleaning overprint varnish according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
step 1: weighing 350 parts of 300-fold water in advance and adding the water into a high-speed dispersion machine, regulating the rotation speed of the high-speed dispersion machine to 800-fold water/min at 600-fold, slowly adding 1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 2-4 parts of bactericide, 1-2 parts of wetting agent and 10-15 parts of antifreeze agent in sequence, and dispersing at medium speed for 3-5 min;
step 2: regulating the rotating speed to 800-;
and step 3: regulating the rotating speed to 800-1000 revolutions per minute, sequentially adding 5-10 parts of nano silica sol, 20-40 parts of photocatalyst auxiliary agent, 1-3 parts of thickening agent, 1-1.5 parts of PH regulator and 85.5-221 parts of water, and dispersing at medium speed for 5-10 minutes; thus obtaining the water-based plant-based full-matte self-cleaning finishing varnish.
