Abstract

mixing a stabilizer, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a pigment, a rheological aid and part of deionized water at a rotating speed of 1500 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain a first mixed material;
mixing the first mixed material and water-based self-extinction resin Dismantane SP-2022 at the rotating speed of 500 rpm for 7 minutes to obtain a second mixed material;
mixing the second mixed material with a film forming agent, a mildew preventive and a part of bactericide for 7 minutes at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions per minute to obtain a third mixed material;
mixing the third mixed material with a thickening agent and a leveling auxiliary agent for 20 minutes at the rotating speed of 1300 rpm to obtain a fourth mixed material;
and mixing the fourth mixed material with the rest of bactericide and the rest of deionized water for 7 minutes at the rotating speed of 450 revolutions per minute to obtain the matt interior wall latex paint.

And (4) analyzing results:
performing property tests on the matt interior wall latex paints obtained in examples 1-3 and the common interior wall latex paints of comparative examples 1 and 2, wherein the property tests comprise PVC calculation, and the gloss of each angle of the product, the pencil hardness of the product, the water permeability, salting-out resistance and blocking resistance of the product; the measurement results are shown in the following table 1, and it can be seen that the interior wall latex paint prepared by the present application has the following effects: the 20 DEG, 60 DEG and 85 DEG gloss is less than 3; compared with the PVC of more than 50 percent of the common interior wall latex paint, the PVC of the product is about 24 percent, so that the product has smoother hand feeling compared with the common latex paint; when the anti-salting primer is used as the primer, the water permeability can reach 0.1cm, the anti-salting can also pass through JG/T210-2017, and the anti-salting primer has excellent acid resistance and alkali resistance; the pencil hardness of the paint film exceeds F, so that excellent anti-fouling and anti-graffiti performances can be provided; meanwhile, the coating can pass the adhesion resistance of the GB/T23999-2009 waterborne wood coating for indoor decoration.
The PVC content of the obtained matt interior wall latex paint is lower than 30%, the 20 DEG, 60 DEG and 85 DEG gloss of a film formed and dried is less than 3, and the matt interior wall latex paint has smoother hand feeling compared with common latex paint; when the water permeability of the paint is 0.1cm, the paint has excellent alkali resistance and acid resistance, and the paint film has excellent antifouling and doodling resisting performances due to the high surface hardness of the paint film. The obtained matte interior wall latex paint has excellent performance, can pass the excellent performance in GB/T9756-2018 synthetic resin emulsion interior wall paint, the full performance in JG/T210-.

2. the matte interior wall latex paint according to claim 1, wherein said aqueous self-matting resin is selected from the group consisting of imperial SP-2022.
3. The matte interior wall latex paint according to claim 1, wherein said coalescent is at least one of Chemoxy coast 290Plus, Rhodiasolv DIB, TEXANO LEAstman Optifilm Enhancer 300.
4. The matte interior wall latex paint of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mildew inhibitor is at least one of THOR activity EW Paste, Lonza Lonzaserve 940 and DOW ROCIMA 350.
5. The matte interior wall latex paint according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the rheological aid is at least one of HECELLOSETM B30K, Ashland Natrosol 250HBR, Clariant TyloseHS30000YP 2.
6. The matte interior wall latex paint of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the pigment is at least one of Cristal TIONA-595, DuPont Ti-Purer-706, and Lomon R-996.
7. The matte interior wall latex paint according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the auxiliary agent is at least one selected from a stabilizer, a freeze-thaw stabilizer, a dispersant, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, a bactericide, a thickener and a leveling auxiliary agent.
8. The matte interior wall latex paint of claim 7,
the stabilizer is selected from viscosity stabilizers; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the freeze-thaw stabilizer is selected from alkylene glycol; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the dispersant is selected from sodium polycarboxylate type dispersants; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the wetting agent is a non-ionic wetting agent; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the defoaming agent is at least one of mineral oil type defoaming agent, organic silicon type defoaming agent and polyether siloxane copolymer silicon dioxide-containing defoaming agent; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the types of the bactericide are Lonza Lonzaserve 210, Nordes DHF and LangshenAt least one of P91; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the thickener is selected from polyurethane thickeners; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the leveling aid is selected from polyurethane leveling aids.
9. The preparation method of the matte interior wall latex paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the matt interior wall latex paint of any one of claims 1 to 8 providing components;
performing first mixing treatment on a rheological additive, a pigment, the additive and part of water to obtain a first mixture;
and (3) carrying out second mixing treatment on the first mixture, the water-based self-extinction resin, the film-forming additive, the mildew preventive and the balance of water to obtain the matte interior wall latex paint.
10. The method for preparing a matt interior wall latex paint as claimed in claim 9,
in the step of carrying out first mixing treatment on the rheological additive, the pigment, the additive and part of water, the rotating speed of the first mixing treatment is 1400-1500 rpm, and the time of the first mixing treatment is 30-40 minutes; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and in the step of carrying out second mixing treatment on the first mixture, the water-based self-extinction resin, the film-forming additive, the mildew preventive and the balance of water, the rotation speed of the second mixing treatment is 400-500 rpm, and the time of the second mixing treatment is 5-15 minutes.
