Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based high-fullness woodware coating suitable for electrostatic spraying.
Background
With the arrival of the low-carbon economic era, environmental protection and energy become two challenges faced by human beings in the 21 st century, and in response to the challenges, the coating industry is gradually transformed from traditional varieties which are high in pollution and energy consumption and extremely depend on products in the petroleum industry to environment-friendly and resource-saving products such as water-based coatings, radiation curing coatings, powder coatings and high-solid coatings. The water-based wood coating is one of the main varieties of industrial coatings, and is a water-based coating which is used for wood products and has decoration and protection effects. The water-based wood coating is the development direction of the future wood coating market, and has reached a consensus in the industry without doubt. In the prior European woodenware coating, the proportion of the water-based woodenware coating is up to more than 80 percent, and China is gradually developing towards the direction. Compared with the traditional solvent type woodenware coating, 50-60% of the water-based woodenware coating is water, and coating can be carried out by diluting the water-based woodenware coating with clear water on a construction site, so that the operation is more convenient. The water-based wood coating has low VOC, low toxicity and nonflammability, does not contain organic solvents such as formaldehyde, benzene and the like, and has lighter smell. In the aspect of performance, the yellowing resistance and the decoration performance of the water-based wood coating are more outstanding.
However, the existing water-based wood coatings are poorer in fullness than solvent-based coatings, and influence the hand feeling and the attractiveness of wood after coating, and how to solve the fullness problem of the water-based paint becomes a key point of attention in the field. The electrostatic spraying is a coating mode that charged paint is efficiently adsorbed on a coated workpiece along the direction of a power line under the action of an electrostatic field according to the principle that like charges repel and opposite charges attract, and through the coating mode of the electrostatic spraying, the water-based paint can endow the woodware with attractive appearance and good hand feeling, and meanwhile, the efficiency of product construction can be greatly improved. However, most of the water-based wood coatings on the market at present cannot be coated under a high-voltage state, and if the common water-based wood coatings are forcedly used for electrostatic spraying, the problems of gelling, wire drawing and failure in forming a continuous and uniform paint film are easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: how to use the waterborne wood coating for electrostatic spraying.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the water-based high-fullness wood coating suitable for electrostatic spraying comprises, by weight, 20-40% of water-based acrylic emulsion, 20-40% of water-based polyurethane emulsion, 4-6% of film forming aid solvent, 15-20% of titanium dioxide, 0.5-1% of defoaming agent, 1.5-2% of dispersing agent, 2-4% of rheological additive, 0.5-1% of wetting and leveling agent and 2-5% of hand feeling additive.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the waterborne high-fullness wood coating provided by the invention is suitable for coating by using an electrostatic spraying method, and the waterborne acrylic emulsion is adopted to match the waterborne polyurethane emulsion as a main film forming material, so that the wrapping property of electrostatic spraying is improved, a paint film on a sprayed plate is better leveled and higher in fineness, and the mechanical property of the paint film is enhanced, so that the high fullness of the paint film is realized, and the problems of gelatinization, wire drawing and incapability of forming a continuous and uniform paint film are solved.
Detailed Description
In order to explain the technical content, the objects and the effects of the present invention in detail, the following description will be given with reference to the embodiments.
The waterborne high-fullness wood coating suitable for electrostatic spraying comprises, by weight, 20-40% of a waterborne acrylic emulsion, 20-40% of a waterborne polyurethane emulsion, 4-6% of an ether auxiliary film forming solvent, 15-20% of titanium dioxide, 0.5-1% of a defoaming agent, 1.5-2% of a dispersing agent, 2-4% of a rheological aid, 0.5-1% of a wetting and leveling agent, 2-5% of a hand feeling aid and 5-10% of water.
From the above description, the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the traditional wood coating only adopts acrylic emulsion with high glass temperature, has high hardness and high addition of film forming additives, is easy to have anti-adhesion problem, and is not environment-friendly due to high addition of the film forming additives.
Further, the aqueous acrylic emulsion is available from Wanhua chemical group, Inc4501 an acrylic polymer emulsion; the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is4210 aqueous polyurethane dispersion, aqueous polyurethane emulsion contains no ethoxylated Alkylphenol (APEO), N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and artificial tin.
Further, the film forming assisting solvent is diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, and the mass ratio of the diethylene glycol monobutyl ether to the dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether is 1: 1.
From the above description, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether are added together as a film forming aid solvent according to the mass ratio of 1:1, so that the drying speed of the system can be adjusted, and the softness and chemical resistance of a paint film are improved.
Further, the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by a chlorination method.
From the above description, it can be known that the addition of titanium dioxide can improve the hiding power and the decoration of the system. Compared with common titanium dioxide, the rutile type titanium dioxide pigment produced by the chlorination method can improve the physicochemical property of the coating, enhance the chemical stability, the color reducing power, the corrosion resistance, the light resistance and the weather resistance, enhance the mechanical strength and the adhesive force of the coating, prevent cracking and falling, prevent ultraviolet rays and moisture from penetrating and prolong the service life of an object.
Further, the defoaming agent is a polyether siloxane copolymer containing fumed silica.
Further, the dispersing agent is a copolymer aqueous solution containing high pigment affinity groups.
From the above description, it can be seen that the aqueous copolymer solution containing high pigment affinity groups is used in the system of the present application, which facilitates the dispersion of powder and resin, and other raw material production processes, and at the same time can help the wetting and improve the system stability.
Further, the rheological additive is one or more of associative polyether polyurethane, bentonite water solution and hectorite clay water solution.
From the above description, the selection of the rheological additive can greatly reduce the surface tension of the water-based paint, and improve the wetting ability and the leveling and spreading ability of the system.
Further, the wetting and leveling agent is an organic silicon geminal structure surfactant.
From the above description, it can be known that the surface tension of the water-based paint can be greatly reduced and the wetting ability and the leveling and spreading ability of the system can be improved by adding the organosilicon gemini surfactant as the wetting and leveling agent.
Further, the hand feeling auxiliary agent is a modified paraffin-based nonionic emulsion or a high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxane emulsion.
From the above description, it can be seen that the introduction of the hand feeling auxiliary can improve the surface smoothness, anti-blocking property and water resistance of the system.
Furthermore, the viscosity of the No. 2 cup of the waterborne high-fullness wood coating suitable for electrostatic spraying is 60s/25 ℃, and the viscosity is 25s/25 ℃ during electrostatic coating construction.
