Firstly, the invention also carries out performance tests on the finished stone-like paints prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-3, and the results are shown in Table 1:

From table 1, it can be seen that the formulation of example 5 has the best stability and the best workability; the other may be caused by the phenomenon of layering due to the fact that the viscosity is thick and the construction performance is reduced, may be caused by the phenomenon of desublimation and liquefaction due to the problem of storage time and the change of water volatilization temperature in the heat storage process, and can still be used after being stirred.
Secondly, the invention carries out negative ion test on the common real stone paint purchased from the example 5, the comparative examples 1 to 3 and the market, and the test method is as follows: two common real stone paints with the same quality, the real stone paint of the example 5 and the real stone paints of the comparative examples 1 to 3 release the content of negative ions by scanning an electron microscope under the same environmental conditions, and the test results are shown in table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, the stone-like paint of the present invention has the functions of releasing negative ions, beautifying the environment and absorbing haze, compared with the common stone-like paint and the comparative stone-like paint.
Third, the invention performs a self-cleaning test on the stone-like paint manufactured in the above example 5. The test method is as follows: two common real stone paints with the same quality, the real stone paint of example 5 and the real stone paints of comparative examples 1-3 are coated with fly ash on the surface of a real stone paint coating under the same environmental conditions, and are cleaned in a simulated rain mode to finish a stain resistance test, wherein the test results are shown in table 3:

Fourthly, the invention performs type detection on the real stone paint prepared in the above example 5, and the detection result is shown in table 4:

As can be seen from Table 4, the product of the stone-like paint of example 2 can meet the product type detection requirements.
Through the common tests in tables 1, 2, 3 and 4, compared with the common real stone paint on the market and the real stone paint prepared in comparative examples 1-3, the real stone paint product prepared by the formulation in example 5 has the advantages of meeting the test requirements on experimental performance, good construction performance, excellent functions of self-cleaning, releasing negative ions and beautifying the environment.
While embodiments of the invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the applications set forth in the description and the embodiments, which are fully applicable in various fields of endeavor to which the invention pertains, and further modifications may readily be made by those skilled in the art, it being understood that the invention is not limited to the details shown and described herein without departing from the generic concept as defined by the claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. The stone-like paint with the functions of self cleaning and beautifying the environment is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 160 parts of water, 1-3 parts of cellulose, 1-3 parts of multifunctional auxiliary agent, 190 parts of silicone-acrylic emulsion 140, 1-5 parts of dispersing agent, 4-9 parts of antifreezing agent, 6-11 parts of film forming auxiliary agent, 0.5-3 parts of defoaming agent, 1-5 parts of preservative, 0.5-2 parts of thickening agent, 30-50 parts of environment beautifying material, 30-50 parts of self-cleaning functional material and 650 parts of natural color sand 600.
2. the stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein said cellulose is high-performance hydroxyethyl cellulose.
The antifreezing agent is propylene glycol; the film-forming additive is any one of dodecyl alcohol ester, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and benzyl alcohol;
the defoamer is a mineral oil based compound;
The preservative is benzisothiazolinone or carbazone;
the dispersant is a polyacrylic amine salt dispersant.
3. The stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein said thickener is one of nonionic polyurethane associated thickener, anionic alkali swelling thickener or hydrophobically modified associated anionic alkali swelling thickener.
4. The stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the self-cleaning functional material is modified nano titanium dioxide; the environment beautifying material is modified natural mineral hexacyclic ring stone superfine micropowder.
5. A method for preparing the stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the following steps:
S1: weighing the components, adding cellulose into water under a stirring state, and stirring at room temperature until the state is not changed any more to obtain a mixture;
S2: under the stirring state, sequentially adding a multifunctional auxiliary agent, a silicone-acrylic emulsion, a dispersing agent, an antifreezing agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a defoaming agent, a preservative, a thickening agent, an environment beautifying material and a self-cleaning functional material into the mixture to prepare a natural stone paint base material pre-slurry;
S3: and transferring the obtained base material pre-slurry of the real stone paint into a horizontal stirring kettle, pre-stirring for 5-10min at the rotating speed of 500 plus one year of 1000rpm, reducing the stirring rotating speed to 200 plus one year of 300rpm, adding the natural colored sand, and immediately stopping stirring after uniform stirring to obtain the finished product of the real stone paint.
6. the method for preparing a stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 5, wherein the stirring conditions in S1 are as follows: stirring at 500-; the stirring speed in S2 was 500-.

The method for preparing a stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 5, wherein the specific preparation method of the self-cleaning functional material in S2 is as follows: adding 5 parts by weight of gamma-ureidopropyltriethoxysilane into 50-60 parts by weight of nano titanium dioxide, mixing, adding 100 parts of water, stirring for 30-40min under the heating condition of 80 ℃, adding 45-50 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, and continuously stirring for 45-50min to obtain the self-cleaning functional material.

The method for preparing a stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 5, wherein the specific preparation method of the environment beautifying material in S2 is as follows: preparing natural mineral hexacyclic ring stone into superfine powder by using a superfine mill, dropwise adding a nonionic fluorocarbon surfactant into the superfine powder, stirring for 20-30min after dropwise adding is finished, heating to 80-85 ℃ and keeping for 35-40min, and filtering, washing and drying to obtain the environment beautifying material.
9. The method for preparing stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 8, wherein said superfine powder is 2000 mesh.
10. The method for preparing a stone-like paint with self-cleaning and beautifying functions as claimed in claim 8, wherein said non-ionic fluorocarbon surfactant is added in an amount of 8-10% of the total amount of said ultra-fine powder.
