Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an inorganic real stone paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The real stone paint can make three-dimensional textures, can imitate the texture and the effect of stone materials and is distinguished from the traditional latex paint, so that the original paint is taken into the three-dimensional coating from the flat coating of the latex paint.
The development of the stone-like paint has been advanced greatly on applicability and modeling types, compared with the traditional paint, the stone-like paint is more three-dimensional in decorative effect and better in air permeability, can be constructed on various modeling base surfaces such as brick shapes, cylindrical shapes, vertical surface shapes, gourd shapes and the like, and shows unique personalized charm.
But simultaneously has certain disadvantages: firstly, the stone-like paint is widely used for exterior walls, the prepared raw materials are emulsion, and the emulsion has poor weather resistance to pollutant acid and the like in the modern industrial society; secondly, after being wetted by rainwater, the paint surface is whitened due to the fact that emulsion particles absorb water and hydrophilic substances such as cellulose and the like; organic matters have higher VOC emission and can affect the environment and human health; the natural colored sand accounts for about 70-80% of the components in the stone-like paint, and the high-content colored sand makes the paint not compact in film forming, deposits on the surface of the paint after being infected by dust and the like in the environment, makes the paint film easy to become dirty and old, and can permeate the dust into the paint after meeting rain water to cause hair and rain marks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an inorganic stone-like paint and a preparation method thereof, wherein the colored sand in the inorganic stone-like paint and the paint form a film tightly, so that the film is not easy to become dirty and old, and is not easy to cause flower and rain marks after meeting rain.

8-10 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.3 part of cellulose, 0.2-0.3 part of bactericide, 0.2-0.3 part of pH regulator, 4-5 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 8-10 parts of inorganic material, 0.4-0.5 part of antifreezing agent, 0.2-0.3 part of film-forming additive, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.05-0.1 part of waterproofing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of thickening agent, 0.1-1 part of monoalkoxy pyrophosphate and 70-80 parts of natural colored sand.
Further, the inorganic material is formed by mixing potassium silicate and silica sol according to the mass ratio of 3-7: 3-5.
Further, the antifreezing agent is propylene glycol (produced by the ocean chemical industry).
Furthermore, the film-forming additive is formed by mixing alcohol ester twelve and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether according to the mass ratio of 0.1-0.15: 0.1-0.2.
Further, the monoalkoxy pyrophosphate is isopropyl tri (dioctyl pyrophosphato acyloxy) titanate.
