Description

Sand-in-sand mold colorful coating and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of coatings, and particularly relates to a sand-in-sand type multicolor coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The stone-like paint has decorative effect similar to that of marble and granite. It is mainly made up by using natural stone powder with various colours, and can be used for external wall of building to produce imitation stone effect, so that it is also called liquid stone. The building decorated by the stone paint has natural and real natural color, gives people elegant, harmonious and solemn aesthetic feeling, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration of various buildings. Especially, the decoration on the curved surface building is vivid and lifelike and has an effect of returning to the nature. However, the color difference of the natural color sand as the core raw material is serious, which affects the visual and sensory effects of the stone paint, and the stone paint can simulate the stone effect only by matching different color sands, the maximum particle size of the color sand is 10-20 meshes, so that the stone effect cannot be completely simulated by the stone paint when the simulated stone has larger color points. Compared with other coatings, the sand-in-water multicolor coating has good decoration effect, can highlight the simple, elegant and luxury buildings, and can be widely used for decorating indoor and outdoor wall bodies, and imitated granite textures are natural, smooth and blended. The various points of various colours of imitation that sand-in-water multicolor coating can be better, effect unevenness after the spraying, be close to the surface effect of stone material more, but its spraying needs the workman to have abundant experience, will strictly control spraying atmospheric pressure when the spraying, the atmospheric pressure undersize, then the color point is difficult to shakeout, the unsmooth sense of color grain increases, influence imitation stone material effect, the consumption increases simultaneously, atmospheric pressure is too big, then the color point explodes easily, lead to whole effect fuzzy, imitation stone effect is poor. After the water-coated sand is sprayed, the surface generally has less sand grains, has the texture of stone, and still has some differences in stone imitation effect.
In conclusion, the natural stone-like paint is limited by the problems of natural colored sand and the reason that the sand grains on the surface of the sprayed sand-in-water multicolor paint are few, and the sand-in-sand multicolor paint with sand on the surface and color points blended into the sand-in-sand multicolor paint needs to be developed. Therefore, the invention provides a sand-in-sand type multicolor paint and a preparation method thereof.

When in use, the toning base material is added into the protective adhesive, and then granulation is carried out to obtain the color dots; then mixing the color points, adding the color points into a continuous phase, and then adding a pH regulator and a thickening agent, wherein the mass ratio of the protective adhesive to the toning base material to the continuous phase is 10:20-30: 60-70; the pH regulator is 1 per mill of the total mass of the protective glue, the toning base material and the continuous phase; the thickening agent is 3-5 per mill of the total mass of the protective glue, the toning base material and the continuous phase.
The conventional color dots are easy to disperse and not form under a larger pressure, but the toughness of the color dots is enhanced by the following means:
a polyfunctional aziridine crosslinking agent is introduced into the system, and when the toning base paint is added into the protective adhesive for granulation, the aziridine crosslinking agent can chemically react with various functional groups on the surfaces of the colored particles, such as carboxyl, hydroxyl and the like, so as to generate chemical crosslinking, form a layer of crosslinked network structure on the surfaces of the colored particles, and enhance the strength and toughness of colored points;
the toughening agent is introduced into the system, so that the cohesion of the toning base paint is enhanced, the color points after granulation have certain elasticity, and the painting base paint can bear larger painting air pressure without being broken during painting and can bear the shearing force generated by the shaking of the finish paint without being broken during transportation.
Polyvinyl alcohol is introduced into the toning base material, and when the toning base material is added into the protective adhesive for granulation, gelation reaction can occur under the action of borax, so that the toughness of the colorful granules is further increased, and the colorful granules can be elongated to a certain extent without breaking under the action of external force.
The cellulose EHM500 can be associated with the emulsion AP4765 to form a physical cross-linking structure in the toning base paint, so that the strength of the color point is further increased.
The sand-coated sand multicolor paint is sprayed by using a real stone paint spray gun, so that different surface effects such as planes, burned surfaces and litchi surfaces can be sprayed by adjusting the air pressure of the spray gun, and a higher stone imitation effect is achieved.
The cellulose EHM500 and the cationic guar gum can react with the protective gum solution to enhance the thixotropic property of the colored dots, so that the colored dots can be elongated in the granulation stage, the thickness of the colored dots is effectively reduced, the sprayed colored dots can be well blended into the colored sand in the continuous phase, and the stone imitation effect is improved;
the continuous phase emulsion uses RS-2520D, and the emulsion can be subjected to thickening reaction with protective glue, so that the finish paint has lower viscosity in the mixing stage, and after the finish paint is mixed for 8-12h, the viscosity of the finish paint is continuously increased to reach the ideal construction viscosity of 80000 +/-90000 mp.s (detection equipment is DV2T viscometer manufactured by BROOKFIELD manufacturer, detection adopts 7# rotor, and the shear rate is 6R/min).
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. different crosslinking mechanisms are introduced into the sand-coated sand multicolor paint system, and the toughness and the strength of sand-coated sand color points are ensured through the synergistic effect of physical crosslinking and chemical crosslinking, so that the color points are not greatly deformed in the process of mutual extrusion at a muzzle during spraying, the sensitivity to the spraying air pressure is reduced, and the sand-coated sand multicolor paint can be directly sprayed by using the larger air pressure.
2. The cellulose EHM500 and the cationic guar gum can react with the protective gum, so that the thixotropic performance of the colored dots is enhanced, the colored dots can be elongated in the granulating process, the thickness of the colored dots is effectively reduced, the sprayed colored dots can be better blended into colored sand, and the stone imitation effect is improved.
3. The emulsion which can be thickened with the protective adhesive is introduced, so that the viscosity of a finished product is lower during preparation, the finished product is easier to mix uniformly, after the finished product is mixed, the viscosity of the system is continuously increased through the post-thickening effect of the emulsion and the protective adhesive, and the ideal construction viscosity is reached after 8-12 h.
