Abstract
The invention discloses a batch-scraping liquid granite coating prepared based on a secondary crosslinking technology, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of protective glue solution, 30-70% of dispersed phase, 10-30% of emulsion, 1-10% of cross-linking agent aqueous solution, 1-4% of dispersing agent, 0.5-2% of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1% of wetting agent, 0.1-0.8% of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5% of preservative, 0.5-2% of thickening agent, 0.05-0.2% of pigment and the balance of water. The liquid granite coating has good basic performance of the coating, has excellent scraping performance, solves the problems that color points are easy to be pasted and bottom is easy to be exposed in the scraping construction process of general liquid granite, can achieve the condition of preventing dripping without a coating in the construction process, reduces the engineering cost, and cannot cause troubles to residents in temporary construction engineering; the paint is prepared by adopting a secondary crosslinking technology, and a crosslinking agent is added, so that secondary crosslinking can be performed between dispersed phases, and further, the toughness of the dispersed phases is improved, and the paint can have good toughness and form in the batch scraping process.

Preferably, the dispersed phase is rich in cellulose, and forms a crosslinking reaction with a crosslinking agent solution, and the cellulose can be one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
Preferably, the emulsion is elastic silicone-acrylate emulsion, and the dispersing agent is prepared by mixing xylene, ethyl acetate, acrylic acid, pentasodium phosphate, guar gum and polyaspartic acid.
Preferably, the film-forming assistant is an assistant prepared from 2, 2-dimethyl-1, 3-propanediol diisobutyrate, the wetting agent is a polyacrylate ammonium salt or polyacrylate sodium salt wetting dispersant, and the defoaming agent is a mineral oil type or organic silicon type defoaming agent.
