Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of coatings, and particularly relates to an antibacterial odor-removing water-based environment-friendly building coating which comprises, by weight, 20-50 parts of a water-based emulsion, 0.5-1 part of a defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a wetting agent, 1-5 parts of an antifreezing agent, 0.1-2 parts of a thickening agent, 1-2 parts of a film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.4 part of an antibacterial mildew inhibitor, 4-6 parts of liquid anions, 10-40 parts of a pigment, 1-14 parts of a filler and 1-20 parts of deionized water. The invention has the beneficial effects that: after the liquid negative ions are combined with bacteria, the bacteria generate structural change or energy transfer, so that the bacteria die and finally sink to the ground. Thereby achieving the antibacterial performance with the maximum effect. Preferably, the defoaming agent is selected from BYK-024 of Pyk, Germany, BYK-1660 or TEGO foamex 810, TEGO Airex902w of Dygao, Germany.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the water-based emulsion into a container according to the proportion, stirring for 5 minutes at 600 revolutions per minute, sequentially adding a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, an antifreezing agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, an antibacterial mildew preventive and liquid negative ions, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, then adding a pigment, continuously stirring a filler for 20 minutes, adding a thickening agent, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, finally adding water to adjust the viscosity to 85cps, and filtering to obtain the antibacterial odor-removing water-based environment-friendly architectural coating No. 1.

Results and detection
Performance tests were performed on 1# -3# prepared in examples 1-3 of the present invention and on a commercially available ZX-N802 architectural coating from Guangxi Nanning Zhengxiang coating Co., Ltd.
Surface drying time: after brushing one glass plate, the drying time was recorded with a stopwatch.
Alkali resistance: the dried glass plates were dipped in saturated sodium carbonate for 24 hours for observation.
Adsorbing harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene and the like: the method GB 50325-2001 is adopted.
The antibacterial effect is as follows: the method GB 15979-2002 is adopted.
