本发明涉及地板技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种复合地板。
背景技术
地板,即房屋地面或楼面的表面层。由木料或其他材料做成。地板的分类有很多,按 结构分类有:实木地板、强化复合木地板、三层实木复合地板、竹木地板、防腐地板、软木地板。而目前的地板均存在缺陷,首先实木、竹子等植物类地板,热胀冷缩的影响很大,很容易吸水腐烂,需要经常护理,使用寿命不长,而植物类复合地板含大量的地板胶,会 产生甲醛,并不环保,而非植物类地板则比较坚硬,也比较滑,安装麻烦,无论是何种地 板基本对室内环境没有好的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合地板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种复合地板,一种复合地板,其配方如下:树脂粉36-40%、钙粉53-55%、锗粉1-3%、增韧剂0.9-1.5%、稳定剂0.9-1.5%、发泡调节剂2-2.5%、 硬脂酸0.2-0.4%、聚乙烯蜡0.2-0.4%、发泡剂0.3-0.5%。
此项设置在复合地板中加入了锗粉,由于锗粉能持续释放负离子,能促进人体细胞加 速分裂更新,同时能很好的净化空气,而这种成分的复合地板不仅能防水抑菌除尘净味, 而且导热快,尤其在地暖用户的环境中,效果更好,因为地暖能加速锗释放负离子。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述的增韧剂是羧基液体丁腈橡胶、端羧基液体丁腈 橡胶、聚硫橡胶、液体硅橡胶、聚醚、聚砜、聚酰亚胺、纳米碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛中的至少一种。
此项设置采用上述增韧剂降低复合材料脆性和提高复合材料抗冲击性能,该比例的增 韧剂能让锗粉更好的稳定在复合地板中,有利于增加锗粉的使用寿命。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述的稳定剂是脂肪酸水滑石、月桂酸水滑石、硬脂 酸水滑石、油酸水滑石中的至少一种。
此项设置加入水滑石类的稳定剂,水滑石对Cl-的捕获容量大,可以避免塑料变黄, 与BHT等抗氧剂配伍性好,无腐蚀、无酸气、不外逸;可以显著提高塑料的耐候性和耐热性。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述的发泡调节剂是超高分子量丙烯酸酯类PVC发泡 调节剂LP-90。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述的发泡剂是碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵其中的 一种。
上述两项设置通过这种比例的配合,不仅具备了传统发泡效果,而且能让锗粉更加均 匀的分布在地板中,由于锗粉释放负离子的方式是竖直方向的,分布越均匀,能影响的室 内空间约均匀。

在具体混料的时候,会按照总重量的15-20%的比例加入二次料进行混合。

根据测试结果明显可以看出,本发明的复合地板的负离子释放量是很高的,比普通的 地板高出很多,经过衰减测试,15-18年才开始衰减,因此本发明的地板实用效果是非常 好的,由于本发明在释放负离子时是向上垂直释放的,因此很涵盖所有地板上方的空间。
本发明的地板释放负离子,负离子可以运用负电荷和一些空气中的沉浮进行交换,使 得它的物理属性受到改变,同时这种改变会使浮尘互相粘附,最后落到地面上,还起到消 融的作用;负离子得到分解,还会起到不断的降解作用,一般情况下过一个星期后,甲醛 含量能降低80%以上,使得室内环境更加健康清爽;负离子能作用人体加速细胞新陈代谢, 作用和ICU病房内的负离子发生器效果接近,因此本发明的实际应用和推广价值是很高的。

Claims (5)
1.一种复合地板,其配方如下:树脂粉36-40%、钙粉53-55%、锗粉1-3%、增韧剂0.9-1.5%、稳定剂0.9-1.5%、发泡调节剂2-2.5%、硬脂酸0.2-0.4%、聚乙烯蜡0.2-0.4%、发泡剂0.3-0.5%。
2.按照权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于:所述的增韧剂是羧基液体丁腈橡胶、端羧基液体丁腈橡胶、聚硫橡胶、液体硅橡胶、聚醚、聚砜、聚酰亚胺、纳米碳酸钙、纳米二氧化钛中的至少一种。
3.按照权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂是脂肪酸水滑石、月桂酸水滑石、硬脂酸水滑石、油酸水滑石中的至少一种。
4.按照权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于:所述的发泡调节剂是超高分子量丙烯酸酯类PVC发泡调节剂LP-90。
5.按照权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂是碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢铵、碳酸铵其中的一种。
