本发明公开了一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,包括悬臂以及设置于吊车上的固定座,所述悬臂与固定座之间设置有用于支撑悬臂的旋转立柱,所述固定座与旋转立柱之间设有转动盘,所述悬臂的内部设置有与悬臂滑动连接的移动臂,所述移动臂的末端设置有挂钩;所述固定座内存在有空腔,且空腔内壁连接有旋转电机,所述旋转电机的输出轴固定连接有第一齿轮,所述固定座的顶部开设有与转动盘相适配的凹槽,且转动盘通过多组滚珠与凹槽内壁滚动连接,凹槽与空腔之间开设有相连通的通孔,且通孔内活动连接有用于支撑转动盘的支座,所述支座的底端连接有第二齿轮。该吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,结构简单,旋转稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于吊车相关技术领域,具体涉及一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂。
背景技术
随着现在的建筑行业越来越发达,相关的建筑设备在不断的改进,就现在建筑用吊车,可以帮助人们解决高空运输大型物件的问题,加快建筑的速度,方便人们对大型物件进行搬运。
中国专利文件公开了一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,申请号为(201820630419.9)的专利,包括固定架、固定口、操作台、连接固定套和钩子,所述固定架内部固定有第一连接杆,且固定架的两侧设置有第二连接杆,所述第一固定卡的下方设置在固定口的内部,所述操作台固定在活动块的上方,所述连接固定套设置在伸缩杆最前侧的下方,所述滑槽的内部安装有滑块;好处在于便于对吊钩的跟换:但是其不足之处在于:吊车臂在旋转过程中,不能保证吊车臂旋转稳定。
因此针对这一现状,迫切需要设计和生产一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,以满足实际使用的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,包括悬臂以及设置于吊车上的固定座,所述悬臂与固定座之间设置有用于支撑悬臂的旋转立柱,所述固定座与旋转立柱之间设有转动盘,所述悬臂的内部设置有与悬臂滑动连接的移动臂,所述移动臂的末端设置有挂钩;
所述固定座内存在有空腔,且空腔内壁连接有旋转电机,所述旋转电机的输出轴固定连接有第一齿轮,所述固定座的顶部开设有与转动盘相适配的凹槽,所述转动盘的圆周外壁开设有滚动槽,且滚动槽内滚动连接有多组滚珠,所述转动盘通过多组滚珠与凹槽内壁滚动连接。
进一步实施例中,所述移动臂的末端穿过悬臂的一组竖向外壁并延伸至悬臂的外部,所述移动臂的末端固定连接有连接座,所述连接座上悬挂有活动座,所述活动座与挂钩之间转动连接,所述挂钩的内侧铰接有挡块,且挡块与挂钩内壁之间通过一组压缩弹簧固定连接,所述挂钩的内侧壁一体成型有对挡块限位的限位块,能够对带有货物的绳索进行限位。
进一步实施例中,所述悬臂内置有安装槽,且安装槽内嵌入安装有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的输出端通过联轴器固定连接有螺杆,所述螺杆的另一端延伸至悬臂内,所述移动臂上开设有与螺杆螺纹连接的螺孔。
进一步实施例中,所述挂钩的内壁存在有间隙,且间隙内填充有加强层和瓦楞结构,所述加强层紧密贴合设置在瓦楞结构层的外侧,所述挂钩的外周包裹有耐磨层,能够提高挂钩的抗压强度和耐磨性。
进一步实施例中,所述固定座的外周设置有连接环,且连接环与固定座为一体化结构,所述连接环的上表面开设有多组环形阵列排列的螺孔,且螺孔至少设置为四个,能够通过连接环与吊车安装。
进一步实施例中,所述悬臂的底部一体成型有连接件,且连接件为凵字型结构,所述旋转立柱的顶部开设有供连接件放置的固定槽,所述旋转立柱通过一组转轴与连接件活动连接,所述旋转立柱与悬臂之间形成有夹角,能够保证旋转立柱与连接件之间转动的稳定性。
进一步实施例中,所述旋转立柱的内侧壁连接有铰接座,所述铰接座远离旋转立柱的一端铰接有伸缩油缸,所述伸缩油缸的输出端与悬臂的下表面铰接,能够通过伸缩油缸调节悬臂角度。
进一步实施例中,所述固定座设置为圆台形结构,所述固定座设置于吊车的中部,能够便于吊车操作。
进一步实施例中,凹槽与空腔之间开设有相连通的通孔,且通孔内活动连接有用于支撑转动盘的支座,所述支座的底端连接有第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与第二齿轮为啮合结构,能够满足转动盘旋转需求。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,通过旋动电机带动第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮通过第二齿轮带动支座与转动盘进行旋转,同时转动盘外壁开设的滚动槽内滚动连接有滚珠,多组滚珠同时与固定座内壁转动连接,从而保证吊车臂在旋转时相对的稳定;通过瓦楞结构层、加强层以及耐磨层的设置,提高挂钩的抗压强度和耐磨性,挂钩不易损坏,通过挂钩上的挡块进行限位,避免在吊起货物时,出现绳索滑落现象;该吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,结构简单,旋转稳定。

为了保证吊车臂在旋转时相对的稳定,如图1和图3所述,包括悬臂1以及设置于吊车上的固定座3,所述悬臂1与固定座3之间设置有用于支撑悬臂1的旋转立柱2,所述固定座3与旋转立柱2之间设有转动盘4,所述悬臂1的内部设置有与悬臂1滑动连接的移动臂18,所述移动臂18的末端设置有挂钩10,所述悬臂1的底部一体成型有连接件8,且连接件8为凵字型结构,所述旋转立柱2的顶部开设有供连接件8放置的固定槽,所述旋转立柱2通过一组转轴与连接件8活动连接,所述旋转立柱2的内侧壁连接有铰接座7,所述铰接座7远离旋转立柱2的一端铰接有伸缩油缸6,所述伸缩油缸6的输出端与悬臂1的下表面铰接;
所述固定座3的外周设置有连接环5,且连接环5与固定座3为一体化结构,所述连接环5的上表面开设有多组环形阵列排列的螺孔,且螺孔至少设置为四个,所述固定座3内存在有空腔,且空腔内壁连接有旋转电机13,所述旋转电机13的输出轴固定连接有第一齿轮14,所述固定座3的顶部开设有与转动盘4相适配的凹槽,且转动盘4通过多组滚珠17与凹槽内壁滚动连接,凹槽与空腔之间开设有相连通的通孔,且通孔内活动连接有用于支撑转动盘4的支座16,所述支座16的底端连接有第二齿轮15,所述第一齿轮14与第二齿轮15为啮合结构。
为了避免在吊起货物时,出现绳索滑落现象,如图1-2所示,所述移动臂18的末端固定连接有连接座9,所述连接座9上悬挂有活动座12,所述活动座12与挂钩10之间转动连接,所述挂钩10的内侧铰接有挡块11,且挡块11与挂钩10内壁之间通过一组压缩弹簧固定连接,所述挂钩10的内侧壁一体成型有对挡块11限位的限位块。
为了调节悬臂1与移动臂18之间的间距,如图1和图4所示,所述悬臂1内置有安装槽,且安装槽内嵌入安装有驱动电机19,所述驱动电机19的输出端通过联轴器固定连接有螺杆20,所述螺杆20的另一端延伸至悬臂1内,所述移动臂18上开设有与螺杆20螺纹连接的螺孔。
为了提高挂钩10的抗压强度和耐磨性,如图1和图5所示,所述挂钩10的内壁存在有间隙,且间隙内填充有加强层102和瓦楞结构,所述加强层102紧密贴合设置在瓦楞结构层101的外侧,所述挂钩10的外周包裹有耐磨层103。
工作原理,该吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,在使用时,首先通过连接环5将该整体与吊车中部连接,接着启动伸缩油缸6,伸缩油缸6带动悬臂1进行角度调节,同时驱动电机19带动螺杆20转动,通过螺杆20调节悬臂1与移动臂18之间间距,这时将带有货物的绳索挂在挂钩10上,通过挡块11与绳索进行限位,这时启动旋转电机13,旋动电机13带动第一齿轮14转动,第一齿轮14通过第二齿轮15带动支座16、转动盘4以及悬臂1进行旋转,吊车移动,从而对货物进行吊起边转移。

1.一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,包括悬臂(1)以及设置于吊车上的固定座(3),其特征在于:所述悬臂(1)与固定座(3)之间设置有用于支撑悬臂(1)的旋转立柱(2),所述固定座(3)与旋转立柱(2)之间设有转动盘(4),所述悬臂(1)的内部设置有与悬臂(1)滑动连接的移动臂(18),所述移动臂(18)的末端设置有挂钩(10);
所述固定座(3)内存在有空腔,且空腔内壁连接有旋转电机(13),所述旋转电机(13)的输出轴固定连接有第一齿轮(14),所述固定座(3)的顶部开设有与转动盘(4)相适配的凹槽,所述转动盘(4)的圆周外壁开设有滚动槽,且滚动槽内滚动连接有多组滚珠(17),所述转动盘(4)通过多组滚珠(17)与凹槽内壁滚动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,其特征在于:所述移动臂(18)的末端穿过悬臂(1)的一组竖向外壁并延伸至悬臂(1)的外部,所述移动臂(18)的末端固定连接有连接座(9),所述连接座(9)上悬挂有活动座(12),所述活动座(12)与挂钩(10)之间转动连接,所述挂钩(10)的内侧铰接有挡块(11),且挡块(11)与挂钩(10)内壁之间通过一组压缩弹簧固定连接,所述挂钩(10)的内侧壁一体成型有对挡块(11)限位的限位块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,其特征在于:所述悬臂(1)内置有安装槽,且安装槽内嵌入安装有驱动电机(19),所述驱动电机(19)的输出端通过联轴器固定连接有螺杆(20),所述螺杆(20)的另一端延伸至悬臂(1)内,所述移动臂(18)上开设有与螺杆(20)螺纹连接的螺孔。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,其特征在于:所述挂钩(10)的内壁存在有间隙,且间隙内填充有加强层(102)和瓦楞结构,所述加强层(102)紧密贴合设置在瓦楞结构层(101)的外侧,所述挂钩(10)的外周包裹有耐磨层(103)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,其特征在于:所述固定座(3)的外周设置有连接环(5),且连接环(5)与固定座(3)为一体化结构,所述连接环(5)的上表面开设有多组环形阵列排列的螺孔,且螺孔至少设置为四个。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,其特征在于:所述悬臂(1)的底部一体成型有连接件(8),且连接件(8)为凵字型结构,所述旋转立柱(2)的顶部开设有供连接件(8)放置的固定槽,所述旋转立柱(2)通过一组转轴与连接件(8)活动连接,所述旋转立柱(2)与悬臂(1)之间形成有夹角。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种吊车用便于360度旋转的吊车臂,其特征在于:所述旋转立柱(2)的内侧壁连接有铰接座(7),所述铰接座(7)远离旋转立柱(2)的一端铰接有伸缩油缸(6),所述伸缩油缸(6)的输出端与悬臂(1)的下表面铰接。
