Abstract
本发明公开了一种铝基材质涂层及其施工工艺,所述涂层包括氯化聚丙烯和纳米耐磨石墨烯膜层。本发明可显著提高铝基材质的硬度,提高铝基材质产品表面的硬度和耐磨性。本发明有效解决了铝基材质经氧化后表面硬度和抗刮伤存在的缺陷,解决了涂层技术在使用上存在的局限性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种铝基材质涂层,具体涉及可提高铝基材质经氧化后表面硬度的涂层,本发明还涉及该涂层的施工工艺。
背景技术
目前市面上的铝基材质经氧化后因表面的硬度一般低于2H(1000克力,三菱铅笔测试),很容易造成表面刮伤,时间长了表面外观不美观。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种可提高铝基材质经氧化后表面硬度的涂层。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种提高铝基材质经氧化后表面硬度和抗刮伤的涂层,所述涂层包括氯化聚丙烯和纳米耐磨石墨烯膜层,所述氯化聚丙烯膜层厚度为3~4um。
上述的涂层的施工工艺,包括如下步骤:
A、用清洁剂对铝基材质表面进行清理;
B、喷涂一层氯化聚丙烯膜层,膜厚厚度为3-4um,烘烤60℃X3分钟;
C、待上述氯化聚丙烯膜层干燥后,再喷涂纳米耐磨石墨烯涂层,经60℃X 5分钟烘烤后,过UV紫外线灯后,在产品表面形成一层牢固的保护涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明有效解决了铝基材质经氧化后表面硬度和抗刮伤存在的缺陷,解决了涂层技术在使用上存在的局限性。本发明可显著提高铝基材质的硬度,大大提高了铝基材质产品表面的硬度和耐磨性,延长产品的使用寿命,市场应用前景好,具有良好的适用性。

实施例
一种提高铝基材质经氧化后表面硬度和抗刮伤的涂层,所述涂层包括氯化聚丙烯和纳米耐磨石墨烯膜层,所述氯化聚丙烯膜层厚度为4um。
施工工艺如下:
A、用清洁剂对铝基材质表面进行清理;
B、喷涂一层氯化聚丙烯膜层,膜厚厚度为3-4um,烘烤60℃X3分钟;
C、待上述氯化聚丙烯膜层干燥后,再喷涂纳米耐磨石墨烯涂层,经60℃X 5分钟烘烤后,过UV紫外线灯后,在产品表面形成一层牢固的保护涂层。
将本实施例处理的铝基材质进行物理性能测试,结果如下:
处理前的硬度测试:1000克力三菱铅笔测试,2H产品表面有轻微划痕;而经过本实施例方法处理后:1000克力三菱铅笔测试,4H产品表面没有划痕。
由上可知,本实施例可以将铝基材质由处理前的硬度2H(1000克力,三菱铅笔测试)提高至硬度4H(1000克力,三菱铅笔测试)以上,耐钢丝绒2000次以上,大大提高了产品表面的硬度和耐磨性,延长产品的使用寿命。

1.一种铝基材质涂层,所述涂层可提高铝基材质经氧化后表面硬度,其特征在于:
所述涂层包括氯化聚丙烯和纳米耐磨石墨烯膜层,所述氯化聚丙烯膜层厚度为3~4um。
2.如权利要求1所述涂层的施工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、用清洁剂对铝基材质表面进行清理;
B、喷涂一层氯化聚丙烯膜层,膜厚厚度为3-4um,烘烤60℃X3分钟;
C、待上述氯化聚丙烯膜层干燥后,再喷涂纳米耐磨石墨烯涂层,经60℃X 5分钟烘烤后,过UV紫外线灯后,在产品表面形成一层牢固的保护涂层。
