Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金本体及铝合金表面的耐腐蚀涂料,所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述耐腐蚀涂料由氯化聚烯烃涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述的氯化聚烯烃涂料为氯化橡胶、高氯化聚乙烯或氯化聚丙烯中的一种,所述的填充剂为氧化铝,所述的塑化剂为临苯二甲酸二辛酯。本发明铝合金本身机械性能良好,且具有一定的耐腐蚀性,表面通过耐腐蚀涂料进行进一步防护,具有防酸碱腐蚀、不易损坏、使用寿命长的特点。

Description

一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗
技术领域:
本发明属于铝合金材料领域,具体涉及到一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗。
技术背景:
铝合金门是将表面处理过的铝合金型材,经下料、打孔、铣槽、攻丝、制作等加工工艺面制作成的门框构件,再用连接件、密封材料和开闭五金配件一起组合装配而成。由于铝合金门窗长期转在户外,风吹日晒,容易被环境所腐蚀,导致整个铝合金门窗的老化、损坏、使用寿命变短,同时也对房屋造成一定的安全影响。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述的问题,提供一种铝合金本身机械性能良好,且具有一定的耐腐蚀性,表面通过耐腐蚀涂料进行进一步防护,具有防酸碱腐蚀、不易损坏、使用寿命长的特点的铝合金门窗。
为实现上述目的,所采取的技术方案:
一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金本体及铝合金表面的耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述铝合金中各成分所占重量百分比为:所述铝占90~95%,所述钛占3~5%,所述镍占1~2%,所述铬占3~4%,所述耐腐蚀涂料由氯化聚烯烃涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述耐腐蚀涂料中各成分所占重量比分别为:所述的氯化聚烯烃涂料占60~80%,填充剂占15~25%,塑化剂占5~10%。
优选地,所述的氯化聚烯烃涂料为氯化橡胶、高氯化聚乙烯或氯化聚丙烯中的一种。
优选地,所述的填充剂为氧化铝。
优选地,所述的塑化剂为临苯二甲酸二辛酯。
本发明的有益效果是:铝合金本身机械性能良好,且具有一定的耐腐蚀性,表面通过耐腐蚀涂料进行进一步防护,具有防酸碱腐蚀、不易损坏、使用寿命长的特点。

实施例1
本发明所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金本体及铝合金表面的耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述铝合金中各成分所占重量百分比为:所述铝占90%,所述钛占5%,所述镍占1%,所述铬占4%,所述耐腐蚀涂料由氯化橡胶涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述耐腐蚀涂料中各成分所占重量比分别为:所述的氯化橡胶涂料占75%,填充剂占15%,塑化剂占10%。
在喷涂耐腐蚀涂料前,必须先对铝合金门窗进行粗化处理,使铝合金表面有微观的凹凸,以有利于耐腐蚀涂料的粘附。
实施例2
本发明所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金本体及铝合金表面的耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述铝合金中各成分所占重量百分比为:所述铝占92%,所述钛占3%,所述镍占2%,所述铬占2%,所述耐腐蚀涂料由高氯化聚乙烯涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述耐腐蚀涂料中各成分所占重量比分别为:所述的高氯化聚乙烯涂料占75%,填充剂占15%,塑化剂占10%。
在喷涂耐腐蚀涂料前,必须先对铝合金门窗进行粗化处理,使铝合金表面有微观的凹凸,以有利于耐腐蚀涂料的粘附。
实施例3
本发明所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金本体及铝合金表面的耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述铝合金中各成分所占重量百分比为:所述铝占93%,所述钛占3%,所述镍占1%,所述铬占3%,所述耐腐蚀涂料由氯化聚丙烯涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述耐腐蚀涂料中各成分所占重量比分别为:所述的氯化聚丙烯涂料占75%,填充剂占15%,塑化剂占10%。
在喷涂耐腐蚀涂料前,必须先对铝合金门窗进行粗化处理,使铝合金表面有微观的凹凸,以有利于耐腐蚀涂料的粘附。
另外,可通过调节耐腐蚀涂料中各成分的不同重量百分比,使得得到的铝合金门窗耐腐蚀性能高低不一。
取本发明实施例和304不锈钢制备耐腐蚀测试样品1mm*10mm*120mm薄片放入10%NaOH 和5%HCl 溶液中在室温浸蚀100 小时,做耐腐蚀测试。
表1 本发明实施例腐蚀失重结果(g)
结果表明,本发明实施例制备的铝合金样品在10%NaOH 和5%HCl 溶液中在室温浸蚀100 小时后失重均小于304不锈钢,说明耐腐蚀能力优于304不锈钢。

1.一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,包括铝合金本体及铝合金表面的耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述铝合金中各成分所占重量百分比为:所述铝占90~95%,所述钛占3~5%,所述镍占1~2%,所述铬占3~4%,所述耐腐蚀涂料由氯化聚烯烃涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述耐腐蚀涂料中各成分所占重量比分别为:所述的氯化聚烯烃涂料占60~80%,填充剂占15~25%,塑化剂占5~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,其特征在于,所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述铝合金中各成分所占重量百分比为:所述铝占92~95%,所述钛占3~4%,所述镍占1~2%,所述铬占3~4%,所述耐腐蚀涂料由氯化聚烯烃涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述耐腐蚀涂料中各成分所占重量比分别为:所述的氯化聚烯烃涂料占70~80%,填充剂占15~20%,塑化剂占5~10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,其特征在于,所述的铝合金由铝、钛、镍、铬熔融而成,所述铝合金中各成分所占重量百分比为:所述铝占93%,所述钛占3%,所述镍占1%,所述铬占3%,所述耐腐蚀涂料由氯化聚烯烃涂料、填充剂、塑化剂以及偶联剂组成,所述耐腐蚀涂料中各成分所占重量比分别为:所述的氯化聚烯烃涂料占75%,填充剂占15%,塑化剂占10%。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,其特征在于,所述的氯化聚烯烃涂料为氯化橡胶、高氯化聚乙烯或氯化聚丙烯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,其特征在于,所述的填充剂为氧化铝。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种耐腐蚀的铝合金门窗,其特征在于,所述的塑化剂为临苯二甲酸二辛酯。
